Very professional team from start to finish
Still navigating the app butt all is good seems to be on right track for the amount of panels (10)Very good company

Yes we only had 20 panels no battery but very happy with performance and reduction in power bill01 July 2026
Excellent Experience
The sales representative from FutureNRG, Justin, was exceptionally easy to deal with, did everything he said he would , and explained the process and the reason for his recommendations in easy to understand terms. Any little issues we had he stepped up and solved them. The product installed, Tesla Powerwall 3 has functioned as indicated since the installation. The paperwork dealing with the Government is very confusing and complicated but the whole process was managed by FutureNRG. They are a pleasure to do business with.22 June 2026
Worst company I have ever dealt with!
Worst Company I have ever dealt with!Had solar panels, battery and a heat pump installed costing thousands of dollars!! Each aspect has had issues. Nearly 5 months later we still don’t have adequate hot water and told there is no issue. Never ran out of hot water before with our standard gas hot water service that was removed- biggest mistake ever! Just had an electrical inspector around to check work and he was swearing saying this installation is terrible!
Half our panels weren’t even activated until I questioned why we were getting so little solar input. Avoid!

Poor after sales service
I’m leaving a balanced but honest review based on my full experience with Future NRG.The sales and installation side of the process was excellent. Communication was clear upfront, the system design was well explained, and the installation itself was smooth and professional. I had no issues at all during this stage and was very confident in my decision.
Unfortunately, the experience changed significantly after installation and payment.
Once the system was installed and paid for, communication dropped off almost completely. It then took over 4 weeks to arrange a solar inspector to complete the final steps required to turn the system on. During this time, my emails were largely unanswered and I had to repeatedly follow up.
When I did get responses, I was told that the inspection process was handled by a third party and that there was nothing Future NRG could do to speed it up. While I understand that inspections involve external parties, from a customer perspective I expected Future NRG to manage and coordinate this process more proactively, rather than shifting responsibility.
Even after the system was finally turned on, I am now 5 weeks post-install and still have not received the Certificate of Electrical Safety, which is a basic requirement and should have been provided promptly.
To summarise:
- Sales & installation: Excellent
- Post-install communication: Poor
- Project completion & follow-up: Slow and frustrating
Because of the lack of responsiveness and the delays after payment, I can’t rate this higher. It’s disappointing given how strong the initial experience was.
I wouldn’t use Future NRG again based on the after-sales service alone.

Great Sales - was able to work thru technical issues
Very organised team, makes use of automated messaging to confirm appointments/bookings.Sale rep was on time and very comprehensive. Talked about system options, future support and what FutureNRG could offer. We liked how straight forward they were with how their process operates (Initial Quote/site inspection, Acceptance of quote/deposit, Technical Site inspection, installation).
Only annoyance, was that the System Proposals, were not able to be printed off (to a hardcopy), from within their website. All had to be reviewed/looked at online.
We have a high confidence that the selected system will work, however knowing the technical inspection will pick-up any issue potential issues in advance of the installation, resulting in a smooth installation is good good comfort.
Installation has not happened, still waiting on scheduled install date. Install date was booked mid feb for an early april install.

Great company to deal with
Justin was very helpful with answering our hundreds of questions and very quick to return phone calls.The installation team was on time and did a great job, very neat and cleaned up when finished. They helped set up the phone app as expected, were friendly and were patient with my constant curiosity watching and asking questions during the install.
I was surprised as to the time it takes to be fully on grid due to notification processes to power company and supplier with testing from power company and such. However, this is to do with the downstream process not the solar / battery supplier.

Efficient and easy installation
FutureNRG proved to be the best choice for our batteries and Heat pump hot water, with competitive quotes and quality system. They listened carefully and responded to our enquiries. The installation of both the heat pump and the batteries was carried out very efficiently and with a lot of care about their work. Installers were punctual, pleasant, helpful and considerate of our needs. Both systems appear to be working as expected at this early stage. I expect that as I learn more about how to refine the settings that all our expectations will be exceeded11 February 2026
Helpful Technical salesperson
Installer promptly responded to my request for a quote and visited my house. Installer was well prepared for the meeting and talked us out of buying a battery as we had originally planned.Installers arrived one time, carried out work efficiently

Fantastic company
From the very beginning Justin was friendly and walked me through all aspects to get the best system for my needs.While I was waiting for the install I had a few questions Justin and Simon were wonderful to answer all my concerns.
The installers were punctual and friendly they worked so hard in the heat, they did a great job
