Fantastic Installer with lovely staff
Process was easy from start to fininsh. All throughout the process the satff were lovely.Quote: We were provided with different options regarding both the battery, pannels and inverter. They asked about our requirements and electrity needs. Pricing was very competitive.
Installation went well - all of the installers that came were punctual, polite and cleaned up after themselves. They discussed the layout and made sure that eveything was placed where we would like. Nothing was a problem for them.
The customer service from the office to date has been wonderful as well.
To date I would thoroughly recommend Charlie Sparks Solar and have ben happy with the whole process.

Charlie Sparks Solar
I engaged with Charlie Sparks to install solar and battery at our home. Charlie the owner was always available to answer questions and promptly answered emails. His quote was competitive compared to others and knowledge on solar products is great.On the day of installation Charlie and his team were on time, all his employees were polite, courteous and respectful towards my family. At the end of the installation they cleaned up not leaving any mess behind.
They organise everything taking out the stress on a long term investment. I would recommend Charlie Sparks to others for electrical and solar services.

Professional service. Beautiful installation.
Sales quoting process was very easy. I called and had a site inspection the same day as they were in a nearby area, and received detail information with no pressure to purchase. The followup and signing of contract was very professional and courteous.This professional service extended to the installation process as well, with staff being respectful, punctual and great at communication. Customer service was great. Battery looks good

Charlie Sparks does Spark !
Charlie Sparks was not my first choice as I had few others which I had contacted. I decided to give it a go and spoke to Charlie. I am glad I did because Charlie responded swiftly and within 2 days have come up with several quotes based on different options. He was accommodating to my request when I asked him to change quotes a few times as I was not sure what I wanted. He was not pushy to close sales and let me take time to decide whilst willing to provide advice. Other providers were as a slow as a snail.The quote was competitive. He was not the cheapest but I was happy to go with him. The works included a dismantling of old system, install bigger solar capacity and install a new inverter and battery.
A few days after I signed the contract, Charlie's admin person called to arrange installation in two weeks. I was impressed ! Initially I was worried that it would take ages for the installation to happen.
The crew who did the installation arrived around 7am. I understand they were not subcons and were all inhouse. They were polite from the beginning to the end. The install was neat. They helped me with the grid connection, install the App and explain how it worked.
Thank you Charlie and team. I recommend his service to anyone who is looking to install solar panels and battery.

Great quality system and installation!
How was the sales/quoting process? Very good. Charlie was quite flexible and allowed us to make some adjustments to the brands for racking etc.How did the installation go? Polite? yes Tidy? yes Punctual? yes
How was the customer service? e.g. did they help organise the grid connection after the install, or show you how to use the charger? Yes, they organised and sent paperwork to Ausgrid. I requested the hot water be removed from controlled load so someone is coming this week to do that, so I don't have to organise another electrician.

Fantastic team. Flawless install!
Charlie and his team made the whole process really easy. Communication was quick and clear, nothing felt rushed, and everything they promised was exactly what appeared in the contract — no hidden costs. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes I received.Charlie was upfront and helpful from the start. He came out for a site visit straight away when I had questions about panel and battery placement and talked me through the options.
They were incredibly reliable too. Every appointment was on time, the quote came the next day, and installation was finished within two weeks of paying the deposit. The installers were polite, professional, and even helped remove an old TV antenna and replace broken roof tiles at no extra cost.
They also use their own in house installers, which made everything feel consistent and stress free.
Overall, smooth, honest, and hassle free. I’d happily recommend Charlie and his team.

Competitive pricing and good customer service.
Great customer service, quick to respond and flexibility to match the customer needs.Pricing was competitive and punctual and cleaned up after the installation.
There was a few hiccups but they were quickly tended to once notified.

Great Installer, Organized and efficient
The quoting process was well organized and informative. Patrick was able to provide timely answers to my questions and quickly provided a quote for a SigEnergy system. The quote was promptly amended to include some extra inclusions I required. A pre-installation inspection by Charlie was appreciated in which the desired equipment locations were determined and many questions were answered. Aian provided scheduling advice and was able to secure an early installation date much sooner than anticipated which was greatly appreciated. The installation team worked well together and performed a professional installation in a timely manner. I consider a sizeable Solar and Battery installation completed in a single day to be a commendable achievement. I felt confident with the support provided with the AGL to AMBER grid connection arrangements. My application for the changeover went smoothly which seems is not always the case. There was a couple of days transition between the two DNSP's but over-all the process went well. Happy with the system installed.

Great installer
We recently installed a 10.45kW AIKO Neostar solar system paired with a 24.18kWh Sigenergy battery (featuring a 10kW inverter) and three-phase full home backup protection.Charlie provided excellent advice and was easy to communicate with throughout the process. The pricing was competitive, and the installation team was highly professional.
We’ve had the system for three months now, and it’s performing flawlessly. I highly recommend Charlie Sparks!

Awesome solar & battery
Charlie installed my solar and battery, and did a fantastic job and was true to his word.He came out on site, inspected the roof prior to a final quote
Very reliable and professional.
Even made sure my fence was re-installed to fit around the battery and cabling.

Quality and affordable installation and service
Quoting was fast and efficient considering I had chopped and change all components from initial quote of Sigenergy then switching to Sungrow. Charlie had no issues adjusting and requoting. After deciding on my Sungrow system, I was even more surprised by the fact that Charlie managed to secure stock of all components and schedule and install within 2 weeks of acceptance of final quotation considering other vendor I had reached out said no stock of components are arriving in until next year. On installation day his team arrived and worked promptly and kept the work areas clean and tidy. System is doing beyond my initial expectations and now I'm hardly even drawing power from the grid. Quality installation at a great price!!!
Charlie Sparks was a great business to deal with right from the start. I got 5 quotes, and they are the only one who had a qualified electrician to actually come out face to face and develop with me the ultimate Solar and Battery setup at the price I wanted.The installation was well organised, on time and neat and tidy workmanship with no mess after they finished...amazing!!!
Wonderful customer service with all forms completed with ease. Not only did I get help installing the interface apps for the System but also talked through on how to use it. I strongly recommend Charlie Sparks and the solar system and battery I've had installed as it's brilliant.

Great communication and professional team and installation

Honest, High quality, Reasonably priced - very happy with installation.
Couldn't have asked for better service. For all the half dozen quotes I obtained from SQ prior to installing solar and battery, Charlie and his team were the only ones thorough and attentive enough to actually inspect the roof. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and have kept me informed during every step of the installation process,My install was a two step process - first with solar, but for infrastructure to allow for battery and EV later down the track.
Battery was installed about 4 months later.
I've been very happy with the quality of their workmanship - the proof being their installation completed a week before the "bomb cyclone" hit Sydney in June - had no leaks or issues post storm.
The battery install was very quick and simple, and they have been transparent with timings and supply throughout it all.
Cannot thoroughly recommend them enough.

We recently completed the installation of our new solar array and battery storage system, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The installation team was phenomenal. They arrived punctually on the scheduled day, and their workmanship was top-notch. Excellent Service.
Charlie and his team provided excellent advice and service with the whole installation. Charlie had previously installed my solar panels and he has now upgraded the system with a Battery. Honest and upfront installer, great service
Charlie was the first installer of the three to contact me and he was very responsive to all my questions about the design. I found him to be very down to earth, no slick sales speech just honest advice. His quote was the most competitive, with quality panels and battery. He kept me up to date on the timing of the installation and the install went well - his team was very polite and tidy and they stayed overtime to make sure everything was working as it should. Outstanding Tesla Powerwall 3 and Solar Installation by Charlie Sparks
I recently had Charlie from Charlie Sparks install a Tesla Powerwall 3, a new 17kW solar array, and a backup gateway at my home, replacing my old solar system, and the experience was outstanding. Charlie provided a rough quote over the phone, which was reasonable, so we arranged for him to inspect my property. During the inspection, he was thorough, climbing onto the roof to assess the setup. We discussed optimal placement for the Powerwall 3, and he suggested upgrading to a 17kW solar array if budget allowed, without being pushy. His initial quote was competitive, and after I opted for the new array, he provided a revised quote that was very well-priced compared to multiple other quotes I obtained.Charlie and his team were punctual for both the inspection and installation, which impressively happened less than a week later. They efficiently removed the old system and installed the Powerwall 3, 17kW solar array, and backup gateway with professionalism and clean work.
Commissioning was seamless, and the system was fully operational the same day. During the quoting process I realised that using a Tesla-certified installer is critical for the Powerwall warranty - Charlie confirmed his certification, which I verified with Tesla, so everything checked out. (Tip: always ensure your installer is Tesla-certified for a TPW3!)
The day after installation, Charlie followed up with suggestions for optimising the Powerwall 3 configuration. Since those tweaks, the system has been running perfectly.
I've already referred Charlie to a friend and will continue to do so moving forward. I highly recommend Charlie and his team for their competitive pricing, timeliness, and exceptional, clean work. Fantastic job!

Quick Installation
Once we had landed on a charger, Charlie's team were on site early and installed the charger really quickly. There was one issue which the team returned to address and rectify with no fuss. Charlie is great to deal with, and goes out of his way to ensure all the apps are working seamlessly.
Very happy; I would recommend this company.
Super happy with this company! Communication was prompt and additional quotes, or modifications to quotes, were provided when requested. At times, there was a slight delay to respond to an email or return a phone call but overall, I am really happy with the general communication. The team working on the job on the day were highly professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company; we are loving our solar system!
