Excellent experience with Electrifying Australia

The whole process was smooth. I met Electrifying Australia in Easter Show and left my contact details. A few days later, James called me and asked for my information. I told him what I would like to do, and he provided instant suggestions. The initial call took 45 minutes. After that, James sent me a list of options with different price points and green loan terms. He then called me to explain those options. He was knowledgeable to answer all my questions, which is important for me to make decisions.

The installation was smooth, and James continued to answer my questions even after the installation was completed, the system started to run, and the loan was granted. I switched to Amber, and James's connection with them helped me to speed up the onboarding.

Overall, I received excellent customer service from Electrifying Australia throughout the whole process.

Great Service

Very happy with the sales/ quoting process. The sales person did his best to explain, manage and involve us fully in a complex project. Service above and beyond.
Installation was brilliant . Installer always tried to answer questions and explain things in layman's terms. Hassan and his team were respectful, polite, tidy and convivial. Hassan worked very hard putting in long hours to ensure the system was successful. Highly recommend!!
Customer service was always helpful, polite and patient. They made multiple attempts at times, sometimes after hours, to contact me and resolve various issues. Sometimes it was difficult to phone Head Office as nobody answered the phone but when contact was made consults were extensive and satisfactory.
We have had three solar quotes/ installations done over the years and this is the Best experience.
They go above and beyond and I highly recommend.

Great value and service

We have existing Solar Panels and were looking for a battery retrofit. After reviewing a number of quotes from different installers and having follow up questions, Simon from Electrifying Australia was the only sales rep to respond. As we aren't planning on being in our current residence long term, one of the most important factors was a high ROI and EA's quote certainly provided that.
The initial consultation was technically challenging due existing single phase PV on a three phase system, but Simon came up with an ideal solution
Due to low stock levels with the current battery rush, installation was slightly delayed, but to ensure it wasn't extended we were given a free Inverter upgrade at no cost
Installation went well, even though our board is very old and wiring is getting dated. They were very polite and helpful and cleaned up once completed.

Fantastic Service, Professional Installation, Tremendous Product

Electrifying Australia is a very considerate Company to deal with. The process of answering all of our questions and ensuring that we were able to make an informed decision about the right system for us was an effortless process. Sam Music, Sales Manager was in constant contact to help us with all of the information. The quote was an excellent price and it was an obvious choice to go ahead with Electrifying Australia.

After a few days, we were contacted and the system was professionally installed. The wiring is very neat and concealed in the walls. A long cable run meant a short time the next day was required to complete the installation. Commissioning done, the new 25kWh Anker Solix X1 AC Coupled System was charging from the solar panels and powering the house that night. We were told how to operate the system before the installer left.

We are most pleased and excited about our purchase and highly recommend Electrifying Australia to prospective buyers.

Technical Journey

I now have a Sigenergy 3 Phase 15KW Hybrid Inverter with 10KW of panels, 32KWh of battery and a Gateway providing full house backup. It’s been a very technical journey to find the right solution for our needs. Maha from Electrifying Australia was very responsive with providing options and responding to the changes I requested. I think my needs where somewhat new for them as I have a Clipsal C-Bus 3 Phase house setup meaning that full house backup was the only real solution. Then came the challenge of the shortage of supply due to the battery rush. Maha offered other options, but I stuck with the Sig option and accepted the November install date (quoted in September). The system was live on the 4th of November.
The installation process went well and the team where good to work with and happy to support our requirements. The main challenge was the weather, either getting too hot to work on the roof or raining causing the installation to take longer than expected. The design was also tuned during the installation process (changing the distribution of panels across the north and east sides of the roof).
Why did I go with Electrifying Australia:
- They are responsive,
- Their advice made sense and are open to exploring different options,
- Price was good,
- The others failed to respond when they said, proposed things that did not make sense, quoted on products they where not using on their own home (they were installing Sigenergy at home but suggesting something different for me without a good reason), and quoted a higher price.
I would do it again - Yes.
The one thing I did not realise was how much heat a 15KW inverter creates. I now have a heater in my garage. Something to keep in mind for people thinking about installing solar.

Smooth Installation and Great Support Throughout

The sales and quoting process was clear and straightforward, with helpful advice on system options. Zac and his team installed the panels and inverter in no time, even on a very hot day. They were polite, tidy, and professional, and Zac showed me how to monitor the system and use the inverter/charger app, making everything easy to understand.

The customer service was excellent. They organised the grid connection, followed up to ensure everything was working.

Overall, I’m very happy with the system and would gladly recommend them.

Dealing with Electrifying Australia was a good experience with no problems. All my questions were answered and the process proceeded quickly from initial discussions to installation of the new battery.The installers came on the scheduled day and completed their work without any issues. Competitive pricing and quick service.

Sales provided good information and cheap pricing compared to others even though the inverter was entry level, it was still the better of the entry level.

For a small system like what I got, it does the job well.

Top of the range Solar Cells, Inverter and Battery as well as great installation. 9.7kW aiko 470W solar panels + 19.2kW Goodwe battery + 10kW hybrid inverter.

I contacted Electrifying Australia when I saw that it had high ratings with excellent reviews.
The quoting process for my needs was originally started by team member Jaye with interaction by founder Shyamal.
After discussing my house needs (worked out via Energy bills I have paid in the past four quarters) it was agreed that the following system was required. This consisted of 9.7kW Aiko 470W solar panels, 19.2kW GoodWe battery and a 10kW hybrid inverter. Electrifying Australia gave me the full government rebate in regards to the GoodWe Battery. I visited the factory at Smithfield, Sydney to view the products we were purchasing. The Founding Director of the business, Shyamal Pal stopped what he was doing and gave me VIP for half an hour to explain the system as well as view the products. Real satisfaction! After two weeks of purchasing the system the solar installers arrived at the agreed date and time. I was very impressed with the hard work these installers put in to put up the system. They also gave me lots of advice on the installation such as where I was to obtain maximum generation from my system. After 6 hours of installation they had me inspect their work and I found that it was neat and tidy. They organised the grid connection and then explained, in simple terms, how to use the app on my phone to show me the generation produced and how much excess was going into the grid. So far, after 3.5 weeks, I have made $275 from exporting surplus to the grid. The battery supplies energy to my dwelling during the night re fridges, aircon, TV, lights, etc with still plenty of battery left in the morning before sunrise. I am more than satisfied with this top of the range system and top notch installation. Lou, Cronulla.

Great to deal with, professional, punctual and responsive to emails/calls. Highly recommend.

Sam at Melbourne home show knew exactly what we needed and quoted a good price. Service provided by office staff (Hazel and others) was punctual, responsive and very helpful. Installation went smoothly once goods arrived after a slight delay as they ran out of stock. Compensated for delay with better panels without us even asking. It was completed in 1 day in 30 degree heat by 3 men who were punctual, tidy and although very tired when all was done, still remained cheerful and polite to the end. All checked to ensure system was working well before they left. Unfortunately at 6.00pm after a hard day on the roof, no time was left to explain to us properly how the app worked but it’s not hard to work it out. Work was professionally completed and battery placement, discussed early in the piece, is in a good and safe location. Very happy with purchase and service. Thank you Electrifying Australia.

Good experience overall although some frustrations

Excellent sales person and proposal process was quick and easy.

Installation went smoothly and the installers were very professional.

My issue related to the handover from sales once the proposal was executed and then having no contact from the company for over a week in relation to booking in the installation. This was an issue for us as we were away for a 2 week period and wanted to ensure that we were around when the installation occurred. Electrifying Australia did get back in contact after I chased them twice but trying to contact them subsequently via their 1800 number was a complete frustration as the dozen times that I tried to contact with them failed. Ultimately managed to contact them and the process from there on went smoothly.

Overall a good experience but with some frustration.

Their consultant Noah was helpful, knowledgeable and frequently followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. Good value and service

Only 2 of the three companies recommended followed up with a quote. Electrifying Australia then followed up to check was it OK. They supplied a good mid range brand ( Anker) and had a short wait time. I supplied drone photos and measurements but the first installers to arrive thought the roof too slippery and left. Different installers came 4 days later and seemed to not have issues. They could have done with 3 men not 2 as both worked until late to finish the job. No deposit was required and payment was only required on my satisfaction. I was shown the Anker app but no manual or induction to the system.

Anker Battery and Solar Panel Installation

Electrifying Australia was a pleasure to deal with. From the beginning Simon was able to explain the best solution for the installation of our Anker 30Kw Battery. We where able to install a further 5.1 kw Solar Panels to increase our current system of 8.2 kw Solar. The installation of the panels and battery was done within 2 weeks of accepting the proposal. The installation team were great installing the system and explaining the operation of the Battery and associated App. Simon even followed up a few days later ensuring the system is operating accordingly and answering any question I may have. Overall a good experience and would not hesitate in recommending Simon and his team from Electrifying Australia.

I recently had a 19.2 kWh battery system and EV charger installed by Electrifying Australia, and the entire experience was outstanding. Flexibility is terrific including scheduling Rapid Battery Charging in off peak, although we have only used this once.
We virtually never download electricity from the grid. Even though the feed in tariff is low it is generally enough to offset the daily supply charge, so daily cost is almost always zero.
We could not be happier with the performance.

Electricfying Australia, + 1 additional home :)

Noting that I have a complex roof and until recently a lot of encroaching neighbor's trees causing lots of shading, they were very patient in providing revisions of quotes and options to try to best suit my circumstance. They demonstrated initiative to try to get me the "best" setup that fitted by budget. The scheduling of the installation experienced a number of delays (to be fair it was during the weeks of heavy rain) but they came good within reasonable time (which I very much appreciate). There were some misunderstanding during the installation process and we were able to come to a quick and agreeable compromise/arrangement. Overall the experience has been positive.

Excellent experience with Electrifying Australia and Simon.

I had an excellent experience with Electrifying Australia, especially thanks to Simon, the sales manager. Before reaching out to Simon, I spoke with many agents in the same industry, but none of them came close to his level of product knowledge, transparency, and competitive pricing.

They installed Battery and solar and they retrofit with my existing solar.

From the very beginning, Simon made the entire solar and battery installation process smooth and hassle-free. What impressed me most was his follow-up after installation—he personally called to ensure everything was working well and to ask for feedback.

A great example of his service and commitment was when the LCD of the inverter had a blackout. Although his team restarted it and it worked, Simon didn’t hesitate—without any questions asked, he replaced the inverter completely. This shows the level of after-sales service and support you can expect from him and his team.

Good product, fair price, well installed. Communication weak at times.

John, my EA salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful. When my orginally contracted battery became unavailable after paying the deposit, he worked hard to find a suitable replacement for my specific needs and at a very fair price.
EA administration team were a little slow initially to communicate delays to me, and I had to drive the process from my end. However, close to the install date, communication became regular & thorough.
The installation contractor team was difficult to communicate with before installation day, including not showing up for a booked site inspection. On installation day itself, they were competent and hardworking, and I have a battery that I'm completely happy with. The installation team thoroughly explained every aspect of the task and answered all my questions.
Electrifying Australia are an honest company selling a good product. Their contracted installers clearly know what they're doing! Their customer communication, especially regarding delays & with the installation team, is an area where improvements could be made.

Professional and respectful installer

Quoting: quick response and not pushy
Install: professional. On the day of install it was raining. The installer still turned up but after assessing the situation it was deemed unsafe to be on the roof. This is completely understandable. We rescheduled and the installer turned up as agreed and installed the system.
Customer satisfaction: they made sure I understood how the system works and how to use the app and if I was happy with the install. I did have an issue with the way the bird netting was installed, so the installer changed it to meet my requests. For me, making sure the customer is happy is very important. Electrifying Australia did exactly this.

Fantastic solar company with good service of installation and customer service.

Sales/Quoting Process:
The sales and quoting process was smooth and straightforward. Everything was clearly explained, and I appreciated the transparency with pricing and timelines. The team was knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently.

Installation:
The installation went really well. The installers were polite, punctual, and very tidy throughout the job. They respected the property and made sure everything was cleaned up once the work was done.

Customer Service:
Customer service was excellent. They helped organise the grid connection promptly after the installation and even took the time to show me how to use the charger. The support throughout the process made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend!
