Way happy customer
We recently moved into a new home and had the old, undersized solar system removed and replaced with 32 new solar panels and a 42kWh battery system by Ozenergi, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.From my very first contact with Sarah in sales, the service was outstanding. Sarah was informative, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Her quote was extremely competitive, and to our surprise, the final invoice actually came in slightly lower than quoted, which was both appreciated and a testament to the company's integrity.
Before we signed up, the owner (whose name I unfortunately can't remember – my apologies!) personally visited the site to answer questions and put my mind at ease. He was a genuinely nice guy, and I was very impressed by the family-oriented nature of the business and the way the company is run.
A special thank you to Ozenergi for somehow managing to fit our installation in before our holiday. That extra effort was very much appreciated and made a huge difference to us.
The installation crew – Jack, Scott, Aaron and Mitch – did a fantastic job. Their workmanship was excellent, they were professional throughout, and they left everything neat and tidy when they finished.
Karen in administration also deserves recognition for ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The whole process was seamless, with no issues whatsoever.
The system is now running perfectly, and we're extremely pleased with the result. Thanks also to SolarQuotes for making the quotation process so easy and helping us connect with a quality company like Ozenergi.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Ozenergi to anyone considering solar and battery installation. A great team delivering excellent service from start to finish.

Great Customer Service - OzEnergi
I am extremely impressed and happy with the service received from OzEnergi.The entire process was professional and stress free. Sarah Wilde from Sales was my first contact who very quickly analysed our situation and established our requirements. I received a quote while still speaking to her. All documentation was completed very quickly and submitted where required.
The installation team of Jack, Aaron and Mitch arrived on time and they were pleasant, polite, professional, neat and tidy. They explained everything they were doing and how the system works.

Amazing Service, great price and amazing trades
We were recommended OzEnergy by a friend who had recently had a solar/battery solution installed by them.We are extremely happy with the installation of our new solar/battery system from the team at OzEnergi. From our first meeting with Peter who listened to our needs and provided simple, easy to understand and professional advice on how we can eliminate our current $1,000+ per month energy bills.
Peter was extremely professional and had our quotation back to us within 24 hours. The quote was the best value of the three quotes we had received from other solar companies and included better equipment with higher capacities as well.
We were especially impressed by the fact that OzEnergi is a local family business and Peter does not use sub-contractors and the fact that all of is trades and installers were staff members rather than subbies - we felt very comfortable that this fact would mean a better quality of install from team members who really care about what they were doing.
We were under some time pressure to have the system installed by the end of the month to ensure we still received the maximum Government rebate available and the team worked extremely hard to source the equipment and get it all completed well before the end of the month - this included weekend work and a final install and set up day where they were on site on Anzac morning for four hours to ensure we were all set up and happy.
The hand over process and installation of the monitoring App was easy and simple to understand and Jake who lead the install team was simply amazing!
We couldn't recommend the OzEnergi team highly enough to anyone looking to eliminate their energy bills and enjoy actually selling energy back to the grid - well done team OzEnergy!

Solar and battery install that has exceeded expectations
From the initial brief, evaluation of our power usage and assessment of the exisiting solar system to a competitive quote and install, our experience with OzEnergi has exceeded our expectations. The team turned up on time, came prepared with everything they needed and worked efficiently to complete the job within the time advised beforehand. We were provided with a thorough explanation of how the new system works and connected to the grid in the blink of an eye. We haven't paid a cent to our energy retailer since it was installed. OzEnergi were great, friendly, efficient, thoroughly professional, great people and above all know their business and are very very good at it. First contact to post installation an absolute pleasure.
Sales quoting process was excellent, Sarah was great, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and easy to talk to and above all was patient with my never ending questions and requests for comparisons.The installation crew were great, they were on time, hard working and did a great job they were easy and knowledgeable to talk to and identified the very best place to locate the battery and inverter and helped me reposition things to get it in.
Everything was done with regards connection within twelve hours of me signing the contract, they kept me updated every step of the way and did everything they could to work round our personal circumstances. They worked through the workings and application and showed me how to monitor and why to do if anything should happen to not go as planned.
OzEnergi were great to deal with, there are a lot of businesses that could learn a lot from their people and practices. Thanks OzEnergi.

System performing better than expected
My previous installation of panels and inverter was through First Choice solar who I got a quote from through Solar Quotes, when looking at a bettery I got 3 quotes from Solar Quotes and also one from the previos installer (now called Ozenergi). Their proposal was much better suited to my needs, and at a better price. The others seemed to want to sell me something 'off the shelf' that would suit them, and not really thing about what would suit me. The system is running better than expected.Panel rating: 4/5

Great installer with good follow up customer service
I had my install done last November and the installation process went well. I had them give me multiple options during the design stage as I was still learning about solar and battery options to suit my future requirements. Unfortunately I had little consumption history to help with the process (only moved in a month prior) and there was an existing PV installation to take into account.I ended up installing an additional 15 kw of solar, 32 KW Sigenergy battery added to my existing 8KW solar and having the whole home backed up.
The install was done on time and looks and works great. There was a hiccup a couple of days after the install but that was sorted with a software update overnight. ( I personally think it was more an issue from Amber when they added the original inverter to be curtailed in their software)
To date everything is working great and I am consistently in credit as planned.
I was even surprised recently by receiving a gift card from them for recommending them to one of my friends.
I have and will continue to recommend Jake and his crew at OzEnergi.

Excellent customer service and advice.
Kylie was excellent in the sales department not suggesting a larger capacity battery than we needed, but revealing that we can add capacity if we need to. The process was informative and we finally found someone who itemised the quote so that we knew exactly where the expense was.Installation took only about 3 hrs. The installers looked to have separate teams who all knew their responsibilities and pulled it together very professionally

Good honest installer
These guys were the ones who were happy to send someone out to quote on the system, happy to accomodate my wishes and had transparent itemised pricing (most installers just lump everything together). Install was done well and they were willing to fix some minor existing problems I had with the house wiring even coming on a Saturday because they were flat out. Beyond expectations
Got my 3 quotes for a new solar system, chose these guys as they seemed to listen to what I wanted and gave me advice and design a system around what I wanted instead of just trying to sell me what suited them. It has all performed better than they told me and on the occasion of me having an issue with the app, one phone call and they fixed the problem. Easy to deal with & value for money
Quote process was easy, we got the system we were quoted. Installation team, came put in our extra solar panels and installed the battery system, no mess no fuss. Solar team were friendly and communicated well.From customer service team, good communication and stepped us through the process and answered any questions we had.
After installation team showed us how to use the system, download the app on our phones and we can track the battery storage and power back to the grid.
We had another black out from Energerx this week and it was so good our air con kept running from our solar and we had no hassles with internet or anything. I fully recommend and endorse this company and would not hesitate to get another system in my investment property.

Review
Used OzEnergi to upgrade from an old, small panel-only setup. They helped design appropriate options and we ended up getting a system of panels, battery and gateway that should make us self sufficient for many years. Installation happened earlier than expected with the site left clean and tidy. System working as expected and great to have a better understanding of home usage patterns but also very nice to see the daily credits pile up ! I receive a quote on 01 June 2026 and installation was on 10 June 2026All from sales to administration to the 4 installers they all were informative, patient, considerate fun and a joy to liaise with.
All were courteous and on time. They all provided a full customer service from quote to installation including organising grid connection.
After install the assisted me to install the app on my phone and how to read the data.
