These folk are spot on for communication, customer service, installation and all at a very good price. They did all the paper work. No question was a problem for them and installation standard was tops.Panel rating: 5/5

Great Experience
Eureka Solar are an exceptional team who were friendly and courteous in their dealings with me. They provided a quote and the quote came in right on budget. We had a 10kwh system and backup battery installed on the roof of our shed and there were no problems setting up the links to the house. The staff have been terrific and took the time to explain items and how they worked when we had questions around the system or not sure not sure how the system was sett up. However at the end of the day it is running extremely well. I would source them out for future works when need and can highly recommend them as a company to engage if you are looking for a solar system.Panel rating: 5/5

Knowledgable backed by great personalised service
Micth made two site visits prior to contract. Quote was middle of three. After some frustrations with other installers and quotes, high pressure tactics, poor listening skills, smash and grab mentality, altimately we went with Eureka Solar & Battery because of Mitchel's sound advice, product knowledge and commitment to personalised service. Despite supply chain holdups well beyong his control, communiication was maintained and installation finished as soon as reasonably possible. He listened to our wants and needs, and tailored a system that delivers the performance and features we wanted. Nice crew, polite, clean, and considerate. We wish Mitchel and ES&B every success and highly recomend to anyone considering Solar & Battery, looking for professional service, sound advise and quality workmanship. Woeful Customer Service
The installation of an upgraded inverter and a new battery went well. I was really pleased that Mitchell had the existing solar panels cleaned. But, almost twelve month later we had a power outage and the battery failed to operate. I contacted Eureka next day. Heard nothing. It was over six weeks later before they made contact but nothing has been done and no follow up contact on what or when anything will happen. Not impressed.Battery rating: 1/5
