Service was good from the first phone call to the installation
Customer service was good and punctual. The installation was smooth and everything was set up and explained. They organised the grid connection and explained what needed to happen next. Everything was left clean and tidy.Inverter rating: 5/5

Highly recommend
My system was installed just over 12 months ago and I couldn't be happier. I wanted to wait until I'd had it a year and I'd seen how it operated under all conditions and all seasons, and had experiences with after-sales service, before leaving a review.Smooth process all the way through, from the initial contact to follow up queries, installation and advice post-installation. Anthony was knowledgeable, patient during the quotation process with my stream of questions and quick to provide extra information upon request.
The installation team were great, and when I identified they had forgotten to install bird netting around the panels, the office quickly arranged for them to be back within a couple of days. The team helped to set up the battery app on the day of the install and walked me through how it all worked. They also helped to organise the grid connection and explained the process clearly.
I had problems with an inverter fault only a few weeks in, and on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to speak to Anthony the same day despite it being a weekend, and the team looked into the issue within 24 hours - it was a firmware issue and they resolved it quickly.
There's been some wild weather this year and I had no problems with my panels or battery during the high winds and rain with ex-Cyclone Alfred and some other severe storms. I called Anthony ahead of the cyclone to see if I should shut down my system as there was so much conflicting information online and appreciated his advice. Solar Air Energy also sent out an email to customers with advice about systems and cyclones, which I appreciated.

Fantastic team and installation
The team consisted of Nathan, Mark and Dylan. They were very professional, polite, punctual and worked through the day to complete our installation. Nathan helped us with liaising with our roofer regarding existing cracked / damaged roof tiles and we are very grateful for his help with this issue. Nathan looked after us a lot that day. Everything was explained as the job progressed and Mark made sure my wife and I understood how everything worked and how to adjust the timer and use the app. Very happy with how everything worked out and would recommend Solar Air Energy to anyone getting new solar fitted to their property.Supplier Reply:
