Fantastic installer. Great team
These guys made everything easy from start to end. We had to wait a fair bit to get our battery installed, but I guess that means that these guys are busy because they offer a great service and do a great job.On the day of the installation, the team was early and left the place clean. Fantastic installer
We have our solar panels and battery installed by Think Renewable and couldn’t be happier. We had trouble finding a company that would install solar for us due to the roof being very unique and a lot of other companies would not reply after site inspections. The quote was fair with this company and the process was smooth from start to finish. The installation team was very professional, tidy and clean. A huge thank you to Corey, Tyson, Jake and Chris for the fantastic job. Corey showed us how the app works and made sure we understood everything before leaving. Installation from Think Renewable was quick and easy
Chris,Tyler, Dyson and Brace from Think Renewable made the installation process easy. They were able to install battery and panels with little fuss. Kept me informed during the process and took away all packaging with only new battery and conduit to the roof evidence they were here.They helped me setup app on my phone to manage the charger.

Very consistent company from quote to install - a rarity
We recently had a 13.3 kW solar system with a 16.1 kWh Sigenergy battery installed by Think Renewable and have been very happy with the whole experience.Alexander took the time to explain the different system options without any pressure and answered all of our questions before and after installation (a lot of them!). The installation team arrived on time, worked professionally and left everything clean and tidy. The finished installation looks excellent.
The system was commissioned correctly, is producing as expected and exporting to the grid. The Sigenergy app has also made it easy to monitor production and battery performance.
Since installation I have continued asking technical questions about battery expansion, export limits and electricity retailers. Alexander has remained responsive and helpful, even after the installation was completed.
Based on our experience I would happily recommend Think Renewable to anyone considering a quality solar and battery installation

Smooth transaction
Quoting process was quick. I have decided quickly(on the day) and havent really checked the market or competition but i think this is a good purchase. I was given lots of information Faz (sales rep) and Trey (installer) were very helpful and informative they spent time answering all of my question and making sure all of my worries were addressed.Everyone i got in contact with were polite and respectful Trey’s team were so good, punctual and tidy, they finish the installation ahead of time, tidy up my garage, fix the holes that was from the previous inverter i have. They even remove their shoes when they come in the house which is rare with tradies in my experience ? Trey took time in explaining how everything works and make sure to answer all of my questions. They are professional and knowledgeable. Trey answered every question i have, even the ones that are not really related and have given me good advice. He made sure im comfortable with the placement of my solar battery, he works with what i want and explained the reason why something is not possible (placing my solar battery close to my water purifier set up).
The customer service were good , responds very quick. I emailed very late at night and doesnt really expect them to reply but they did, so quickly.
Compared to my experience with the guys who arrange my previous solar setup, its a complete 180. These guys were soo good. So far, cant complain

Failed to complete installation
They couldn’t complete installation on the day they booked. They booked in a follow up, but failed to turn up. Tried contacting their booking person then the sales person Joe Aitken, but no one responded. Extremely disappointing having a half installed system and zero communication.18 June 2026
On time, professional and easy to deal with…
This was the third time I’d considered going solar, and I’d held off the first couple of times but this time the sales and quoting process made the decision easy. Everything was clear from the start, all the steps involved in the install were laid out properly, and communication throughout was great. The team was on top of everything.The system was installed today, and five great guys showed up right on time (I had to leave by 8am for a bit, and they were already there early). The install went smoothly from start to finish, and so far I’m very happy with how everything went. Time will tell on the value for money and the quality of the system long-term, but the experience so far has been excellent.
A special shoutout to the install crew today Tyson, Tyler, Chris, Blade, and Braith. They were all super nice, easy to deal with, and got on with the job without any fuss. Tyson had a great country playlist going that I could hear from my desk, I was singing along all morning.
Highly recommend if you’re considering solar.

Install team are legends
The sales person Reece was great. Friendly, genuine and gave lots of information. Always easy to contact. The install team were even better - a small team of 3 young guys Trey, Ethan and Nor (probably spelt that wrong). But they also went above and beyond, showing us how everything works tips and tricks to maximise power as well as considering our family with 2 small children. They waited a whole extra hour before turning power off so I could make an online appt. Only frustrating thing was that we were lead to believe we were buying blackout protection as part of the whole system, only to find out at install that that was an optional add-on. After a quick call to Reece we came to an agreement that we were happy with. Everybody was great overall.09 June 2026
Flawless process, fantastic installation
The whole process was seamless and professional. Daniel provided a great level of detail excellent customer service.The installation team were punctual, clean and very efficient. They explained the system and how it works and were able to answer all of my questions.

Outstanding service from a top-tier team!
We recently had our solar panels and battery system installed by Think Renewables, and the entire experience was flawless. Right from the start, they showed great attention to detail by conducting a thorough on-site pre-inspection to ensure everything was properly planned.?On installation day, Chris, Richie, and Taylor arrived right on time and worked with absolute professionalism. They were friendly, incredibly careful around the property, and left everything spotless without a single scratch or bit of damage. The entire system was installed exactly as per the agreed scope, with no hidden surprises.
?If you’re looking for a punctual, reliable, and highly skilled team for your renewable energy needs, I cannot recommend Think Renewables enough. Huge thanks to Chris, Richie, and Taylor for an excellent job!

Blown away by Think Renewable
I am happy and grateful for my experience with Think Renewable.I was fortunate enough to be directed to the team at Think Renewable when I moved into my home on the Gold Coast. I was in eager to upgrade my panels and have a large battery installed before the rebates changed and they were ready and willing to help. Firstly we arranged a visit with Sam Richardson who was generous with his time, extremely knowledgable and friendly and accomodating. He struck me as honest and helpful and in the time since installation has proven to be readily available to pick up a phone and talk through any queries. The installation process was suprisingly very quick from start to finish only a few weeks and managed to get in for the rebate no fuss. The installers were great and efficient, they did a very neat job and were utter professionals. For something I though would be a complicated and drawn out process Sam and the team at Think exceeded my expectation and have provided a system I am extremely happy with. We are generating so much power and never at any point felt like a number. I am proud of my beautiful new system and am enjoying its benefits every day.

From doubt as we didn't know much about solar, to absolutely loving it
We installed a 6.6?kW solar system not long after the purchase of our first home, and we were unsure about taking on any additional commitments. The system has since paid for itself and more, and at a time when everything is getting more expensive, our electricity bill has become the least of our worries. Installation was seamless, and the only issue we’ve had (a simple user error) was resolved instantly by the online support team. I wouldn’t put myself in a position of being without a system again.Inverter rating: 5/5

The whole process from crunching numbers and quoting with a Think Renewable sales rep, to installation has been seamless. I feel the sales advice I received was honest and I have full confidence that we've selected the right battery size for our household. Our installers, Nick and Byron, did a fantastic job. Fantastic Installer!!
We were very happy with the entire process from the salesperson spending time with us to ensure we were comfortable with the type of solar battery and payment process.The installation team were exceptional. They were very professional, courteous and obliging; leaving the environment neat & tidy.
The customer service team organised the grid connection for us after the install which was also very helpful.
We highly recommend Think Renewable to any prospective purchaser of any solar battery system.

Great all round service and installation
Corey Jake and Richie were a pleasure to have at my home for the installation.I informed them that my very elderly and unwell mother was living with us.
They were compassionate and kept noise to a minimum. They kept me constantly updated on their progress and were quick at work when the power had to be turned off to cause the least possibly disruption to my family.
They brought to my attention some issues with my roof that I wasn’t aware of and videos- they could have ignored the issues and I would not have known any different. They had integrity. They left the site cleaner than before. Communication, honesty, workmanship was excellent!

Absolutely Fabulous
The boys that did the work at my place were absolutely Awesome! Got the job done with efficiency and the quality of work was superb!Sales and quoting process was a breeze.
Installation was exactly how'd you want it to go, everything was done to perfection everyone was polite and everything was cleaned after!
Customer service was 10/10 - would recommend this to all my friends and family, and they gave me a full run down on how the system works.

Professional, clean and efficient
Corey, Jake and Richie arrived on time, were professional, clean and acutely aware of making the installation not only functional but looking good. There was minimum disruption to the power on the day and coordinated well. The site was left neat and tidy with all rubbish removed. Great system amazing service
The sales rep was open and honest, and knowledgeable about the product, there was no BS or pushy sales tactics. He left the decision with us and there was no pressure to buy.The three guys doing the installation were polite and friendly, and explained everything step by step.

We couldn’t be happier with the service from Think Renewable!A huge thank you to the entire installation team: Jake, Richard, Josh, Byron, Blade, Braith, Tyson and Corey, who worked incredibly hard all day to complete our solar installation. Every member of the team was friendly, respectful and professional from start to finish, and their workmanship was outstanding.
We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail. The conduit was run so discreetly up the side of the house that it’s virtually invisible from both the front and the backyard, and the battery has been installed neatly in the garage to minimise the space it takes up. Once the job was finished, they left everything spotless, even using a blower vacuum to ensure there wasn’t any dust left behind.
A special thank you to Corey for taking the time to walk us through the app, explaining all of its features and making sure we felt confident using it before he left. That extra level of customer service was greatly appreciated.
We’d also like to give a shout-out to Lucy and Will. They made the entire process seamless, with excellent communication and organisation from booking through to installation.
From beginning to end, the experience was exceptional. We genuinely couldn’t fault the team or their work in the slightest. Thank you all for a fantastic job. We highly recommend Think Renewable!
