Top installer, fabulous customer service
I had multiple phone calls with Simon fine tuning the quote, the type of panels and the size of the battery. He was patient, polite and respectful in answering all my numerous questions. I sure had a few!Installation went seamlessly. Communication about the install was great. They arrived punctually. The guys were friendly, careful of my garden and cleaned up afterwards. Lots of care and consideration.
Customer service was the best I've ever received. They showed me how to use the app and organised all the paperwork. Afterwards, I called to discuss a totally unrelated electrical issue and they were so helpful with trying to sort out even though it was a separate issue.
I would HIGHLY recommend Limitless Energy to anyone thinking of installing solar and batteries. Great value and fabulous customer service.

Solid medium priced system with sold support
I purchased a mid-priced solar system from Limitless Energy Solutions and was very happy with the overall experience.Simon Fouriau, Sales Manager was excellent throughout the sales process. He explained the available system options clearly and in plain English, including how the various Federal and State rebates and grants worked. We chose the Jinko Tiger Neo 48HL4M-DV solar panels together with the GoodWe GW8.3-BAT-D-G20 stackable battery and inverter system. Both are well regarded on SolarQuotes and seemed to offer good value in the lower to mid-price range. The system has only been operating for two months.
The quoting, scheduling and installation process was efficient and punctual. However, because we chose to run cabling through our fully furnished basement, the installers initially failed to properly protect furniture and flooring while drilling into brick walls. This resulted in dust throughout the area and damage to a window blind. It showed a lack of care and experience when working inside occupied homes.
To their credit, once the issue was raised, the installers cleaned the area and addressed the problem immediately. The following day, the Director of Limitless personally visited to discuss my concerns. He assured me the feedback would be used to improve future installations and agreed to pay for the damaged blind. Although the situation was frustrating, I appreciated the genuine effort made to resolve it.
After installation, Limitless provided excellent follow-up support with regular emails and phone calls to organise the grid connection. Simon via phone calls and emails continued to assist with my questions about monitoring and managing the inverter and battery through the app.
Overall, despite the installation issue, the post-install support and willingness to resolve problems left me with a positive impression of the company. I would recommend them, particularly for their communication, follow-up support and value for money. However, if work is being carried out inside the home, I would also recommend closely monitoring the install progress and check the work area regularly to help identify any issues early.

Battery & Inverter installation
When getting quotes for the battery we contacted several companies using Solar Quotes as a reference. Our experience with Limitless Energy stood out. Our first contact was Simon from Sales. He was competent and provided a comprehensive quote within in a short period of time. We had several questions about size of battery and brands. He provided us with several quotes depending on what options we choose. We also requested an UPS. He went through what extra this involved and explained whether to just choose refrigeration/ lights or full backup. We choose full back up and so far haven’t had to test it. The site inspection done by Dong was also comprehensive as it wasn’t a straight forward installation as our panels are on the shed. After reviewing their website and our dealings with Limitless we had every confidence in this installation.On be day of installation the three guys arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day. They cleaned up everything and then showed us how to read the inverter and helped set up the battery app.
We couldn’t be happier.

Great installer and fantastic product!
The sales process was made really easy and comfortable, with lots of good information, a really good product that has more than met my needs for now and into the future, and a salesman who was friendly, knowledgeable and understood what I needed. The pre-inspection confirmed readiness and no unexpected extras. The installation happened really quickly (due to someone else cancelling/re-scheduling) and the team were great to deal with. Fantastic experience.
Can't fault Limitless Energy Solutions.From system planning, quotation all the way through to ithe install and commissioning was completed in and extremely professional manner.
The timeframe from initial contact to install was just over a month.
We had three systems quoted. I was initially only considering Sigenergy and Sungrow. Simon from sales recommended we consider Deye as well as it was great value for money.
Extremely glad Deye was recommended and that is what we went for after carefully considering all options.
The install has just been completed. There was an issue with a CT which took a little troubleshooting but was identified and resolved by the installation team on a second visit.
Correspondence during the whole process was fantastic and prompt. All visits were kept to as per the booking times with great SMS notification.
Limitless will monitor your system and assist with showing you how it runs. So once the install is done they are available for assistance into the future - brilliant!
Initial system was a 10kW PV with an AC coupled Sungrow inverter running to a 5kW Eveready battery added a few years after the PV install.
After a site inspection Limitless suggested we go from AC coupling to DC coupling, getting rid of the isolators (a failure point) and bringing the system up to current spec. Remove the Sungrow inverter and upgrade the 5kW Eveready to a 30kW Deye battery matching it with a 12kW Deye inverter. The bonus was to also have pretty much full house UPS backup except for the pool pump and pool heat pump.
Couldn't be happier with the whole process so far.

Best decision for energy bill reduction
Limitless designed and installed our fairly large home solar and battery system with full integration with our EV charging, and to supply our all electric totally heat pump home systems.Really excellent design, planning, communication, installation, commissioning, system integration and operational support - couldn’t ask for anything better, they did a really good job.
Ignoring the capital costs involved, we now have average monthly bills less than $100 to cover all our home energy needs, heating, cooling, pool pumps, cooking, household electrics, hot water, plus all energy to our two EVs.
Previously with gas and electric for home, and ICE cars, our average monthly energy + fuel costs were $740!!

Excellent installation, Great people to work with
Sales and quoting process was easy and very informative.The workers doing the Installation did a great job. They even went over and above, removing leaves from the roof valleys.
Customer service was great too, every company has issues, but the sign of a good company is how they deal with them.
On the day we had an issue, but limitless sorted this out within an hour.
Great outcome and I am very happy.

Great system with excellent service and installation
I had a 6kw system with a 25kw battery installed in my home in inner-north Melbourne through Limitless, who were fantastic. Simon was very helpful throughout the sales/quoting process, helping me through the Victorian rebate schemes. Dean was very knowledgeable and communicated great throughout the inspection and installation stages, particularly with optimising our system around a neighbour's tree that block a bit of our roof in the winter. We also had a thorough rundown of how the system works and they helped set up the app on our phone. We had the installation in August and the battery powered most of our overnight heating even through winter!Panel rating: 5/5

Great Service and Product
A very simple and easy process from sales to post installation, Limitless handles everything!We live in an area where we get a fair few blackouts, which having solar has already helped in that regards and also lowers our power bills as a bonus.
Could not recommend Deye any higher! great value you for money, having the full home back up and their monitoring app is very easy to use and navigate. The option to have Deye CoPilot and also a generator outlet to charge the battery as back up, is next level!

Incredibly easy, responsive and competitively priced
The quoting process was extremely easy and the sales and administration team were very responsive. Fantastic experience
I wanted to upgraded my solar system to solar + Battery and have been very happy with the Deye product that the guys at Limitless advised and all its features.I chose a larger battery system size which makes your property fully self sufficient and allows you to monetise your battery storage in the whole sale market with the Deye copilot AI software.
As it stands now I not only don’t pay bills, but am actually in credit with my retailer.

Outstanding service and installation
We were keen to take advantage of the new government rebates for solar panels and a battery to be installed in our home. After obtaining the recommended quotes from three suppliers, we requested follow-up advice from all three but only Limitless Energy Solutions responded immediately. They visited in person and spent considerable time evaluating the suitability of our roof for hosting the panels and a location for the battery. Their advice was patient, thorough and very informative given that our roof space and layout is complex with its many sections and valleys. It was explained that due to excessive shading from nearby trees that are protected by a heritage overlay, the best installation arrangement was one comprising of just 14 solar panels and a 16 kWh battery. We were so assured by this advice such that we decided then and there to go with them for the task. Incredibly, we only had to wait 4 weeks for the acquisition of the panels and battery (despite the burgeoning public demand) and for the work to commence. The quality of the installation was outstanding and was completed quickly and our property was left clean and tidy afterwards. The certification of the electrical work was completed just two working days later. The follow-up by the company to ensure that all was working as planned was excellent. We are extremely happy with the performance of our system at this early stage and have nothing but the praise for, and recommendation of, Limitless Energy Solutions.

Perfect Solar/Battery set up
I reached out to Limitless to install solar and batteries on my new owner built house. They worked with me through the whole process from construction to completion. The installation team ensured it looked amazing with cables hidden in walls, minimal ducting and a recessed switchboard. The consultation was very helpful giving me great options to choose from. I’ve been in the house for over 6 months now and my bill is well into credit even without a huge amount of storage. Limitless recently returned to upgrade my battery storage so that I can sell stored energy back to the grid. The system runs incredibly efficiently. I am constantly checking the iSolar app to see how well the system is running and to show other people how good it is. I recently had a 10.5kW solar system with a battery installed for $15,000 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. The whole process went well
The quoting process was fine.The installers arrived on time and kept in touch letting me know when they were on the way. The young man in charge was particularly helpful and competent at his job. They were polite and left the yard clean and tidy.

I am very happy with Limited Energy.1. Quote - Simon is very patient and he discussed different inverter brand option with me. The quote is not cheapest but very reasonable.
2. From quote to installation took less than 1 month.
3. The installation team is professional- the working area is neat , they checked and replaced the roof tiles before putting the solar panel up.
4. The after installation service is great ! I get answer about activating the energy account quickly.

Highly recommend- would use again
We had a really great experience with limitless.Simon worked really hard to build the solar system we were after at a competitive rate and the whole install process was super easy.
Installers were polite and on time and we are really happy with the overall result.

Very efficient installation
The quoting process was very simple and the details exceeded my expectations. I was able to get a larger system with very little cost increase. As our landscaping was not done at the time of the battery installation, Limitless Energy agreed to (at the appropriate time) remove the batteries and re-install them once landscaping paving was complete, at no additional cost. This was very much appreciated. This also allowed us to make full use of the battery storage for our own use. A very neat and tidy installation. However, it was not communicated to me that there would be no FIT payment until the battery was finally installed.Panel rating: 5/5
