Very good service
The installation posed no problems for me. The men arrived on time, finished earlier than I thought they would.They were polite with no excessive noise, eg loud conversations or music .
Everything was left clean & old panels were taken away.
Answers to any questions were easily understood.

Blown away by Think Renewable
I am happy and grateful for my experience with Think Renewable.I was fortunate enough to be directed to the team at Think Renewable when I moved into my home on the Gold Coast. I was in eager to upgrade my panels and have a large battery installed before the rebates changed and they were ready and willing to help. Firstly we arranged a visit with Sam Richardson who was generous with his time, extremely knowledgable and friendly and accomodating. He struck me as honest and helpful and in the time since installation has proven to be readily available to pick up a phone and talk through any queries. The installation process was suprisingly very quick from start to finish only a few weeks and managed to get in for the rebate no fuss. The installers were great and efficient, they did a very neat job and were utter professionals. For something I though would be a complicated and drawn out process Sam and the team at Think exceeded my expectation and have provided a system I am extremely happy with. We are generating so much power and never at any point felt like a number. I am proud of my beautiful new system and am enjoying its benefits every day.

From doubt as we didn't know much about solar, to absolutely loving it
We installed a 6.6?kW solar system not long after the purchase of our first home, and we were unsure about taking on any additional commitments. The system has since paid for itself and more, and at a time when everything is getting more expensive, our electricity bill has become the least of our worries. Installation was seamless, and the only issue we’ve had (a simple user error) was resolved instantly by the online support team. I wouldn’t put myself in a position of being without a system again.Inverter rating: 5/5

Excellent installer, fantastic job
Corey and his team of installers (Tyson, Blade and Chris) were punctual, polite, tidy and thorough. They were a pleasure to deal with (particularly Corey), and very helpful on what was a big and complex job. 5 stars to all of them! Hassle-free installation
The whole process from crunching numbers and quoting with a Think Renewable sales rep, to installation has been seamless. I feel the sales advice I received was honest and I have full confidence that we've selected the right battery size for our household. Our installers, Nick and Byron, did a fantastic job. Friendly and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to assist with another request on the day.

Fantastic Installer!!
We were very happy with the entire process from the salesperson spending time with us to ensure we were comfortable with the type of solar battery and payment process.The installation team were exceptional. They were very professional, courteous and obliging; leaving the environment neat & tidy.
The customer service team organised the grid connection for us after the install which was also very helpful.
We highly recommend Think Renewable to any prospective purchaser of any solar battery system.

Installation
The sales rep Johny was very helpful explaining how solar systems work.The installers Corey, Jake and Richie were punctual, friendly and very professional. They left all work areas clean and tidy.

Great all round service and installation
Corey Jake and Richie were a pleasure to have at my home for the installation.I informed them that my very elderly and unwell mother was living with us.
They were compassionate and kept noise to a minimum. They kept me constantly updated on their progress and were quick at work when the power had to be turned off to cause the least possibly disruption to my family.
They brought to my attention some issues with my roof that I wasn’t aware of and videos- they could have ignored the issues and I would not have known any different. They had integrity. They left the site cleaner than before. Communication, honesty, workmanship was excellent!

Absolutely Fabulous
The boys that did the work at my place were absolutely Awesome! Got the job done with efficiency and the quality of work was superb!Sales and quoting process was a breeze.
Installation was exactly how'd you want it to go, everything was done to perfection everyone was polite and everything was cleaned after!
Customer service was 10/10 - would recommend this to all my friends and family, and they gave me a full run down on how the system works.

Professional, clean and efficient
Corey, Jake and Richie arrived on time, were professional, clean and acutely aware of making the installation not only functional but looking good. There was minimum disruption to the power on the day and coordinated well. The site was left neat and tidy with all rubbish removed. Corey walked me through the commissioning of the system and the software app. Overall a very good experience from the first quote to the installation!08 April 2026

Great system amazing service
The sales rep was open and honest, and knowledgeable about the product, there was no BS or pushy sales tactics. He left the decision with us and there was no pressure to buy.The three guys doing the installation were polite and friendly, and explained everything step by step.
They left everything neat and tidy.

Awesome work from Trey and Ngor
Trey and Ngor were punctual, professional, and easy to deal with from the moment they arrived. They took the time to walk me through the entire installation process step by step, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable with how the system works before they left.Their workmanship was first class. Everything was installed neatly, safely, and with real attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they do. On top of that, they left the site spotless, which is something you do not always see these days.
The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and completely stress free. If this is the standard they operate at, I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking at a battery installation. Absolute professionals.

Great guys, super helpful & so easy to work with.
We had Corey, Jake & Richard install our solar system today.They worked super efficiently and cleaned up after themselves - much appreciated! They were really polite, knowledgeable and friendly.
All 3 guys worked super hard and it was very hot here today. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them.

Great work by Sam and the team
Sam and the team were great to deal with from start to finish. They gave us a clear heads-up when the power needed to be turned off during the install, which made it much easier to plan around.Once everything was set up, Sam took the time to walk me through how the battery and system work and explained everything in a really clear and easy-to-understand way. It was great to not feel rushed and to be able to ask questions.
The whole team was professional, friendly and respectful while working at the house, and the install went smoothly. Really happy with the service and the end result. Would definitely recommend Sam and the team.

Exceptional service
Cory from Think Renewable was fantastic at his job. Polite and on time and completed The job in a professional manner and cleaned up after himself taking all of his rubbish away. Cory left Sydney in early hours to drive out to Orange and completed several jobs before arriving at our place the solar inverter that was damaged due to electrical storm at the time arranged. He was indeed a great young fellow who was dedicated to undertake his work at the highest standard. Good on you Cory thumbs up and thankyou for getting our solar up and running. Quick install and easy sign up
Sales and quoting processes were easy and explained well. Maybe a little lengthy with the home visit to quote and sign up, but helpful nonetheless.Installers arrived on time, explained what they were doing throughout the process and cleaned up the mess at the end of installation.
