Based in Lismore, ProSolar offers supply and installation services for solar and battery, EV charger and heat pump hot water systems. In addition to manufacturer warranties, ProSolar also offers a 10-year workmanship warranty on all solar and battery systems it installs.
As well as New South Wales' Northern Rivers region, the company's service area covers as far north as the southern end of Queensland's Gold Coast.

Happy customer :)
Very happy with Ben & the team from Pro Solar. Highly recommend using them for an honest and quality installation/system. Communication has been fantastic and they have been onsite when promised.25 June 2025
Efficient installation, disappointing change of price due to Government rebate withdrawal
Ben was great and very helpful with the sales and quoting. I did feel sorry for him having to ring me and other customers after installation to tell me that the NSW government, contrary to what was expected, were ending their battery rebate scheme on 30 June so the NSW and Federal government rebates could not be stacked. Pretty annoying to be facing an additional $3000 after installation had actually occurred. But this was not ProSolar's fault and Ben did offer to modify the system if the price difference was a problem for me. He also provided a discount to help ease the pain.The installation went smoothly and coordinated well with another company who was painting my roof and replacing guttering.
I will have someone come around and go through the system with me when the battery is turned on - after July 1 - but I did not have anything explained to me at the time of installation, as they were in a hurry to get to the next job. That is my only criticism. The guy in charge of installation told me that he would come back after he had sorted the team on their next job, but I didn't see him.
System Ordered and Waiting for Installation
The people at ProSolar are professional, punctual and knowledgeable. They did a site visit before providing a quote - this ensured a more accurate appraisal of the site conditions and our expectations.The installation could not be done before the Christmas/New Year break and has been delayed to late February because we will be travelling away from home in January and February.
