Good, efficient installation
Out of 3 quotes - We really liked the fact that Energy Busters was the only company that came to view our property.We found Zac, the energy consultant very informative and ready to listen to us. He was able to maximise the amount of panels that we could fit on our roof by using east facing roof space as well as north facing. This resulted in being able to increase the size of the battery.
The installation went very smoothly. We were very happy with the whole team especially the time taken to explain the operation of the system and setting up the phone app which enabled us to easily understand and monitor the system.

Hasn’t been installed yet as there is a delay but I do have hot water
The quote process was excellent and we were advised that there would be a delay in installationExpecting it soon

Excellent company. Provided a competitive quote and very good advice.
Provided several quotes for different battery options which was useful. I went with Sigenergy battery. Process was seamless and install was neat. The installers helped set up the app, answered many questions and were tidy. Very happy.Asked about the export limit of 1.5kw that appeared to be in place - and within 12 hours, the installers had rectified this with SAPN!
Zac came by to check the install and answer any questions I had after a couple of weeks and was helpful with some advice regarding other options for electrifying the home.
Overall, the experience with the installers was excellent, Zac was excellent, and dealing with the company has been effortless. I've spoken with others who have had batteries installed recently, and it turned out that Energy Buster was typically more competitive on price.
