Excellent installation of solar panels, seamless process from obtaining a quote to the installation.

The quoting process was very straightforward, there was some back and forwarding in regards to brands of solar panels and which inverter would be best for my purposes, none of this was a problem for them.
The installation went really well, they turned up on time, two guys, very professional and experienced, they explained what they were doing, they listened to me (in regards location of the inverter, etc) and kept the work site clean and tidy throughout the day.
They spent time at the end of the install to give me some instructions on how everything worked, etc.
Customer service has been excellent, there were some forms to sign, all done electronically, the office lady has rung a couple of times to follow up after the install to ensure grid connection is occurring, etc.
The owner of the company has been in touch as well, to ensure I am happy with everything and to check the install went well (which it did).

I am very happy with this company, and highly recommend them to anyone considering using them.

Very happy with all aspects of our solar installation.

Erol explained everything really well during the quoting stage, and answered all my questions.
The team at NG were friendly and professional and did a grea job of our Solar install.
They went above and beyond our expectations. Even disposing of the old tall TV aerial and chimney pope that they removed for us during the install.
In a market that is flooded with operators, I felt that I could trust Erol and his business and was not disappointed. I would highly recommend them as a solar installer.
In the event that we need plumbing or electrical work in the future I would also get them to quote for us.

Professional, knowledgeable solar and battery installers

Working with NG Plumbing and Electrical Pty Ltd was a fantastic experience. From the quoting process to a quality and good looking installation of the solar panels, the wiring, the hybrid inverter and battery. The knowledge and experience with guiding us to get the correct system and getting a professional installation was great. The customer service was exemplary and communication easy and comfortable. The installers were very well experienced, they arrived on time and were very efficient. They cleaned the whole site up nicely after the installation, were friendly, and the whole system looks awesome. Installing the monitoring app was easy and works nicely.
I highly recommend NG Plumbing and Electrical Pty Ltd for any solar and battery installation.

Fantastic and friendly installer!

The quoting process wad very straightforward and simple with multiple options given to suit budgets. We chose the most preferred option that suited the size and what we were looking for in our budget. The customer service we received from answering questions to quick responses were the absolute best! This company values their clients! Our installers were punctual, professional and did a wonderful job. We were given all the information we required to use our system efficiently
