Great supportive company, flexible to needs and preferences, very happy with the installation
Very friendly, informative and willing to be flexible from our first contact. Provided very helpful advice to help us make a final decision on our system and battery size. Happy to install Tindo panels sourced for a local distributer. Competitively priced quote.Office team have great communication and are willing to work around your schedule as much as possible.
Installation day was great, the team was punctual and efficient, all workers friendly and in good spirits.
Installation of panels and battery is very neat and tidy
Negative energy bills in the first two months since installation.

Great salesperson
Allen was very professional, he was punctual. I went to various companies for quotes, he was the only one to physically inspect the property and he sat down and went through our bills and explain our best options09 August 2025
Great service and advice
Darren from Shoalhaven Solar was very knowledgeable about the solar battery installation and our requirements. He was also on top of the rebates then applicable from both the Federal Government and the NSW Government. Unfortunately, the NSW Government withdrew its rebate program after we got our quote, but Shoalhaven Solar were very generous in sharing the cost of that loss with us.We originally thought a 9.6kWh system would be sufficient for our needs as a couple, but Darren suggested 12.8kWh and we're so pleased we agreed to that. While we have had the battery for not quite a fortnight, and we have had some patchy weather during that time, we are very pleased that the battery and our solar panels cover most of our daily energy requirements.
I am addicted to the app and regularly check how much we are generating and how much we are using.
We couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend Shoalhaven
We are very happy with the installation. Prompt, professional service. They are coming after July 1st to switch on battery. We will have more questions then.
