Fault service call out

eSolar we’re fantastic at sending a Tech out to assess a system fault installed by another company who has since shut down.
The office staff were fantastic, as was the tech Addi, who explained and remedied the fault quickly.
I will definitely stay with e-solar when I upgrade.

Delivery with exceptional service!

I've seen other solar companies out there who change there name as many times as I change my socks daily (3 times per day). eSolar is the only business that I know who've kept the name forever. I asked eSolar once again to install a new system on my new house as they did an amazing job previously.

Quote provided, I then asked if I could get less panels and more power, I got a great quote and the price didn't exceed my expectation. We got 12 panels at 580w per panel = 7kw. Awesome service and the system was meant to be installed on the Thursday 7th November but they contacted me on Monday and said would you like it tomorrow... Win win!!

We went through e-Solar based on the really positive reviews from family & friends, and we couldn’t be happier that we did! From day one we had fantastic customer service, an amazing install team, and fabulous ongoing support from Christy. The only negative is that I wish we had called them sooner!! E-Solar have a great team from Christy in the office who was very helpful and knowledgeable, she did an amazing job of explaining the whole process and following up with me ,organizing everything ready for the install and also for my meter to be changed , I didn't have to do a thing - brilliant

Best investment I've ever made !

I often experience outages in my area lasting only a couple of hours or so. Following a lightning strike recently, power from the grid was lost for over three days.
The system installed by E Solar kicked in immediately. I was running two chest freezers, one fridge freezer combo and big screen TV with satellite system which draws a bit of power constantly looking for a signal.
Consumption from the battery was around 25% overnight which left plenty in store for the following day. As soon as the sun came up, the battery recharged to full capacity.
Customer service is outstanding from Silvio and Christy and their team of installers.
Since having the system installed, I have never been inconvenienced whatsoever during outages. It's the best thing I've ever done and I highly recommend E Solar.

Great System Great Sevice -----Great Team

I have had an E-Solar system installed for about fourteen years. When first installed i had it put in to take advantage of the very high returns paid for the power returned to the grid. The initial contract I had with the electricity retailer was for ten years and for this period I did not have a power bill, actually i had a credit of some $6K After about 11years I decided to upgrade the system to a higher output solar panel and fit as battery. The idea was to put in place a system which would last me for the rest of my life. The upgraded system does not provide the returns i had previously but comes close with Government power assistance. My last bill was $17.80. The power usage in my home would be fairly standard plus it powers a Bore pump for the garden twice a week. Recently just a day before going away on leave i checked my solar system on line and found for some reason it was off line, i checked on the net and found the e-solar office was not open so decided to leave a sevice call for when i got back. Within minutes i had a call from Christy from E-Solar who had checked my system on line and said the fault had been triggered by the power grid, something that i had never had before, Christy gave me some instructions to reset the problem however it did not come back on line which i reported back, again within minutes Silvio the company manager had telephoned me from his car he was driving at the time, he said he would call in if I was home at a certain time. He arrived and within minutes reset the fault.

What a team I had called hoping for lodging a service call for when i returned from holidays and had the problem resolved straight away --Thank you E - Solar

Best investment ever
e-Solar were so professional, they helped me throughout the entire Solar install process and followed up after the install to make sure everything was in order. Christy in the office was fantastic to deal with. Installers left a very clean and tidy install, they were very considerate and informative and helped with everything setting up the inverter and the app.

Happy Customer

e-Solar was recommended to me by my niece who has had two systems installed by them. I had my second system installed last week and my brother also had his done a few months ago. That's five systems of which the oldest is probably around four years old and the newest just one week. We have not had any problems at all. Most importantly, we have received great service from Christy who is very helpful and always calls back if she can't take a call. My installation last week was done by Joe and Glen. Both were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The installation was neat and tidy and the setup and commissioning went very smoothly. Based on my experiences I highly recommend e-Solar.

Christy was fantastic when I spoke to her about our needs and were very competitive in price and product. She helped us with the right configuration to suit our lifestyle and power consumption. We opted for 2 batteries and so far, have done what we wanted them to do. Everybody has been great and easy going at E-solar and worked around us. Great family business. I had E-Solar install a 7.4Kw solar system with 6.5Kw battery.

I had E-Solar install a 7.4Kw solar system with 6.5Kw battery storage, system is blackout ready. The system is working magnificently and my power consumption from Synergy is now below 1Kw per day and it’s the middle of winter. Come summer I expect to be in credit. If you want to get a super solar system I totally recommend E-Solar 22 Canham Way, Greenwood WA 6024. Great service, great product and a very friendly team.

Worth paying more for a better system

The company was very contactable. They turned up when they said they would to fit the system. They did the whole thing without any problems. Other quotes were very confusing. I also had a heat pump fitted for hot water which I had at my last property. When my gas bottle runs out I will be all electric and will look at a battery

Quick and efficent.

This was our second solar installation by eSolar. The first one was over 10 years ago and we became used to not paying an electrical bill during that period of time. When the contract rebate ran out we went back to eSolar as we were very pleased with the first time we bought from them. The whole process from my enquiry to the finished product installation was carried out in a quick, efficient and professional manner. Thank you to Christy for all the information you sent. All the staff and installers were friendly, respectful and professional. A big thank you to Courtis and Harrison for being punctual, friendly, respectful, tidy and extremely efficient and proficient in the installation process. You did a fantastic job! Fantastic supply and install of solar

This is the second time we have used E-Solar. We used them to install solar at our last property. We sold our last house and our new home did not have solar. We contacted E-solar as soon as our sale went through. Once again their service was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. Answered all our questions, explained the pricing structure and left it to us to decide. Once our order was placed we didn’t have to wait long for the installer to make contact and book the job. Very impressed

Key points when choosing sola that we considered were, local company, good trading record, product knowledge, value for money.
Esola exceeded in all these categories' the process was simple from start to finish, Christy at Esola was very reassuring and answered all questions with ease.
We did look at other Sola companies but never got the same service and prompt interaction from them.
The install date was given and time set, again being contacted personally, the installers turned up spot on the set time, were very pleasant and removed all rubbish.
As for connection and checking the right meter etc Christy handled the lot.
Being local my wife can pop in on a face to face situation should we have any issues, we also liked the fact that Christy also monitors our system and is ready to step in and take action if she sees a fault etc.
Its a minefield out there with Sola companies and its not easy to choose, but do your self a favor and give Esola a ring!

Excellent Value with No Fuss

I was extremely impressed with the e-Solar's customer service ethic. The quoting process was easy, with all the options laid out, so that I could make an informed decision. All my questions were answered promptly, and accurately. I was especially happy that I always got to speak with a real person that knows what they were talking about. I never felt like just a number on a job-card.

The installation went well. The installers were quick and efficient, and tidy. Every step of the install was explained. The install also happened ahead of schedule.

I didn't have to worry about a thing. All the grid connection and rebate paperwork was handled on my behalf. The inverter and smart meter WiFi setup was handled as well.

Am I super-impressed? ... You bet!

2nd time installation

Had eSolar install a 6.6/5 Kw system on our house in April last year which all went very well and when our daughter built her terrace style house we went straight to eSolar for a quote. Again they came up with the goods providing a competitive plan which we went with. Due to the position of some roof vents ( a site inspection was not possible due to COVID restrictions) a modification had to be made to the layout but all achieved with no fuss. Again the installation guys were efficient, helpful and left no mess. Would highly recommend eSolar

Great Value and Very Efficient :-)

I was looking at having a Solar System installed in my newly built home - after a long research (too many operators out there - not all reliable) I decided to focus on 2 elements to make a decision: longevity in the Business (found horror stories online of operators installing Solar and going bust - goodbye warranty) and price/quality of install. I ended up choosing E-Solar for my System, the Team were great in recommending a Growatt Hybrid Inverter ( I originally wanted SMA but the Team showed my how to save 25% off my budget and get great quality) and Longi Panels. So far (install happened Nov 2020) my System has been producing an average of 1000 Kwh (my house is North West so not ideal - production stops at 2.30 - 3pm) - in summer days reaching peaks of 45 Kwh a day!!! Extremely happy with the install Quality and the overall experience with e-Solar from sales to installers were great and made the process easy - thanks E Solar!!!

The sales/quoting process was excellent. Not pushy, knowledgeable, happy to help, went in to the show room where they showed us a working system and the different inverters and just went through everything with us.
The installation team were polite, punctual, fast, got the job done with no problems.

Great system, fantastic customer service

I dealt with Christy from E-Solar and she has been excellent from beginning to after intallation. She provided a quote quickly and answered all my questions. Installation was organised within 10 days and all went ahead without a problem. After installation I realised Western Power hadn't done their update of the meter, I contacted Christy who followed it up for me and with 2 hours Western Power came out and completed their work. Fantastic service!

Very Happy

The installers had to cancel on the arranged day due to rain, but worked a Sunday to make up. Tom and his team worked on a 37 degree day, on a two story home and did a fantastic job, despite the heat. Very polite, efficient and helpful. When they left all was working perfectly (and still is).
