About
Founded in 2009, Solarpro states it is the oldest residential solar company operating in Sydney's Northern Beaches. It installs all types of solar technologies including solar panels, pool heating and heat pump systems, EV chargers and home batteries.

Professional throughout, excellent pre and post sales support, have absolute confidence in Solarpro
Salesman/designer clearly had practical experience as well as theoretical knowledge which gave me much more confidence about the whole process. Emails or calls were followed up unexpectedly quickly, often within hours even if I had messaged out of hours. Professional, knowledgable and respectful he was by far the best 'salesman' I have ever dealt with.A small army turned up punctually on installation day, all extremely helpful and polite. The head of the team was knowledgable and helpful and communicated well. My roof has shingle times that I know are extremely brittle and likely to crack just by looking at them. All companies added a premium to deal with the inevitable breakages and time required to replace them. The Solarpro team were extremely careful and not only replaced any tiles cracked during the installation but they also pointed out and replaced other cracked tiles on the roof that had nothing to do with the installation. I have never known any tradie to be as tidy as this team. Apart from what they installed it was as if they had never been there! Not even a single piece of stripped insulation anywhere. All cabling discrete and neat even when 'hidden' in the ceiling void. Quick and efficient the install was completed within the day.
Grid connection was absolutely seamless. i was expecting some delay and additional hassle but there was none and it was extremely quick. Basically the whole system was effectively 'plug and play'.
Not the cheapest but in all my dealings with Solarpro from the owner, salesman, designer and installation crew they are outstandingly professional and give me great confidence in the system installed and their potential response should I need their help in the future.
11kW Aiko panels, 24kWh Sigen battery/inverter
Installation as expected
System not commissioned yet due to the weather - solar panels to be connected. Sales and technical support were great. Installation team were punctual and worked well despite the weather. Solarpro also modified the distribution board to suit the Solar installation. Solarpro were also recommended by WilloughbyCity Council and have an additional 2 year warranty, and were the only company to include home warranty insurance.
