Solar
Well, I like how RESINC provides all the information through the Zoom meetings. Other companies don't offer that. My parents never got this level of support from their solar company, so it's been really helpful. The service has been great. Other solar providers don't check in after the installation, but RESINC is constantly following up to make sure everything is working correctly.Panel rating: 5/5

Happy we went with them!
We wanted to go with RESINC because of their affiliation with the Surf Life Saving Clubs, and also because we wanted to reduce our electricity bills. As we go into the warmer months, that's something I'm looking forward to seeing.The customer service has been fantastic, and the installation was great with no issues. I'd definitely recommend going solar with them.

Solar and battery
We've only had our system installed for a few months, and one of the main reasons we chose RESINC was their after-sales service. Not many companies offer that level of ongoing support, and it really appealed to us. Even though RESINC was a little more expensive, they've definitely followed through on everything they promised. Fantastic everything

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service in terms of follow up and making sure the customer knows exactly what they have purchased and how to use it. They also offer support on how to improve results with bills or energy consumption. The follow up is a great initiative, as its usually all good until you have paid. However, with Resinc, if there are any issues, they are consistent and ensure all queries and issues are resolved.Battery rating: 5/5

Resinc has been very informative and great. In our first meeting they were able to give us factual data and projections on what our power usage would be and our savings based on our current bills - we had other quotes which were cheaper but the system sizes were smaller, and would not have been adequate, so we were happy to go with the bigger system to get full coverage.After sales support has been phenomenal!
And any questions we've had have been answered straight away! We would recommend Resinc Solar to any house hold and would use them again if we were to move.

You'll probably find someone who can do it cheaper, but you won't find another company that provides the same level of after-sales service as RESINC. Good timing. Very happy with system
We wanted to go with solar because we wanted to combat the rising costs of electricity and the usage that comes with it. We had always thought about getting it, and when the door knocker came around at the same time we were thinking about it, it was something we knew we wanted to do. Great service
Had the system for almost a year now and RESINC has surpassed all expectations. Fantastic installation
Once I did the research, I noticed RESINC are completely different from the usual providers, offering additional services on top, which was outstanding. We wanted an accredited company, and they tailored the installation of our panels specifically to our needs, creating a unique experience. We were very happy with the overall service, and the battery installation was excellent. We're already seeing reasonable savings on our electricity bill and are pleased with how the system is performing.Compared to other solar providers, RESINC was much more attentive throughout the process. We knew RESINC wasn't the cheapest option, but the company's ties with the local surf clubs gave us confidence in our decision. It was a no-brainer for us, and we really believe you get what you pay for.
The after-installation service has also been excellent. When we had our previous solar system installed, we don't think we ever heard from the company again. It's reassuring to know that RESINC continues to support us after the installation and has our back if we ever need anything

Solar battery
The whole experience was pretty much flawless. There were no dramas at all. The Zoom call felt comfortable and authentic, and having that interaction with David throughout the entire process made everything easy. Even using the Aerial Maps to work out the best placement for the solar panels was a great experience.Going through the different system options and choosing the one that was right for us was fantastic. Resinc's communication was excellent the whole way through, especially when it came to keeping us updated on installation dates and what to expect.
The installation itself was simple, smooth, and hassle free. Everything went to plan, and I honestly couldn't fault the experience even if I tried. Overall, I'd give it a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful installation!
Resinc has provided outstanding after-sales support. Even 12 months after installation, we’ve contacted the team several times with minor issues relating to the app, and each time they resolved them quickly and professionally.Since having our system installed, our electricity bills have reduced considerably, and we’re now looking at adding more battery capacity to maximise the benefits. We’re very happy with both the product and the ongoing customer service, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Resinc.

After sale support is great!
The whole operation was smooth. They kept me up to date with everything they were doing, and we really appreciated all the follow up after the installation. I didn't expect that level of after sales support, so it's been great to have it.Our electricity bill was also halved, and that was after only having the system installed for a month and a half of the billing quarter.
