Nothing that didn’t go plan
There was nothing that didn't go according to plan. The installer really knew exactly what he was doing. As somebody who does a lot of building of my own, I was pleased to see how much care he took regarding the presentation of it. There are much cheaper batteries, but you get what you pay for.Battery rating: 5/5

No complaints!
From start to finish, it's just been really good. The communication feels like it's always there. If we ever have to call, there's always someone on the other end of the phone, which is always appreciated. Great company

Responsive service
The responsiveness and communication from Resinc was a standout in our experience. The explanations on pricing and rebates were clear. The follow up support to understand and navigate our Anker system and energy retailers has also been a great help. They also held the rebate after May 1st which was a decent thing to. Hook line and sinker!
Right from the start, the information provided from these guys about the system they can install and what it would do for us had us hook, line and sinker. Great system
I’m really happy with my experience with Resinc. I originally looked at solar to reduce my energy costs, and the Community Heroes Program, along with the work Resinc does with local surf lifesaving clubs, Max and Occy, and animal shelters, really influenced my decision.The whole process from start to finish was super easy, with no issues along the way. I’ve also been really impressed with the warranty and the peace of mind knowing Resinc will be around to look after the system.
The app is simple to use and makes it easy to see how much energy is being used, how much is going back to the grid and how the battery is performing.
The Resinc team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family. Five stars from me!

Recommend them!
Over the last year, it's been very easy for us. Honestly, it's just all worked way better than we expected. Our bills are very low, and the whole thing has helped us better plan for the future. Gave us peace of mind
It's been stress free. Everyone has been friendly and approachable. I always felt well cared for when speaking with someone. We are glad we paid the extra and went with the bigger Sungrow system, we don't have to think about how we use our home now which gives us peace of mind.Panel rating: 5/5

Amazing
The fact that they did the work with the Surf Life Saving Clubs just for wanting to be able to help people is amazing. Everyone I have spoken to has been very lovely and personable. Unlike many other solar companies that have wronged people or ripped them off by installing and disappearing, these guys are definitely not like that. They are future planners and we know they are here to stick around. I also love that they follow up with such incredible end to end service. They monitor everything in the background, so even when the install is done, it's not something you have to worry about every day because you know they are there in the background for you. Highly recommend!
Having a previous solar system on our roof that wasn't working for us led us down the path of wanting an upgrade. When the doorknocker came around and spoke to us about the system that Resinc could install, we knew it was something we wanted to do. Following that, the install process was very professional, and they tidied up after themselves. Amazing
From the initial door knock through to the Resinc information, sales and follow-up process, everyone has been really friendly, thorough and clear. They were very flexible around our schedules, and whenever I sent an email, I received a response very quickly. The company has been really responsive, and the decision to go ahead was an easy one.The installation was seamless, and I really appreciate the ease of the follow-up calls and face-to-face appointments. In terms of the products, they certainly seem to be good quality, they look visually appealing, and the monitoring app is intuitive and easy to use.

Joey was great!
I just want to say the whole experience has been great, right from the beginning, with the doorknocker Joey coming to the door and speaking to me about the battery rebate, to the installers that came past and were very tidy and professional, also making sure the dogs were secure as I was worried they might get out. Happy customer
These guys are AMAZING! We used to get $1,000 electricity bills, but after installing our Longi solar panels and Anker battery, our first bill since installation was down to $300-and that’s during winter!From Joss in sales to the super efficient installation team, the customer service has been fantastic. The follow-up care is outstanding, right up to today with Indi from the post-install team!

Easy experience
We initially went solar to reduce the cost of our electricity. We’re very happy with the performance of both the solar and battery. Our electricity bills used to be around $700, and now they’re next to nothing.Everyone has been really helpful and provided us with plenty of information throughout the process. Everything was transparent, and the warranties and guarantees have given us a lot of peace of mind.
The Green Loan setup was also super easy, which made the whole process really straightforward to go ahead with.

Using the sun for free energy!

Battery works great
