Professional & Knowledgeable

Initially I had to chase the quote, after that I spoke to a different salesperson who was very knowledgeable, professional and patient and did several different quotes.
The initial installation went well however at the last minute the system was not commissioned at Sigenergy's request due to the recall of inverters (19Nov). After a couple of weeks of not hearing anything & chasing re. an ETA for a fix Apex went all out to assist & prioritised our replacement inverter which was in fact replaced and commissioned today.

Whilst waiting for our installation I have recommended Apex Solar to others who have had quotes and gone ahead & been happy with them. Original ratings
