Smooth and positive from start to finish
The whole experience with Clean Earth Solar has been smooth and positive from start to finish! The sales process went smoothly, with Andrew patiently explaining the entire process and arranging a site visit to confirm all the details upfront. Furian from the back office also did a great job following up, coordinating the installation schedule and sending a helpful reminder the day before installation.
Ryan, Noah and the whole installation team did a fantastic job! Everyone was friendly, professional and approachable. They explained the installation process beforehand and walked us through the safety procedures and blackout testing afterwards. They also made sure the site was left neat and tidy once the work was completed.
Despite the rainy weather, the team worked hard and safely to get everything done. We really appreciate everyone's efforts, clear communication and professionalism throughout the entire process.
Highly recommend the team at Clean Earth Solar for their excellent service from start to finish!

Great service from start to finish
We had our solar and battery installed by Clean Earth Solar yesterday and had a great experience from start to finish. The team kept us updated throughout the day, were really polite and friendly, and did a great job with the installation. It was a smooth and stress-free process, and we’re really happy with the service we received. Would definitely recommend Clean Earth Solar to anyone looking at getting solar installed!10 October 2026
Great pricing, excellent workmanship and a team that genuinely cares
We engaged Clean Earth Solar to install an AIKO solar panel system with Sigenergy battery storage and have been extremely happy with both the installation process and the performance of the system.John was excellent to deal with from the initial quotation through to installation. His pricing was very competitive, communication was clear, and he was patient in addressing our questions and specific installation requirements.
The installation team, led by Nathan, was equally impressive. Nathan carefully assessed the roof on the day of installation and identified an opportunity to accommodate additional panels that hadn't been included in the original design. He suggested positioning the existing panels to preserve the option for future expansion, potentially saving considerable work and expense down the track.
I particularly appreciated this proactive approach. It demonstrated that the team wasn't simply there to complete the installation as quickly as possible, but was genuinely interested in delivering the best long-term outcome for the customer.
The installers were knowledgeable, professional and tidy, explaining the installation process and keeping us informed throughout.
The system has been operating reliably, with no issues with either the solar panels or battery.
Overall, excellent value for money, quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. I would confidently recommend Clean Earth Solar.

Great installation experience
Clean Earth Solar were fantastic to deal with from the initial conversations, quotation process, along with the installation. The quotation process was quick and easy to understand, and the installation was organised within a month of accepting the quote. They arrived at the date and time agreed to. After the completion of the installation, we raised an issue regarding placement of a small number of the panels. They handled this respectfully and rectified this issue with no penalty to us. We have been very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them to others.Inverter rating: 5/5

Exceptional workmanship and installation
From the first phone call with organising a quote, to the removal of our old solar system so our roof could be painted, to the installation of our new system it all went perfectly. They turned up when they said they would. I asked alot of questions about how it would work, if we had a big enough system which batteries were better and they were always patient while answering me. The install was done effortlessly and the yard was left tidy you would not even know they had been there.Would highly recommend them on price, quality and information.

Great service, very friendly and the installation team arrived on time, were very efficient and did a great job. We are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone considering a solar installation.29 September 2026
Every question answered in writing, and no surprises on install day
Sales and quoting: Quoted three inverter and battery options so I could compare properly. The rebate figures were itemised and I verified them myself against the federal formula. They were correct. When I asked about the blackout backup they told me its limitations and suggested fewer circuits than I had paid for, rather than overselling. Deposit capped at 10%, balance on completion, and the Home Building Compensation certificate was issued before installation.Installation: Installed on the agreed date. 26 panels across four array sections on a double storey tile roof, plus battery and bird mesh. Crew were polite and left the site clean. They confirmed in writing beforehand that there were no variation costs on the switchboard, and the final price matched the quote exactly. Nobody turned up asking for extra money.
Customer service: Grid connection was applied for before the install and the meter application handled afterwards. When I needed the contract and insurance certificate reissued in my legal name, it was done the same day. Questions were answered directly, including a video showing how the bird mesh attaches. Across five weeks of questions, nothing they told me turned out to be wrong.

Outstanding Experience with Clean Earth Solar – Highly Recommended!I
Recently had a Jinko solar and Sigenergy battery system installed by Clean Earth Solar, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. It has now been over two full months of running the system, and there hasn’t been a single issue—flawless operation from day one. What truly blew me away is the mySigen app. The level of polish, intuitive UI, and overall flexibility in energy management are exceptional. It makes monitoring and optimizing battery schedules completely seamless. Before proceeding with the installation, I read numerous positive customer reviews about Clean Earth Solar. Now having gone through the consultation, setup, and daily operation myself, I can confidently confirm that every bit of praise they receive is 100% genuine. A special thank you to Nathan for his professionalism, prompt communication, and great support throughout the process. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and technically proficient solar and battery installer, I wholeheartedly recommend Clean Earth Solar!

Very happy customer
Can't recommend John and his team highly enough, after a 26 panel Aiko 500W 3P, Sungrow SHRS10 Inverter, and SBH200 Battery installation last week. John handled the quoting and confirmation process, Joseph looked after the operations and logistices, Furian the administation aspects, and Nathan, Andrew, Lem and two other lads, did the actual install. Arriving at the agreed time of 7am, the system was commissioned before 4pm, with less than an hour without power to the house. Being a terracota roof has its challenges for any installer, but breakages were kept to a minimum, and the team went above and beyond to ensure the cabling was run through the cavities and the meter box was left looking neat and tidy. Furian also called the week before to confirm everything and suggested the sensible bird meshing around the panels, at a very reasonable price, so was incorporated into the job. When I started the research into this project, I had in mind the components for the system. Whilst other installer company sales people tried to change my design (and were substantially more expensive), John and his team delivered a great job at a very reasonable end price. They also handled all the paperwork, and Nathan made sure the App was fully functional before leaving. This was truly a great experience at the end of a long process with a major electrical upgrade and roof preparation work in the weeks before installation. Thanks guys.Panel rating: 5/5

Fantastic installers
Very easy to deal with. All my questions were answered at the sales and quoting stage. The installers were on time, very polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They also took me through the app and explained what was required to maximise the use of the battery. Overall, a very positive experience.05 August 2026
Pleasant deal with, punctual, polite and left the site tidy.
Clean Earth Solar approached the whole project in a business-like manner. They turned up on time, and got the job done efficiently. The team cooperated with each other and obviously got on well with each other, creating a friendly atmosphere. The App was explained to us and we were told what to expect, including 25 year warranty on the panels, which I should enjoy at 104 years old.

Outstanding Service from Clean Earth Solar
Outstanding service from start to finish!Clean Earth Solar just installed an 11.5 kW system for us, and the entire process was flawless. The installation took only about 4.5 hours—it was run like a military operation, and everything went in without a single hitch. Nathan, the electrician, did a fantastic job managing the aesthetics of the cabling and took the time to fully explain how the app works. We couldn’t be happier, from our initial consultation with John Park all the way through to the final installation. The communication, installation, and professionalism from the entire team at Clean Earth Energy were thoroughly professional throughout. Highly recommended!22 July 2026

Professional installer.
I highly recommend Clean Earth Solar (CES) if you want a professional, purpose driven, able, friendly, customer needs focused solar panel and battery installation. The contact, quoting and contract process with John and his team was prompt, professional, friendly, complied with the code of solar installer code of conduct and clarified and expanded some clauses at my request.
The capable installation team led by Ryan arrived on site on time and proceeded with work preparation, dismantling the existing solar installation and installation of the panels, gateway, battery and invertor. Everyone knew their jobs and two key things stood out. Generally the team kept the work site tidy and safe and a badly judged difficult task was redone. (The two cables ducted from the roof panels to the switchboard were agonizingly short by about 1m. Instead of extending the cables Ryan made the correct technical and safe decision to rerun the cables from new spools).
The sign off and post implementation explanation of the system was adequate. A more detailed explanation might be expected but would be wasted at the time as only now, 4 months later, am I getting to know the ins and outs of the system.
Having had multiple trades at my house for renovation and maintenance (plumbers, roof painters, electricians, carpenters) CES are easily the best from all aspects.

Solar & battery installation
I was recommended the team at Clean Earth Solar from a friend. I had already done my research so was at ease with everything the team recommended. The communication was a key factor in deciding to use Clean Earth as they went above and beyond to answer all questions and provide the options. Once quote was accepted I was given an install date and they turned up on the day and did everything they said they would. Highly recommended.11 June 2026

Very happy with Clean Earth system install
I spoke to a large number of companies, with many not returning calls or taking a long time to respond. Clean Earth responded quickly with a competitive price and a clear timeframe for delivery.Joey and the team did a great install of panels, inverter and battery. They were on time, professional and we now have a great system installed. We did have a question after the install and the team responded the next day with someone coming out to check (no problem as it turned out).
Very happy with the whole process and I would recommend Clean Earth to anyone looking to install a new solar system.

Simply the best start to finish!
Very efficient and clear to understand quotation which was highly competitive. John the boss personally answered all questions promptly with clarity and booked in a date months in advance. Extremely honest installation and the whole team were courteous on the day and clearly take pride in their work, arrived bang on time at 7am as promised and cleaned up after install. Thorough and patient app install and safety handover by Joseph “we dont leave until you are happy and the app is working”. 32 kwh battery and 15 kw panels. One of the other quoting company installers asked about our ultra competitive quote who was the installer and when I mentioned CES he too said “they do good work, go with them”. No need to look anywhere else as they provide quality at a great price and are a trustworthy team deserving of every success.Panel rating: 5/5

Very quick responses during the quoting period. Very happy with the offered selection of products. The installation went like clockwork. All the install team were very professional, friendly and easy to get on with. I was told start time would be between 7 and 7:30 and they arrived at 7. John and his team at Clean Earth Solar were outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommended installer
We recently had our solar and battery system installed by Clean Earth Solar, and I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. John was transparent, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Every question was answered clearly and promptly, which gave us a lot of confidence before installation day even arrived.
On the day of the install, Joe and the team were fantastic. The installation itself was smooth, efficient, and very professionally handled. You could immediately see the pride taken in their work — the attention to detail was exceptional. Everything was neat, tidy, and thoughtfully laid out, with real care taken to ensure both performance and presentation were spot on.
The quality of the products supplied is excellent, and the overall system feels robust and well put together. What really stood out was the handover — clear explanations, proper walkthrough of the system, and making sure we understood exactly how everything works and how to get the most from it.
It’s rare to find a contractor who combines great communication, high workmanship standards, and genuine customer care — but Clean Earth Solar absolutely delivered on all fronts.
Highly recommended.

John and his team were amazing to deal with. After my inquiry he called straight away to discuss my home battery and answered all my questions. He arranged a quote very quickly with multiple pricing options with various battery/inverter sizes, also got a matching EV charger.Locked in an install date. Best quote, Amazing post job clean up
Just installed my solar & battery system on 21/1/26. A friend recommended Clean Earth Solar while I was researching & getting other quotes.Their quote was competitive & John was overall prompt in reply. I had lots of questions & scenarios drawn out over a couple of months, which were answered patiently & efficiently.
Was taken by surprise how young the whole team were, but can’t fault their punctuality, work ethic & politeness in my dealings with Joseph, Noah & the rest of the team. The most noticeable is how clean they left the working area including wiping down the white battery units of dirt & finger marks. That is one of the more obvious & impactful impressions as a customer. I know this may not reflect workmanship but it’s a standout. Also patient with the after installation handover, explanations on the system & what happens next.
My friends who have had their systems longer than I have, had no issues & continue to have excellent after sales service.
I have no hesitation in recommending giving them a call if you are researching the solar or battery journey.
