Straight forward and easy
Quoting and scheduling was organised by Sam and was hassle free. He had the installation complete before the rebate changed.The install itself was completed by Power Source Electrical Air and Solar who did an excellent job.

Fantastic Installer! Extremely helpful and not pushy
We recently had an Anker Solix X1 battery installed through PV-Point and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.From the initial quote through to scheduling the installation, the whole process was smooth and professional. Sam was fantastic to deal with — very knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer all the questions I had along the way. It’s clear they really know their products and take the time to make sure customers are comfortable with the system and setup.
What really stood out was the after-installation support. They followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly and to check if we had any additional questions or needed help with the system. That level of service is rare these days.
Highly recommend PV-Point to anyone considering a home battery or solar upgrade.

Best decision I made
After a very bad experience with an eastern states online retailer that I chose and now regret, it was refreshing to deal with Sam and the team at PV Point. Prompt and efficient service from Quote to battery installation. They took care of everything. Nice people to deal with and will recommend to family and friends.26 February 2026
Great work by PV point
The sales process was excellent. Sam was not pushy. He was great at delivering the correct info and a competitive price.Installation was punctual. Sam had advised me on a date weeks in advance and also reconfirmed install few days prior as a reminder.
Install was done quickly and the installer explained the whole process. Great job and cleaned up after the work was complete.
Customer service before and after install have been superb. Always reachable and happy to answer amy questions

Expectations exceeded!!
I wanted a 20KW Solar Battery for my residence to compliment existing Solar panels.PV Point explained that I would need to replace the existing Inverter as I needed to have a hybrid inverter to meet my and Synergy's needs. They recommended the Alpha ESS solar batteries and built in Inverter. My many questions were answered patiently. The quote was provided. After getting three quotes I chose PV Point because their solution was well priced and they are a local WA company.
The installation was done including all associated paper work especially with Synergy. The installers made sure I was able to download and install the Alpha ESS app on my phone.

Great assistance, easy to communicate and to buy and install
Quote was given from facebook enquiry and phone call straight after and I approved the same day. Installation date was easy and we got an earlier date than expected thanks to a job put off.Inverter rating: 4/5

Informative, Friendly, Helpful and Honest
Many thanks to Sam who assisted us with getting a battery. He also went out his way to review our current panels and found that a string of panels weren’t working since our installation which we have now flagged with our builders. Sam was very informative.
