Great Installation. Top quality work.
Jeremy went through and explained the quotes thoroughly and visited my house while other quotes were done over the phone or by e-mail. Installation went without a hitch. Started saving straight away.Inverter rating: 5/5

Jeremy lets his knowledge do the sales!
Jeremy's quote was in the ballpark of four quotes that I received, three from Solar Quotes. It was neither the most expensive nor the cheapest.However, what set Jeremy apart was the amount of knowledge he had about all of the products and how to maximise the value we obtain from it. He was willing to share that information freely. When everyone is supplying virtually the same products, being able to maximise return (or shorten the payback period) was a differentiator. He has clearly used and played around with the equipment that he is selling and their interaction with the various energy companies, making it invaluable to draw on his experience and knowledge.
His team of installers were efficient and got everything done on time and professionally.
I am already seeing the benefits of installation after just 2 days, and we have not yet taken all the steps to maximise return.

Great at first…
Great at first to get the quote and installation.But not afterwards , been trying to contact or over 1 month now calling and messaging just for help, but now that he’s taken the money he’s reply is “ it’s not my problem” then hangs up.
I’ve had bad experiences with tradies but this is definitely the worst experience I’ve had to date.
Avoid at all costs!!

When you have other trades on site it does get confusing to who is resposible for assisting you on the job you had completed, and it does void warrenty when others do end up damage/ change and or break the law to complete a task that other have already finished/ completed thoroughly, correctly and had working until broken by others.
Sorry you got us mixed up with the other trades you had on site.
Happy to keep helping as ive done all along.

Straightforward no fuss installation
Jeremy was able to offer a competitive price for my 6.6kW system. Prompt with email replies. Installation went smoothly and was finished in half a day. Team cleaned up after themselves. Had a noise issue with the inverter unit afterwards and would have appreciated if they could have made an extra trip to investigate if it was installation or manufacturer issue. Other than that the system works well and reaches the max 5kW generation on most days.Panel rating: 5/5

Fantastic Installer, Highly Recommend.
Had a great experience with Jeremy from Envirosmart Solar. He was informative and helpful from the get go and went above and beyond to have us connected to power by our deadline. He designed an off grid system for us that meets all our needs. The installation process went smoothly and we are very happy with the result. Beyond our expectations
We got 4 quotes but Jeremy was the only one who insisted that he come to our home and have a detailed look at our job.He arrived on time on a Saturday morning and spent well over an hour explaining all of the different options to us.
We decided to go with a 13.2kw System
With Sungrow Inverter and Jinko type N panels.
The installation went smoothly over 2 days.
Jeremy also gave us an App which monitors our system’s performance in real time , so from my office I can see how many Kwh our system is feeding back into the grid.. at any given time.We were spending about $220 per month on Electricity, since the solar install that has fallen to only about $80 per month which is amazing.. And we are still in the middle of winter, we estimate that during the summer months we will generate and feed much more back into the grid.. We are feeding in about 45 Kwh per day at the moment on clear days..We are getting a 12 cent feed in tariff so we are feeding in about $5.40 with of electricity per day which gets credited off our bill.
$5 x 30 Days = $150 discount off our monthly bill..
We would thougherly recommend Jeremy Hall from Enviro Smart Electrical for any of your Solar needs.
Next we are looking a battery to farm some solar and make some real $$

Trustworthy
Other quoters seemed like salespeople whereas EnviroSmart had the actual installer come out and explain things and answer questions which felt genuine which is why we went ahead with them. Ended up adding a few more things like EV charger and new switchboard which added to the total cost but again we were happy to as we felt comfortable with Jeremy.22 May 2023

Great quality work and excellent service
Jeremy bent over backwards to accommodate our fast timeline and made sure that we felt well informed of our decisions. He was prompt and reliable and happily worked with our builders to get the installation done with minimal disruption to our site. Delighted with our new system and loving learning about how to make the best use of our appliances to maximise the benefit of our solar.

Great service, under promised and over delivered.
Jeremy from Envirosmart is a local owner/installer.Pricing was good.
He was knowledgeable about the product and delivered exactly was he said he would in the time frame that he set which was only 4 weeks from paying the deposit.
Installation was a breeze
He has also been easy to get in touch with post install for any questions that I may have.

Jeremy is a true homie
Jeremy was straight to the point and didn't beat around the bush when it came to recommendations. Had my best interests at heart and was very professional and informative. He also repaired a bunch of tiles on my roof and replaced my whirly bird which he definitely did not have to do. Always willing to help and stresses he is just a phone call away. Above and beyond
Every step of the way we have felt like we were in safe hands. It was reassuring to have Jeremy take care of every stage of the process personally. From the first phone call, to the site visit, to creating the proposal and the installation itself. He really listened to what we were hoping to achieve (fitting as many panels on our relatively small roof as possible) and answered my many, many questions patiently. Nothing was too much trouble and every little detail was taken care of. We're really happy with the system and could not have wished for a better experience or installer.System Size: 12.45 kW

The quotation was set out well on the phoe and easy to understand.The installation went very smoothly, for such a hard roof. The tradesmen were neat and tidy and what they said they would do they did correctly, no surprises.

Great Communicator, Great Service, Fair Price, Smooth Installation, Sound Advice
How was the sales/quoting process?The quoting process was smooth, Jeremy was communicative and provided me some initial options at 3 levels of price. After doing my own further research, I was able to provide my preferences to him and he was more than happy to accommodate me. He was happy to adjust my design all the way to install date at my request. He didn't lock me into using a particular panel or inverter brand but his recommendations matched up to my preferences. His price was fair for the amount of work and quality of components. The advice he gave during this process was accurate and matched up to my research online and for that I was happy to move ahead with Jeremy's quote.
How did the installation go? Polite? Tidy? Punctual?
Installation was smooth. Jeremy and the team were punctual and did not leave me waiting for them at the agreed start time. During the installation on the first day they had noticed a cracked panel upon delivery and was able to replace it immediately for the second day of install without casuing any delays. Jeremy and the team were polite and quiet, so we had no complaints from our neighbours. They worked efficiently and maximised the time they had on site. At the end of both days they cleaned up the rubbish and took it with them and left the area tidy. There suprisingly only a few cracked tiles at the end even though I prepared a lot more considering the size of the job so I was very happy about that.
How was the customer service? e.g. did they help organise the grid connection after the install?
Customer service was great. The handover was thorough. Jeremy went through the install, startup/shutdown process, safety measures and provided all documentation and checklists. Jeremy notified the grid of electrical works and I just had to notify our electricity company that we needed a solar meter replacement.
Overall - very happy with Jeremy and the team.
