What an experience!!
Customer service at the beginning was top notch but quickly descended into unprofessionism once the contact was signed.Installation was to be done in one day but turned into over 3 days, the crew were polite but messy leaving all the wrapping etc Filling both my bins with all the rubbish .
The tech that helped setup the internet service to the inverter was awesome.
8 months later we asked Jeff: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
The system is performing very well currently.13 July 2021

Easy process, Hassle free
Punctual, Easy through company finance which no one more offered8 months later we asked SRIDHAR: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Very disappointed with after sales customer service.Tracking app has stopped working and don't know how the system is performing.
Contacted Pearman's 2 times and no response yet.

Solar to the rescue
Absolutely helpful and kind the whole way. I was unable to get solar because my roof wasn't eligible but they went out of their way to try and see if they could. A real problem-solver type attitude.We got solar for my mums house and they kept in contact from before installation, during and will probably check up on us after while we're using it. Great customer service and a good price

Honest advice and hard working team
We received honest advice on various options of inverters and panels and possibility of upgrade with batteries. The "sales" Rahul is the Company Engineer. He is extremely courteous, and good at after sales services. He came around after office hours to assist me with the wifi apps for the inverters.The installation team was very hard working - 10 hours straight without smoko break. Even continued after sunset. Since the job to remove old system and install the new one was bigger than expected, they need to come back twice in the afternoon to complete the job. They ensure everything is working and all rubbish remove before they leave. They do not charge extra to remove old system which other installer did quote for separately. Happy with their service.

Good experience in my house for an appointment.very tidy installation by 3 guys.

Good Service
Good salesman. Very straight and good price. Installation was done within 5 days. Installers efficient, friendly and clean. Job was completed and connected same day. New meter installed at the same time. Even though we have not had good weather the system seems to be working effectively. Very happy with the service provided and with your recommendations.
