Top Quality job
How was the sales/quoting process? Absolutely excellent, simple, efficient, turned up on time, delivered information in a timely manner in plain English.How did the installation go? tuned up on time with a bunch of staff, they worked through the rain to get the install done in 1 day.
How was the customer service? so far, great

Fantastic Service & Installation
Couldn't be happier with the whole process from quote to installation.Nic is very knowledgeable and offered options for the best solution for what I wanted to achieve.
The team who did the installation did a fantastic job it what I would say was not any job. They worked together as a team was also impressive.

Quality service!
Thanks to Nic, Jed and the rest of the Level team for sorting out a great system for us. There were a few teething issues that required a couple of return visits but they took full responsibility and made it an easy process. We also got a new heat pump HWS through Level plumbing and this was coordinated at the same time as the solar/battery installation. Very happy with the price too. Installation is neat and tidy too.Panel rating: 5/5

Pleasantly impressed, a well deserved 5 stars google review
After a disappointing experience with the installer who originally fitted my solar panels three years ago, which I initially considered using the same company for my solar battery installation to keep everything under one provider, I decided to explore other options.Following an initial call with a Level electrical representative and sending my electrical for the last few months, I was scheduled an appointment with electrical designer Amir. He provided me with a much better package, helped rationalise my purchase based on my actual needs, and offered clear, sensible advice.
On installation day, everything went according to plan. When I had a question, Amir personally called to explain things in detail. The communication throughout the installation was excellent, and the work was carried out neatly and professionally.
The follow-up after installation has also been outstanding, with remote monitoring support and practical advice on balancing my energy usage.
Initially, I was hesitant to sign up with Level Electrical given the limited reviews available on SolarQuotes, but I can honestly say I am very pleasantly surprised and impressed so far.
In contrast, my original installer, EISS, showed little to no planning for the system at all and I felt was favoured for asking questions. They took an instalment payment in mid-May for a July installation (with the rebate), held onto the money for few weeks, then eventually returned it after saying they weren’t sure about the system. Later, when I approached them again, they had no issue to install the very same system they had rejected—this time with an extra $2,000 added, saying: “Sorry mate, prices have increased.”
