Professional and easy to deal with
Everyone from Renewture I dealt with was polite and punctual. Pete took the time to come and visit the house and provided a choice of systems. Felt very comfortable dealing with him. Installation was initially delayed due to bad weather but I was always kept informed and offered alternative dates. Renewture took care of connection as well and tidied up afterwards!. A Great start but poor communictions about thedetails of the finale part of the install.
Things started very well and we were impressed with the attention we received.As time passed a fairly simple finish to the install (two cables for a dual occupancy) have failed to materialise. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, messages and phone everything has gone dead. We suspect they may have gone under, but cannot get any form of response, even to say that the final setup has been delayed by bad weather etc.
We are no longer able to recommend a company that had so much promise. Now we have to contact the manufacturer ourselves to find a company who can complete the final installation.

Great installation
We had panels, battery and car charger installed. Installation team were excellent, installation was planned for April but then they had a spot and now it's already in and working. Had a problem with the Powerwall but got that sorted (with a new one from stock as soon as they could.So far smooth transition. Now using basically nothing from the grid. Explained everything very well.Inverter rating: 5/5

It all went well.
The quoting process was fast and effective. There was a four week wait until installation and this process went well in spite of some rain issues. The system is now operating with a detailed briefing to be held shortly. I would rate Renewture as a good and experienced company to deal with.01 February 2026
Cannot recommend Renewture Energy enough 10/10
From my first point of contact with Pete from Renewture to the final install, the entire process went off without a hitch. Absolutely no pressure to accept the quote Pete has meticulously put together via a recorded video. Anything and everything was explained in the video and was clear and concise. I asked Pete to put together quotes for a Tesla system and a Sungrow system. I decided to go with the Tesla system and could not be happier.Pete was present on the day of installation and introduced me to his crew of tradies that completed the install. They were all extremely polite and respectful of my property. The install went very smoothly with nil issues and the site was left as they had found it on arrival. Pete completed a handover and assisted me with the technical side of the setup which was greatly appreciated as i am a tech dud.
I have nothing but high praise for Renewture, Pete and the boys that completed my install. 10/10 and if i could rate them higher i would.
To anyone thinking about investing in solar, who wants a no pressure and honest quote…. Or even looking to gain some information or advice, give Renewture a call.

Fantastic Service
Pete and the Renewture team were great. They ensured installation of our solar battery occurred on time with a professional finish. the team were helpful and informative and nothing was an issue. Two phases didn't phase them

Had a battery installed by Renewture. Very professional...good advice and explanations for our specific circumstances, installation completed in two weeks, very competitive prices and long workmanship guarantee. Acquiring a Powerwall 3 from Renewture
The sales/quoting process occurred in a very timely and professional manner with ample opportunity for clarification of all details.The installation occurred surprising quickly with the installers being punctual, very friendly and obviously very proud of their work and the product.
Customer service has been satisfactory with help in respect to the grid connection and laying the path for potential VPP involvement.

Settled with a smaller operator who bettered best quote.Because of smaller operator was able to provide a more personalised install and commisioning process

Brilliant from Start to Finish
Peter from Renewture attended our home to quote for a storage battery system.On time, polite and very professional from the start . It was never about a sale, but what we needed and expected from a storage battery.
We had plenty of questions and advised accordingly of the positives and negatives, a good learning experience which enabled us to make the right choice.
About 3 weeks later, the Renewture crew showed up about 8am and by 3pm the Tesla Powerwall 3 installation was complete. They assisted with the App install on my phone and a quick schooling.
A very professional and nice install leaving the garage spotless.

Refund cheque for $99.87 on 1/12/2025.
As of 01/07/2026 $45.17 in credit.
Finally,
With family visiting and staying, a house full, to just myself and wife occupying how house, we have never watched or tried to save on electricity usage.
If it’s hot, aircon is on from morning to night keeping the house cool and in winter the same applies to heating for a few hours in the morning and night.
Solarquotes armed us withe knowledge and pointed us in the right direction with both withe the initial Solar and latter Battery install.
