Really happy with the experience, 5 stars from me!

Electrifying Australia did an excellent job installing solar panels at my house. Their pricing was great and the whole process was simple and hassle free. Their consultant Noah was helpful, knowledgeable and frequently followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. The installers were friendly and even helped set up the mobile app so I can easily track my system’s power generation. Really happy with the experience, 5 stars from me!

Good value and service

Only 2 of the three companies recommended followed up with a quote. Electrifying Australia then followed up to check was it OK. They supplied a good mid range brand ( Anker) and had a short wait time. I supplied drone photos and measurements but the first installers to arrive thought the roof too slippery and left. Different installers came 4 days later and seemed to not have issues. They could have done with 3 men not 2 as both worked until late to finish the job. No deposit was required and payment was only required on my satisfaction. I was shown the Anker app but no manual or induction to the system.

Anker Battery and Solar Panel Installation

Electrifying Australia was a pleasure to deal with. From the beginning Simon was able to explain the best solution for the installation of our Anker 30Kw Battery. We where able to install a further 5.1 kw Solar Panels to increase our current system of 8.2 kw Solar. The installation of the panels and battery was done within 2 weeks of accepting the proposal. The installation team were great installing the system and explaining the operation of the Battery and associated App. Simon even followed up a few days later ensuring the system is operating accordingly and answering any question I may have. Overall a good experience and would not hesitate in recommending Simon and his team from Electrifying Australia.

Brilliant stuff

Accepted quote for battery during a busy period but only had to wait a few weeks after stock arrived. Installers were fantastic and took time out to carefully explain the operation and app. Very happy and haven’t used any electricity from the grid since installation.

Outstanding service

I recently had a 19.2 kWh battery system and EV charger installed by Electrifying Australia, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the very beginning, their team went above and beyond to accelerate the lead time and fit us in much sooner than expected — a rare level of responsiveness these days!

The installation process was efficient and professionally managed, with the crew working cleanly and clearly explaining each step. We did encounter a minor technical issue during commissioning, but it was resolved promptly and professionally with great communication throughout.

Overall, we’re extremely happy with the quality of the work, the speed of delivery, and the team’s dedication to getting everything running perfectly. Highly recommend Electrifying Australia for anyone looking for a seamless battery and EV charger installation experience.

App works very well and is informative and easy to manage.
Flexibility is terrific including scheduling Rapid Battery Charging in off peak, although we have only used this once.
We virtually never download electricity from the grid. Even though the feed in tariff is low it is generally enough to offset the daily supply charge, so daily cost is almost always zero.
We could not be happier with the performance.

After a slow start with products not being in the country, an extremely swift and smooth installation occurred. No trouble to install in the place I wanted it. Great installers also. Electricfying Australia, + 1 additional home :)

Noting that I have a complex roof and until recently a lot of encroaching neighbor's trees causing lots of shading, they were very patient in providing revisions of quotes and options to try to best suit my circumstance. They demonstrated initiative to try to get me the "best" setup that fitted by budget. The scheduling of the installation experienced a number of delays (to be fair it was during the weeks of heavy rain) but they came good within reasonable time (which I very much appreciate). There were some misunderstanding during the installation process and we were able to come to a quick and agreeable compromise/arrangement. Overall the experience has been positive.

Excellent experience with Electrifying Australia and Simon.

I had an excellent experience with Electrifying Australia, especially thanks to Simon, the sales manager. Before reaching out to Simon, I spoke with many agents in the same industry, but none of them came close to his level of product knowledge, transparency, and competitive pricing.

They installed Battery and solar and they retrofit with my existing solar.

From the very beginning, Simon made the entire solar and battery installation process smooth and hassle-free. What impressed me most was his follow-up after installation—he personally called to ensure everything was working well and to ask for feedback.

A great example of his service and commitment was when the LCD of the inverter had a blackout. Although his team restarted it and it worked, Simon didn’t hesitate—without any questions asked, he replaced the inverter completely. This shows the level of after-sales service and support you can expect from him and his team.

I’m extremely happy with the installation, the service, and the overall experience. I highly recommend Electrifying Australia and Simon to anyone considering solar and battery solutions.

Good product, fair price, well installed. Communication weak at times.

John, my EA salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful. When my orginally contracted battery became unavailable after paying the deposit, he worked hard to find a suitable replacement for my specific needs and at a very fair price.
EA administration team were a little slow initially to communicate delays to me, and I had to drive the process from my end. However, close to the install date, communication became regular & thorough.
The installation contractor team was difficult to communicate with before installation day, including not showing up for a booked site inspection. On installation day itself, they were competent and hardworking, and I have a battery that I'm completely happy with. The installation team thoroughly explained every aspect of the task and answered all my questions.
Electrifying Australia are an honest company selling a good product. Their contracted installers clearly know what they're doing! Their customer communication, especially regarding delays & with the installation team, is an area where improvements could be made.

Quoting: quick response and not pushy
Install: professional. On the day of install it was raining. The installer still turned up but after assessing the situation it was deemed unsafe to be on the roof. This is completely understandable. We rescheduled and the installer turned up as agreed and installed the system.
Customer satisfaction: they made sure I understood how the system works and how to use the app and if I was happy with the install. I did have an issue with the way the bird netting was installed, so the installer changed it to meet my requests. For me, making sure the customer is happy is very important. Electrifying Australia did exactly this.

Sales/Quoting Process:
The sales and quoting process was smooth and straightforward. Everything was clearly explained, and I appreciated the transparency with pricing and timelines. The team was knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently.

Installation:
The installation went really well. The installers were polite, punctual, and very tidy throughout the job. They respected the property and made sure everything was cleaned up once the work was done.

Excellent Value for Money and Fantastic Service

We had our solar system installed 6 weeks ago and are absolutely loving it. The system is generating even more power that the estimates provided by Electrifying Australia for this time of year.
Sam Music was fantastic and walked us through all the options available to us and to our surprise his quote was 20% less than the competitors.
The installation team was friendly, efficient and did a great job of demonstrating how to use the app to track our power generation and consumption.
I highly recommend Electrifying Australia for your solar installation. They made every step of the process so easy. We could not be happier and are now considering installation off a battery following the news of the Federal government rebate program.

Good people to deal with

Marcus Lobo and his team from Electrifying Australia did a commendable job of installing a 26kw Sungrow Batteries at our residence in Sydney. It has been a week since installation. Electrifying Australia installed solar panels couple of years ago. So when I wanted batteries I went back to them and got connected to Marcus. Overall it was a journey of information and knowledge. Interaction with Marcus was a delight. He patiently listened to my objectives and provided me with a detailed explanation of how batteries work; explained various options; pros and cons. He is passionate about solar energy industry in general. Marcus was quite happy to share as much information about various battery manufacturers and product specifications. Marcus took time and effort to explain even the technical aspects to lay person like myself. There was no pressure and after over three such discussions, I was confident and convinced about which product would be suitable for my needs. I highly recommend that anyone who is interested in battery or solar speak with Marcus.
Installation was handled by Jason and his team. They were professional and quite experienced with Sungrow batteries. Their job was clean and tidy. They cleared about dozen or so card board packaging. Customer Support was ably provided by Hazel. Hazel kept me updated on the installation process proactively.
In conclusion anyone interested in solar panels and battery, I would strongly recommend Electrifying Australia. At the very least given them an opportunity.

Job well done!

Great experience from start to finish. Efficient turnaround time (9 days) from accepting proposal to installation day. And most importantly able to install bird proofing as well.

Installation took the whole day from removing the old panels and inverter, installing the new 28x Aiko Neostar 2P 470W panels (18x panels on western side and 10x panels on eastern side) and Sungrow SG10RT inverter.

Quality product for the best price

The sales team was very professional. I got couple of quotes and asked them to do a price match for the cheapest quote I received. But they explained the quality of the installation and offered their best price. Eventually we were really happy with the installation. Absolutely fantastic

I would highly recommend this company to you. Our consultant, Sam, was fantastic. He described the pros and cons of installing a battery to our existing system fairly and simply. He described the battery he had in mind and then sent our system specs to his engineer to ensure our system was capable of having a battery installed and the size to suit. Sam created a friendly proposal which was easy to understand. He then gave us time to think about the proposal. There was no hard sell which we appreciated. However, Sam was with us throughout checking in occasionally. Once we decided on going ahead with the installation an appointment was made for one week. The installers arrived as scheduled even though it was raining and were polite and courteous. They completed their work and took away all of the packaging. They looked for ways to complete their work with a minimum of fuss placing the wiring in the wall cavity so as not to have unsightly conduit showing on the outside of the house. They then ensured we had the app and could login. Before they left, they gave me a tour of the new system and its features. We are happy with the whole process and would like to thank Sam for his professionalism and understanding.

The installation was really Professionally done.

The Sales quotation was easy, Hassel free, No Sales Pressure, and well presented.

The installation was done in a very Professional way, being very Tidy, Polite, no debris left on site, and no broken Roof Tiles.

The costumers Service Dept were terrific, they helped organising the grid connection after the install, and how to work, and read the Inverter's Display. We are still Getting Email from Electrifying Costumers Service Dept, asking if we are happy with the System and if we need any Help, and to call them if there is anything We Need in the Future.

One More thing I like to add, whenever we wanted to Know something about the whole system, they explain in a way that We can understand, and We been Electrifying Australia Customers for over a Year Now and they Still Exist,

The previous company that We purchased Our First Solar System About Five Years ago, we tried to make contact with them Four Months after the installation, We Couldn't make contact with them Because that company didn't exist anymore.
