Great battery pack so far
I recently had a complete solar and battery system installed by John and his team, and I am extremely happy with their service.They installed a 15 kW solar-panel system, 10 kW GoodWe inverter and approximately 50 kWh GoodWe battery system in just one day. Everything was completed professionally, neatly and with minimal disruption.
The team clearly explained the apps, switches and new technology, making the system easy to understand. They are always available whenever I have questions or need clarification. On one occasion, I needed in-person assistance, and they came to my home and resolved the issue without hesitation.
The package was reasonably priced and excellent value after the rebate. I am very satisfied with the installation and ongoing support, and I confidently recommend John and his team.

This is the 5th job OTG Team did for us over the years. We had a 45kwh Sigenergy battery, 20kw 3P EC, full home Gateway backup, EVDC charger, complete switchboard upgrade and 30.4kw Jinko Neo III 475w panels by OTG recently, and the entire experience was outstandingas usual. From the initial quote with Rachel/Ansu to final commissioning by John, Dhruv and others the team was professional and transparent. The installers were on time, polite, and did an incredibly neat job with the wiring for full switchboard upgrade. The panel installation was impeccable, layout was carefully explained and installed to the highest standard. Panels look perfectly aligned from afar. Sigenergy battery stack, gateway, EVDC charger, new switchboard locations were carefully discussed before John proceeded to make sure we are happy with the outcome. They took the time to show me how the app works to monitor my consumption and helped me achieve near-total independence from the grid. Highly recommend their services for a smooth, high-quality installation! We are having 0.00kw grid draw from installation, charging our EV to full every day and still have heaps of energy left for evening usage. Thank you!Panel rating: 5/5
