Fantastic Installer
We opted to install a 10.75kw PV Solar System. Dwaine’s communication and advice was excellent and having to deal with one person made the entire process seamless from quote to completion. His co-workers were courteous, punctual and tidy which was also very much appreciated.We are very pleased with the solar system and monitor the app to utilise the power to its maximum potential. Our power bill has reduced significantly, particularly now that we are in the warmer months.
We do not have any hesitation in recommending Impressive Electrical to anyone who is keen to install an efficient, aesthetically pleasing and cost saving system.

Fantastic
Dwayne and the team were fantastic, he was happy to provide multiple quotes and answered lots of questions to help arrive at the exact system I was after. Also the only installer who came to site and before quoting.Installation happened when scheduled, the crew were all great and did a very neat and tidy install with full compliance to Australian Standards (being a sparky myself this was extremely important to me). There was not a single item of rubbish left on site!
Was also great to see them all taking safety seriously, always harnessed up while on the roof and risk assessments completed.
Great job, I would highly recommend Impressive Electrical and Solar

Impress Electrical are as per advertised.
Dwyne was great in explaining exactly what I was getting and had me satisfied that he we you do a great job. Pricing and quality were great.Installation was great. I work from home and barely released the boys were still working there. They answered all my questions. They got there when they said they would. There was no mess!
After the installation I was given instruction on what would happen next and everything ran smoothly. They did all the grid connection and all I had to do was sign. Fantastic service.

From start to its end completion dealing with Dwayne was a pleasure. The reason for having Dwayne do my job, was that he was on site hands on that convinced me to hire him.

Initially, we chose Impressive Electrical over the 3 other quotes we had obtained as Dwayne was clearly experienced, locally based and not over-priced.From start to finish , site inspection, quotation and installation were handled smoothly, with expert knowledge.
The staff were on time, professional, respectful and experienced.
Dwayne explained all processes in advance, answered many questions we had along the way and was present and fully involved in the actual installation. He also processed all required paperwork to our energy supplier and monitored our system over the next 2 days to ensure it was working.
On completion, the crew left the site clean and tidy and completed in less than one day.
We would recommend Impressive Electrical to anyone embarking on solar installation.

Amazing Service.. Fantastic Installer!!
Dwayne was great from the start guiding me through the process. he advised what system would work best and give me the best value for money.There was great communication regarding the install and on the day Dwayne and his team were amazing!! All were very polite and tidy and the job was finished by the end of the day.
Dwayne and the guys also took the time to help me with any questions I had with how the system and the app works and I have been so happy with everything since the install.
Customer service was fantastic they organised the grid connection
Would definitely recommend Impressive Electrical for your solar!!

I had watched Impressive Electrical and Solar (IES) install a solar system directly opposite us. It was very evident from the project commencement to completion they were well experienced in this field. All staff had hi-vis clothing. All staff had PPE and it was noted that a thorough clean up was done at the end of works.Our neighbour indicated that the project had been completed to his satisfaction.
From the initial contact with IES, arranging a quotation, kindly slotting our project in prior to Christmas, through to the actual works carried out punctually, on budget and in a professional manner it has been, a very customer focussed approach.
An audit by Alinta Energy (current services provider) found the existing mains board to be non-compliant, and required a slight upgrade. IES directly assisted us to have these upgrade works completed within days. Alinta Energy then installed the new meter 16th January 2023.
Hence, the five star rating in each category. Very satisfied.

Very happy with the systems and installtion
Very happy with the systems and installtion. Sales process to work throught configuration and pricing with Dwayne was good and relatively easy.All seems to be working fine. Now waiting for Energy Australia and Ausgrid to finalise things at their end for my feed to the grid.

Impressive Electrical R AWESOME
We selected Impressive Electrical due to Dwayne's superior knowledge compared to other Solar Companies. Our install had an added complexity of shading so needed to ensure a suitable invertor was selected and that the panels were placed in their optimum position. We are extremely happy with the result.The planning and pre-installation was handled professionally. The installation went smoothly. The Team arrived on time, worked diligently all day in the heat and left our site spotless. Post install was no exception either.
Would highly recommend the Impressive Electrical Team.

Can't ask for better !!
I highly recommended this company !Everything from the quoting to them installing and leaving my premises went without a hitch.
The team was professional , polite and went above & beyond to please.
And the best part was that they didn't cause any damage whatsoever in the process like other trades tend to do.
They removed the old system & installed the new one and it was like they were never there.
No running around cleaning up or fixing damages after they were gone.

When you lucky enough to come in contact with an outstanding electrical contractor, remember his name and telephone number. Dwayne Ellis is one such person. His number is 0408 002 138.
Eight years ago (2014) I purchased a 5kw solar system for my house through Energy Australia. The electrical contractor/ installer was Dwayne Ellis. The installation was perfect across all benchmarks. This year I decided to add another 3kw of panels to go with my Tesla battery. Luckily I retained Dwayne's contact details as I was so impressed with his professionalism all those later. And for that reasonI have just used him again to install the new panels, and he is as good as ever. Highly recommended on all counts......sales/quoting, installation, customer service, quality of support team, tidiness, punctuality, face to face communication, honesty. Impressive Electrical & Solar were true to their Name.
Agreed and arrived at appointed time to advise on suitable Solar options. Explained what location on the roof would best suit Solar production and options/ types of solar Panels & Inverter systems. Addressed my concerns re water ingress and explained they provided minimum tile roof penetrations and flashings.Quotation provided two options including preferred Q Cell 6.48Kw Solaredge power Optimiser System.
His team arrived on date agreed and were professional and courteous. They clearly all knew the process and the functions they had to perform. They completed the installation in a day and removed all packaging site material and replaced a couple of tiles. They explained operation of Inverter system.
The provided an optional quotation for system and Individual Panel monitoring which I accepted.
They organised change of meter with Energy provided which occurred within 14 days and provided manual and post install Follow up. An efficient and professional operator.

Great service from start to finish.
From the initial contact with Impressive Electrical and Solar Pty Ltd (Dwayne) from advise as to the most suitable system for my requirement through to the quotation process was quick and efficient with no sales pressure.Any calls made to the office was answered promptly without being put on hold.
The team for the installation were on time, polite and on their departure the site was left very tidy.
The day after installation I received the link to the WIFI so as to monitor the system.

Very Professional
Dwayne is very knowledgeable and was very informative and assisted greatly throughout the entire process from quoting to completion of the install. The team turned up when they said they would and the quality of the work was excellent, including going the extra yard to ensure that all conduits were concealed and not run externally.All of the paperwork and communication has been clear and Impressive have taken care of all correspondence with my energy provider.

Quick professional install
I had a lot of questions about options and the team at Impressive Electrical took the time to send me about 8 quotes before I pulled the trigger on one of them. And even after I changed my mind, were flexible enough to pivot mid-install.The crew were friendly and fast, they rearranged some problem roof tiles to least expose the house, and were patient with our wifi issues when trying to set up our smart metre.
Organisational wise, all I had to do was tick a box to claim the rebate and get smart metre sign in details. The team did everything else regarding paperwork. Made it super easy for me.

Great service and no fuss install
The solar quoting process was great and I was guided by Dwayne on making the right choice for our home. On the day of install Dwayne was on site working alongside his team and managing the installation from start to finish. Installation was no fuss, the whole team was polite and very respectful coming into someone else's home such as removing their shoes before entering and letting me know when they were entering the house. When the job was finished, all the mess was cleaned up and any rubbish was taken away with them. After install service was great, very easy to connect to the solar monitoring system. A happy customer of Impressive Electrical
Impressive Electrical executed superbly. Our job entailed removal of an old system, then subsequent install of the new system, after roof refurbishment by another contractor. There were some timing issues with the roof refurbishment, which delayed the planned solar instal. Impressive Electrical worked around these issues to get the job done in a timely manner, with no inconvenience to us. Their quotes included several options to enable us to select the best system for our needs, under advice from Dwayne, the company principal. The installation went ahead without a hitch, and after sales follow up has been great. Impressed rather than impressive.
What a great experience. Dwayne actually came to see us, stepped us through the process, explained everything and gave us a quote. He did not keep calling or push us to accept, he gave us time to think without hassling us. Day of install his team is amazing polite, well presented and cleaned up in 36 degree day. Advised us they were finished. Dwayne then came at a convenient time for us to explain and show us the app. All the paperwork was lodged same day,What a great experience that’s why we were so IMPRESSED ?
