Unbelievably good
Requested three quotes for battery ONLY (Existing 25Kw panels). These guys were the best value for money and great follow up.Emailed quote was easy to read and informative with several options. We even asked them to redo finance figures as we were paying some up front, and they did that in less than a day.
Initial site visit was within a week.
Contract signed and the battery was installed less than 3 weeks later.
They found a fault and traced it to a grounding issue with the oven we had installed a year ago and fixed it pronto.
They ran the full set of tests, as recommended by Solar Quotes and provided a quick run down of operation procedures and the app. They even left the garage cleaner than when they arrived!
It's a GoodWe ESS and we have not drawn a single watt from the grid since install. I can't wait to see how it stands up to the shorter days of winter approaching.
At this stage I could not be happier.
These guys are pros and the whole team exceeded expectations.

Nice looking system, does what it says
Installation was scheduled within a few days of deposit paid. Installers were punctual, tidy and helpful. All configurations were done and connected and system was running within 1 hour & no problems.Inverter rating: 5/5

30kw battery 10kw hybrid inverter 14kw solar
Installation team were very smooth, well presented and very educational in regards the the system.I know I ask alot of questions but I like to try and under stand instead of taking things for granted, which has let me down in the past.
The system installed looks very neat and I am happy with the value I recieved from my investment.

Great local (Gosford area) service
Billy and team are great.responsive to communication, helpful in the pre-sales, offered a 'better' system compared to other quotes received - and indeed, responded to the quote request from SolarQuotes!
the team doing the deinstall of the previous (10y.o.) system was quick and efficient, allowing us to have the roof replaced (30 year old tiles) and a fortnight later they returned and had the new panels (40x 440W Jinko) installed, Sungrow inverter and battery storage (25kWh) system - and a 10 year warranty on their work, as well as the warranties from the manufacturers. and an upgrade to the utility board to meet newest specs.
It's been just on a week and already seeing the benefits, if only by having the larger panels & storage means we can run the a/c's through the night as needed :)

They just gave us confidence from the start they could deliver on all fronts, and they did
The salesperson had an electrical background so could answer most if not all of our questions. They have an electrical engineer verifying every design and they were happy to modify the design until we settled on what was installed. Our install was not quite straight forward as we had an existing solar system with a single phase inverter and added more PV panels + battery + 3 phase hybrid inverter, as our house has 3 phase power. The installation team was very respectful and accommodating at the same time very efficient. The quality of workmanship was first class, the only thing outstanding were the covers for the inverter and battery which was a supply issue. From the outset they gave us confidence they could deliver a quality system we would be happy with. Would we choose them again? Definitely!Panel rating: 5/5

Excellent company to deal with...
Billy and his team from Tru Blu Solar Co did an amazing job supplying and installing my solar battery and inverter. The advice, support and professionalism were second to none. The team that installed were a pleasure to have on my property- respectful, focussed on the job, knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. My garage was spotless when they had completed the job. I have no trouble in recommending them to anyone.

Solar plus battery
Very efficient installation. Brief handover and app demonstration. Salesman helpful and willing to take time to explain and educate.Form provided for grid connection, partly filled in.
Post install questions ; “why does it do that……?” Were abruptly dismissed, not so friendly.

Our handover includes an 11-minute video that provides and in depth overview of your app. This was provided to you at 4:52pm the same day your installation was completed....
We also included the AGL metering form, which we filled in on your behalf to help you. We can't sign it for you.
The NMI on the form had 1 extra 1 at the end of it which we advised to you to cross out on the form when you sign it.

Good quality gear, tidy and efficient installation
Good quality gear, tidy and efficient installation. Prior to deciding, we worked through several possible scenarios as our set-up was not straightforward. Supplier worked with us to design and spec a system that worked. It's only been 3 days, so I can't say much more.

I recently had an 9.5kW solar system with a 33kWh GoodWe battery installed by Tru Blu Solar and had a really positive experience.From the start, Brodie was easy to deal with—responsive, straightforward, and happy to answer questions. Communication was clear throughout and they organised everything quickly once I was ready to proceed.
The install itself was excellent. The team were professional, worked efficiently, and the finish is very clean and tidy. The cable runs are straight, everything is well aligned, and the overall setup looks well thought out.
The battery install in particular really stands out. It’s been positioned neatly in the garage with a clean, centred layout, and the conduit and trunking have been run straight and tidy into the unit. The isolator has been mounted cleanly above, and everything has been finished off properly with no exposed wiring. They also installed protective bollards around the battery, which is a great addition for a garage setup and gives a bit of extra peace of mind.
Overall, the system looks great and the whole process was smooth.
Very happy with the result and would recommend Tru Blu Solar.
