Installation issue, resulting in loss of hot water for 3 days. Took 3 days to respond to issue.

The best option for us to determine battery size.
They explained we could add to our existing panels and monitor consumption and exports using the app.We had ducted air conditioning installed in the same week, so we needed to see what power usage is like over the summer so we can size our battery to suite.

Excellent customer service before, during and after intallation
Paramount were recomended by Solar Quotes and a friend who had dealt with them. The entire process was stress free. They kept us informed throughout the process including a two day delay in installation due to severe storms in SE Qld.
On Site Evaluation
There were five companies that I contacted for quotes for the supply & fitting of a suitable battery system for our house. All were very professional & appeared knowledgable but only Paramount Energy sent a representative to our house to discuss what was needed, how it would all fit, what additional electrical equipment would be necessary & how large the battery storage would be required for our needs.All the others provided a quote using a satellite view of the house & a copy of our power bills. They all answered any queries I had very professionally.
Having decided on the system & supplier, Paramount were very good at keeping us informed both before & during the installation.
The installation went without any problems & was neat & professionally done.
Initial questions that came up after installation were mostly well handled but any subsequent service or technical inquiries have been less satisfactory. General non technical questions are always handled really well but it can be difficult to get to speak to a tehnical person at times. They are often busy & don't always reply to messages to call back. So far nothing serious has required an immediate response but it's frustrating none the less.
