Kind, informative, tidy and patient
Martin and his team did a fantastic job of removing our old system and installing our new system with a battery in the one day. Everyone was friendly and patient with our young child wanting to check the progress regularly. They left the property neat and tidy, removed all rubbish and completed a tidy installation. Great advice was provided on top of the installation regarding our meter box and also an introduction to someone who could assist to rectify. Thanks guys we are truly impressed.

Great installer, Martin and team were superb!
Martin was there with me from the design/sales/quoting process. Braintric was the first one to get back to me from the list of installers from a total of 6 I got from SolarQuotes. I was looking for the best ones and apparently I had it all along! Martin was very helpful in explaining the configuration that is best suited my needs. He was very flexible with what my preferences and gave me options until we came up with the final package. He personally attended to the installation, and that's what I liked about this company, they don't subcontract the work. He and his team were professionals and at the same time friendly. The installation went relatively smooth. There were hiccups on the delivery of the battery but Martin organized the schedule for the installation very well. They also cleaned up very well and even swept the garage and took all the rubbish with them.Service was good, Martin helped me understand the system, and the app to monitor my system. He sorted out the grid connection, etc. 3 months later, I haven't spoken with him, there is no need to, I think that is a good sign that everything is well.

Professional Solar and Battery Installers
Provided different quotes for a high quality, standard or affordable solutions and provided explanations about each quote to make me arrive at a good decision about the model of panels, inverter and battery. Following the agreement, had a quick turnaround from Braintric to carry out the installation within a week of signing up. The installation was done quite professionally done with a clean look as can be seen from the pictures. The solar system started charging and feeding to my home right from Day 1 after commissioning. Quite happy with the results so far, particualry when I see that the large size battery is feeding all my evening and night loads. Woruld recommend Braintric for all you solar and battery needs. Big thanks to Martin who managed the whole thing.

Smooth Solar Expansion & 32kWh Sigenergy Battery Install – Thanks to Martin
Martin did an excellent job installing my 32kWh Sigenergy battery along with the new 10kW Sigenergy inverter. He removed my old inverter and connected everything seamlessly. I originally had a 6.6kW solar system, which I expanded to 11kW, and I asked Martin to set it up as a DC-coupled system. He kindly made it work with a very reasonable offer.Expanding the solar and adding a DC-coupled battery is a big job, but Martin and his team completed it professionally. He made sure the Sigenergy app was set up correctly and tested the complete blackout protection so I could have peace of mind.
I highly recommend Martin and his team to anyone looking for a professional solar or battery installation.
