Founded in 2009, Solarpro states it is the oldest residential solar company operating in Sydney's Northern Beaches. It installs all types of solar technologies including solar panels, pool heating and heat pump systems, EV chargers and home batteries.

Fantastic experience dealing with Solar Pro
We recently had a solar system and battery installed by Solar Pro, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.From start to finish, the team was absolutely amazing. Everyone we dealt with was polite, professional, efficient and genuinely lovely. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, took the time to answer our questions, and clearly cared about doing a great job.
The installation was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. It’s refreshing to deal with a company whose staff are not only knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and respectful.
We would highly recommend Solar Pro to anyone considering solar and battery installation. Fantastic service from a fantastic team!

Friendly, professional and helpful
Josh was friendly and explained the system well. The team that installed the solar were very efficient and got it all set up in one day. When I needed to contact the office for more information to claim a local council rebate, they responded straight away and were very helpful. I'd definitely recommend using Solarpro to install solar panels & batteries. Thank you.09 July 2026
Installation as expected
System not commissioned yet due to the weather - solar panels to be connected. Sales and technical support were great. Installation team were punctual and worked well despite the weather. Solarpro also modified the distribution board to suit the Solar installation. Solarpro were also recommended by WilloughbyCity Council and have an additional 2 year warranty, and were the only company to include home warranty insurance.14 May 2026
Professional throughout, excellent pre and post sales support, have absolute confidence in Solarpro
Salesman/designer clearly had practical experience as well as theoretical knowledge which gave me much more confidence about the whole process. Emails or calls were followed up unexpectedly quickly, often within hours even if I had messaged out of hours. Professional, knowledgable and respectful he was by far the best 'salesman' I have ever dealt with.A small army turned up punctually on installation day, all extremely helpful and polite. The head of the team was knowledgable and helpful and communicated well. My roof has shingle times that I know are extremely brittle and likely to crack just by looking at them. All companies added a premium to deal with the inevitable breakages and time required to replace them. The Solarpro team were extremely careful and not only replaced any tiles cracked during the installation but they also pointed out and replaced other cracked tiles on the roof that had nothing to do with the installation. I have never known any tradie to be as tidy as this team. Apart from what they installed it was as if they had never been there! Not even a single piece of stripped insulation anywhere. All cabling discrete and neat even when 'hidden' in the ceiling void. Quick and efficient the install was completed within the day.
Grid connection was absolutely seamless. i was expecting some delay and additional hassle but there was none and it was extremely quick. Basically the whole system was effectively 'plug and play'.
Not the cheapest but in all my dealings with Solarpro from the owner, salesman, designer and installation crew they are outstandingly professional and give me great confidence in the system installed and their potential response should I need their help in the future.

Easy to deal with and outstanding from start to finish
I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. The team were incredibly easy to deal with, and all the information was explained clearly and in plain English, which made the whole process straightforward and easy to understand.What really impressed me was how quickly and professionally the team worked. Three fully loaded vans arrived, packed with everything they needed, and the entire installation was completed and operational in just one day — finished by early afternoon! The amount of work the team got through in such a short time was seriously impressive and they worked really well as a team.
The system and app they recommended are really easy to use. I can see exactly what the system is doing from my phone, but the best part is that I don’t actually have to do anything. Once it was installed and switched on, it just gets on with the job. I can check everything from my phone whenever I want, without having to adjust, manage or maintain anything. Everything I was told during the sales process about the installation and how the system would operate has been exactly as promised.
I live on a big hill, yet they took away every single piece of rubbish and packaging. When they left, there was absolutely no sign they had ever been there, except for the amazing new, fully operational solar panels sitting proudly on my roof.
A fantastic team, excellent communication, incredibly efficient workmanship and a genuinely hassle-free experience from beginning to end.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking at solar. Five stars doesn’t really do them justice!
