Solae and battery review

From a buyer’s perspective, Resinc has been a joy to do business with. This company has the BIG 4: efficiency, effectiveness, brilliant customer service, and reliability. Everybody I’ve spoken to has been professional and courteous.

If they say they’re going to be there, they always turn up on time. I really appreciate that Resinc’s business is spread widely across Australia.

I appreciate Indi going the extra mile, turning up on 5pm on a Friday!

They genuinely care about their customers.

Their installation crew was fabulous, and the whole experience has been seamless from start to finish.

Highly recommended solar & battery installer

We chose a solar and battery system from RESINC for 24-hour reliability and less reliance on the grid. The team was very helpful, installation went smoothly in one day, the app makes monitoring easy, and we’ve already noticed a big difference in our electricity use. Highly recommended!

Happy with our system!

We’ve had our solar system with these guys for about five years now. We decided to get it because we wanted to invest in our home and save some money on our electricity bills.

What really gave us peace of mind was seeing that they had installed panels on local surf life saving clubs. We figured that if they’re trusted to install on buildings like that, then it must be worth having on homes as well.

If you can afford to go solar, I definitely recommend it, especially if you’re planning to stay in your house for a long time.

Terrific experience

Back up service is great

The installation went very well, they had a few hiccups but they managed to get that fixed very quickly. The ongoing service is really good, the fact that they come out and visit me in person is very impressive.

Just so supportive!

Overall, I’m very happy with everything and have no complaints. If there’s ever anything wrong, the team is always quick to come out, check things, and make sure everything is working properly. They also monitor the system remotely to ensure everything runs smoothly in the background, which gives me real peace of mind.

Once the system is fully paid off, we’re very likely to get a battery from them as well.

The staff are incredibly helpful

The before and after sale service has been excellent. I've really appreciated them being proactive and reaching out to book appointments in with us. We're enjoying not having the stress of power bills anymore, getting it installed just before summer was a great idea.

Anker is fantastic !

We had been thinking about getting solar for a while. Since we knew our neighbour had installed with Resinc, and we saw that they had won Installer of the Year through SolarQuotes, we decided to give them a try.

If you are going to install solar, we recommend getting a battery from the beginning. It just makes sense. The app that comes with the system is also quite intuitive. I use it every day and I’m really glad we have it.

It has also brought our bill down quite significantly. We are home a lot, which allows us to fully utilise the system, and we are very happy with the savings we’re seeing.

Fantastic Solar Company

A Resinc doorknocker came around, and we got to chatting. He was a nice guy and helped book an appointment with Isaac, who was very informative. After installing the battery, our bills went from $300–$400 a quarter to about $40–$80 a month. I am very happy with this change and am looking forward to seeing how it performs for the rest of the year.

Great install

At the first initial contact with Resinc the saleman (Ryan Howarth) was very professional and very knowledgable about the solar systems and made it easier to decide on what system we should get. I was really impressed with the communication that we receive about the systems performance review every month, our is 138%. The installers were very courteous and friendly gentlemen. I look forward to the annual check ups with the lovely staff. I have recommended them to other people.

Solar install

We always wanted solar when we built the house but decided to wait until the time was right for us. A few years passed, and we saw someone from Resinc handing out flyers. We also knew our neighbours had installed with them, so we decided to give it a go.

Using the app to monitor our system, we can see that our usage from the grid has dropped quite dramatically, and we’re really looking forward to receiving our next bill.

Very happy!

We are happy with the customer service, especially the original consultant who helped get us across the line. His name was Sachin, and he was very helpful. The system has worked very well over the last few months, especially with the battery in place. We appreciate the follow-up and education after installation, and we found it very beneficial. We also feel assured that the quality of the product is excellent and of the highest standard.

Have an Anker battery and it's amazing!

The battery has been brilliant now that I have a better understanding of how to use it. I am really happy with the system, and I switch it between the two modes of self-consumption and time-of-use. I charge the battery during my off-peak period when I see that the next day might be cloudy or raining.

Professional and Seamless

You don’t need to have all the money upfront — the finance option made it really easy for us to go ahead with solar. I’m actually paying less per month than I was for power since installing with Resinc, and it’s a good feeling knowing it’s better for the environment too.

The team has been great. They know what they’re doing and have been supportive the whole way through. I liked that they used my actual power bill to size the system instead of relying on fanciful calculations.

Everything they installed is high quality, and I’ve never felt unsure about anything. Install was smooth and there were no issues at all.

Simply put the whole process has been great, the support and the communication has been fantastic. The Franklin Battery is nice to look at and it has been working perfectly, id recommend Franklin Battery for sure. We have saved alot on our bills since going solar and adding a battery.

Anker is just so good!

We previously had a solar system before upgrading to the one we have now, which includes a battery. We always knew we wanted to upgrade to a better system with battery storage.

The doorknocker who came by was friendly and helpful, and he set us up for a meeting with Ben, who was absolutely amazing. He was very informative, and no question was ever too much trouble for him to answer.

The Anker app is also incredible , it’s the best one I’ve ever seen. It shows so much detailed information in real time, and I love being able to monitor everything so easily.

If you’re thinking about going solar, I’d definitely recommend going with these guys, and make sure you get a battery with it too!

Great Service

I’m really happy with the Franklin battery and the monitoring app. I check it daily, and it helps me see how much power I’m using in the home. It makes it easy to find out what’s drawing power and how to be more conscious about my energy use.

Happy the bills are lower!

We wanted to get solar to reduce our bills. We already had an old system, but we knew we wanted to upgrade to a new one with a battery. Thankfully, the rebate helped, but we had already decided that adding a battery was important to us.
