Every thing perfect
Quoting process so simple,installation was perfect,absolutely no issues28 October 2025
Very happy with installation
The quotation process was seamless. The sales manager came out to review the site. Dion and the crew did a great job installing. Had to take a pause due to rain and wind. They were tidy and polite, generally good guys. I still have a few questions about the next steps with my energy supplier.
Really happy with our system - totally independent now
Matrix Solar were the only company that actually came out to our property, looked at the roof and the lay out of the house and answered all our questions in person. Gave us great confidence in the installation. Took a few weeks til they were able to complete the job, but we had been made aware of this. Installation took best part of two days. All done by in house staff not contractors. The team did a great job and explained and tested everything before they left.Panel rating: 5/5
