Excellent after sales
installation was first class, we would have liked a sit down review of the system not just a mammoth file of GoodWe instructions.Had some problems with the GoodWe app for the battery until we received an upgrade.
Probably the wrong time of year to see the best results from the system.
Great to get a full battery now and looking at replacing our 20 year old water heater.

Great battery installation, excellent service!
We’re very happy with our new battery system installed by Twin City Electrical & Solar. The whole process from design to installation to post-installation was smooth. The installation team did a fantastic job. They were professional, friendly and left everything neat and tidy. Excellent solar panel and battery installation
We would highly recommend Twin City Electrical & Solar. From the original quote, installation and follow up support the service has been excellent.The quote for solar panels and battery was fully explained and all our questions answered. There was clear communication on the timing for the installation considering the impact of weather. The full installation and operationalisation took two days as expected with the installation team being friendly and polite. Everything was cleaned up and the explanation on how to manage the battery application was very thorough. We then subsequently received an on site follow up visit to assist with connecting the battery to our new wifi network and a walk through of safety management for the system.
Overall a great experience.

I cannot recommend Harry and his team at Twin City Electrical & Solar highly enough. From our very first interaction, Harry took the time to genuinely understand my upgraded solar, battery, and EV requirements, and designed a tailored system that perfectly suited my needs.The installation process was equally impressive. Over the course of two days, the team worked professionally and efficiently, clearly explaining each step as they went. I was particularly struck by their attention to detail and pride in their work—leaving my garage clean and organised overnight, and ready to go for day two.
Before wrapping up, the boys guided me through installing and setting up the app on my phone, ensuring I was comfortable with the basics. Shortly after, Lu followed up with all the necessary documentation, giving me time over the weekend to familiarise myself with the system. She then called to walk me through the app in more detail, patiently answering questions and helping customise it to suit my preferences. Lu also provided helpful recommendations on power supply plans, which I’ll be exploring next.
Overall, the experience has given me complete confidence in both the system and the team behind it.
I’m extremely grateful to Finn from Solar Quotes as well, whose guidance and YouTube content were invaluable in helping me get informed and make the right decision. He’s an excellent starting point for anyone beginning their solar journey.

Very professional installation
Inspected site prior to installation, met installation timeliness as quoted, good teamwork, followed up quickly with the app teaching us how to understand and manage our system, handled all paperwork. A totally stressless process. Organised electrical compliance inspection which occurred 2 days after installation.Battery rating: 5/5

Great post install service
Twin City did a brilliant job installing my solar and battery system. I was informed of changes to my install date, due to weather, a week prior. On the day, the team kept me up to date on what they were doing and made sure to inform me when they were isolating power to the house, since I work from home.Post installation service is great and they made sure I understood how my new system works through the app. Any questions I had were answered over the phone and were easy to understand. The team did such a great job that I booked them in a week later to install an EV charger and I couldn't be happier with the result!

Very happy with the complete process
I was very happy with Twin City Electrical and Solar throughout the whole process. The quote process was professional and straight forward. I wasn’t upsold at any time. My home and energy needs were looked at and I was offered high quality equipment (solar panels and battery) at a reasonable price.The installers were professional and prepared. I didn’t need to explain anything as they had the agreed paperwork and got right to work. They were friendly, professional and were able to answer all my questions and left the house and yard as they found it.
At all times through out the process I had my questions answered with no delays or problems. Once installed I was contacted the same day to go over operations and government checks. It was all straight forward and made sense.
Very happy with my choice in installers. They have delivered a fantastic product and the support has continued after installation.

Happy with our system and battery.
We organised a home visit and Harry ran through the process and the quote giving us several options to choose from.Since we left it too late to get quotes, our install didn’t occur until mid February 2026 so we missed the higher rebate. The install was finished in one day, the team were punctual, polite and tidy. We did however have some electrical problems that evening due to the smoke alarms being hard wired and earthing issues. On a positive note the team returned the next morning to rectify the problem.
They helped set up the mobile phone sigenergy app and explained how it works.
We did need a return visit to fit the solar panel rail end caps which had been forgotten, but this was done a couple of weeks later when they had some spare time.

Excellent installer, beautiful products
Twin City Solar and Electrical were amazing to work with. They provided prompt quotes that considered user requirements, shading on the house and power generation. They provided a system that offered exactly what was required modified to suit individual circumstance. The tradesmen were locals who were professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. They took me through the system and the application setup and use.I would recommend this company for solar and battery installs.

Fantastic Installer
The sales and quoting process was professional and easy to understand. The installation was completed earlier than expected with the installer punctual, respectful and tidied up prior to leaving. The grid installation was immediate and the installer showed brief details re the app installation.An issue did subsequently arise and the company technician was fantastic.

First Class install and after sales service!
We’re thrilled with our solar install by Twin City Solar. Harry walked us through the quoting process and explained the SigEnergy solar panel and battery system. Parker and his wonderful team did a fantastic job of installing the panels, gateway, batteries and inverter. Very friendly and professional team, workmanship was exceptional and they were happy to leave a few panels off until we fixed a problem with our roof. They returned promptly to put the last few panels on, nothing was a bother. Wi-Fi was connected before they left and Harry explained how to use the app. They were happy to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Twin City Solar. First Class!Panel rating: 5/5

Money for Jam - A bill that was now (hopefully) a small credit each year
