Every aspect of Home Battery enquiry and installation was awesome
Zeneco Energy were one of 3 recommended companies referred to me by Solar Quotes.Nathan was quick to make the initial contact by phone to enquire about energy usage , my solar panel set up and other information to prepare a quote for suitable battery and inverter , to meet our requirements.
Their quote was very competitive, the information about their company history, installers qualifications and experience, and after sales service was impressive and all my questions regarding every aspect of the process, including how to apply for the NSW govt interest only loan was seamless and awesome.
Tayla and the team arrived and installed my battery and inverter in less than a full day and the system is up and running as described.
Highly recommend Zeneco Energy to anyone thinking of installing a Home battery or combined Battery and solar system.

Quick and professional installation
Incredibly happy with our new system. Have not received our first bill yet but I am looking forward to receiving a power bill for the first time ever as I believe we have been self sufficient thus far!Sales was a quick questionnaire and supply of our latest bills. Installation was Tidy, professional, on time and done quickly. Service was good with follow up. Grid connection was sorted by the installer through our existing supplier and did a quick run through of the system. Very happy customer!

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
I can’t speak highly enough of Nathan and the team at Zeneco Energy. From the very first conversation through to completion, they were incredibly professional, clear, and easy to deal with every step of the way. Communication was excellent and the whole process was smooth and well-organised.As an electrician myself, I’m pretty particular about standards, and I can confidently say the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Everything was done neatly, correctly, and with obvious pride in their work. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about doing the job properly.

Very easy to deal with.
The quote arrived within a couple of days of our request.The sales team in the end gave me 4 quotes so I could make a comparison easy.
The other companies only quoted one system and a smaller system. Zeneco quoted two systems, which matched the other companies as well as the smaller size.
We ended up going for the large system and what we think is the better system.
13.3 Kwh panels on the three roofs, with a 30 Kwh battery.
The lead time was only two weeks as we put it back a little.
The staff turned up on time and were neatly dressed and polite.
The full install was done in one day.
I had some back and forth with the team at Zeneco re metre installation and converting our hot water system from off peak to running off the battery and solar. All communications and questions were answered quickly, and nothing was a problem.
