Happy we went with these guys

Solar was just something we knew we were going to do when we built our home a few years back. We’re glad we went with Resinc, the whole process was smooth, and we have no complaints.

Excellent quality and customer service

Everyone’s been friendly and helpful, no question is a dumb one. The customer service has been great, the installation went smoothly, and the app is really handy and easy to use. We also liked that they cared about the fact we live on the coast and that they support Surf Life Saving. It shows they genuinely care about the community.

Overall a good experience

Overall it was a good experience from start to finish. All upfront at the beginning, they said I could cut my energy bill in half and that's exactly what happened.

Great customer service!

From the knock on the front door until installation day I felt no pressure and was happy to go with Resinc. After the video call, which everything was explained so easily, everything went so well. We had the highest quality panels which were a nice little upgrade. Really happy with everything!

No fast talkers

The process for us has been very smooth and easy. I haven’t felt shut down by anyone at any stage, and I’ve never felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on us, which is important, as there are a lot of cowboys out there in the solar industry.

Haven't paid a bill in 4 years

I'm really happy that my system actually works, I haven't paid a bill since installing over 4 years ago. The customer service is really good too. Once you've paid for your system you aren't forgotten about, they keep in touch to make sure everything works as it should and to ensure you're getting the most out of it.

Over 2 years and still superb!

Very easy for us

We went with solar because we wanted to save on our bills, and it’s really good to see how we’re helping the environment through our monitoring app. Everything for us has been very seamless, and we definitely recommend going for it, it’ll help you in the long run.

Quality panels, inverter and batteries. Installation was poor.

Quote was fine. Sales person not so good. I asked sales if the system would run the house in the event of a blackout? Answer was yes. Turns out you can only run 1 power and 1 lighting circuit (NOT the whole house).
Installers were polite, however, there were some issues:
- Isolators not mounted square and they left dirty marks on the wall.
- Electrical conduit work in the loft was poor.
- Smart meter mounting location in main switchboard made it impossible to shut the door properly.
- Smart meter found to be faulty and was replaced a week later.
Installers returned to site and fixed above issues.
Customer service has been OK. Dealing with multiple people from RESINC is understandable, but they should read the correspondents before calling and asking the same questions.

Really happy with everything!

I really like the fact that these guys are local, it reassures us that they’re not just another company that’s going to install the system and then disappear. Their after-sales support has also been incredible, and my bill repayments have gone down quite substantially, which I’m really happy with.

My bills have been low, and I’m really impressed with how much energy the system is producing. I love being able to monitor my usage through the app, it’s so easy to use and helps me stay on top of my energy habits. The customer service has been excellent too, everyone I’ve dealt with has been helpful and professional throughout the whole process.

Fantastic experience overall

We've had it for four years and it's been seamless. We've had a decrease in electricity bills over time. We've had no problems with the solar panels during recent storms. Had regular courtesy reminders from Resinc when our system needed reconnecting. The customer service has always been very polite and a seamless experience. Fantastic experience overall!

Seriously fantastic job all round!

We did our research and felt very confident with what we found, especially after sitting down with their sales consultant, Anj. From memory, our quarterly bills were around $900 before the installation, and now, with the battery and system, they’re down to about $30.

We have a battery and system it's been incredible!

For me, one of the most important things was the long-term support. Things can always sound great on paper, but actually having that ongoing support makes the biggest difference. I also want to mention that the communication and access to the company have been really good. I’ve been very happy with the installation and the follow-up as well.

They went above and beyond to help us when needed. If there were any issues they would've fixed it. Couldn't have been in any better hands. They took you through step by step where the panels would be installed. Even before installation, they showed where the panels would go on the roof through a Zoom call!

Been a great 3 years!

So simple and great service

It was a simple decision for me to install solar and try to save money. The girl who came over to sell it to us was great and did an excellent job. She said it would only take five minutes, she was awesome! The installers were very professional and got everything done with absolutely no fuss. The warranty is exceptional, and we’ve been very happy so far.

Comes with peace of mind!

Admittedly, these guys are a bit pricier than most, but it really comes with peace of mind knowing they’re there for you if you need anything. They also send reminder notifications and reconnection messages to make sure everything is working properly.

Brilliant!

Good energy from a good company

RESINC Solar reached out to our not-for-profit organisation after YouTuber, Max from Max & Occy referred Animal Rights and Rescue Group to receive an entire solar system at zero cost thanks to RESINC's generosity.

The team have gone above and beyond for us even though we were not charged a single cent for the system. They not only installed a great system with LONGi solar panels and an Anker battery, but also have ensured we are kept up to date with how the system is going and are readily available to answer any questions we might have.

The system is reliable, quality and saving BIG on our electricity bills. RESINC are not only a reputable company, they also provide an incredible service to charities like us by donating these systems.

Seriously wouldn’t recommend any other company

What really motivated me to install a solar system with a battery through these guys was their assurance of after-sales care and support. My previous experiences with solar companies haven’t been great, so the main driving factor this time was their promise of proper follow-up and they’ve delivered on that. Their salesperson, Joss, has also been an incredible help. I really wouldn't recommend any other company.

So great for us!
