Great Experience Installing a Solar Battery

The quoting and sales process with Ozeal Energy was well explained and easy to understand. They took the time to assess my requirements, explained the battery system clearly, and provided a detailed quote without any confusion.

The installation was carried out professionally and on time. The installers were courteous, punctual, and worked efficiently. All equipment was installed neatly, and the site was left clean once the work was completed.

After installation, the team explained how to operate and monitor the battery system and answered any questions I had. They also assisted with the grid connection and required documentation, which made the overall process smooth.

Don’t go near Ozeal energy. Bad customer service keep asking for more money.

After contracted over a month, Ozeal energy was not able to commit any date and gavee me excuses after excuses. Finally they said they will provide an installation date if I pay extra $500 for additional cable, which they have not even been to the site. Stay away from Ozeal Energy if you want a reliable company.

Incompetent installer, non existent customer service, avoid at all costs

I strongly advise avoiding this company.
My solar system was installed on 9 July 2025 and has not worked properly.
The system (13 kW PV with 30 kWh Growatt ALP batteries and 2 × Growatt SPH 5000TL HUB inverters) has two major faults:

The EPS output was wired incorrectly, causing overloads and shutdowns even during normal grid operation.

A required component (ShineMaster) was not supplied, leaving the inverters unable to communicate. This results in one battery discharging into the other, clearly visible in the monitoring app.

I reported these issues immediately and have contacted Ozeal Energy multiple times. Each time they gave a different excuse (waiting for parts, bad weather, etc.), but months later the problems remain unresolved. This shows a complete lack of accountability and after-sales service.

Customers should be aware that Ozeal Energy may leave you with a faulty system and no genuine support.

Very Disappointed – Poor Service & Lack of Accountability

Would not recommend Ozeal Energy – very poor post-sale service

We had solar installed through Ozeal based on a referral, but the experience has been disappointing. What we were promised (10.56 KW system) wasn’t what was delivered (10.12 KW), and some features of the monitoring app we were shown during the demo require a $500 extra meter — which was never mentioned at the time of sale.

Their installation engineer (certified electrician) advised me on a call that it could be a miss from their end and said they’d cover 50% of the cost and arrange installation — but despite repeated follow-ups, nothing’s been done. Their last message was that the issue was being reviewed... and it’s been over a month with no update.

We trusted them, but their service has fallen far short. I’ll be taking this further with consumer authorities. If you’re exploring solar providers, I’d suggest you also explore other more transparent and reliable options.

Professional Installer
