Solar Panels are Cool

We've been really happy with the results at the end of the day when the bills come in, we were paying around $1200 before installing solar, now we're paying $300 for 3 months... Pretty cool!!!

Nice team, professional service!

They kept us well informed throughout the entire process. The help they provided in choosing the type of panels, and the discussion around why those panels were the right choice for us, was thoughtful and reassuring. They have a great young team who are all very knowledgeable, from the first knock at the door through to installation and follow-up. I would high recommend this AWESOME team!

Happy

We went solar because a few people told us it was worth it and electricity prices were getting crazy. The RESINC team was great the follow-ups were a bit much at first, but they ended up being really helpful. Installation was quick and tidy, and the app is easy to use. We’ve noticed a huge drop in our bills, especially in summer, so I’d definitely recommend RESINC.

Lovely experience

Definitely go battery with your system!

We upgraded to solar because we saw the benefits of having a battery, especially after seeing a friend’s much lower power bills. Our experience with RESINC has been smooth and hassle-free, with the team turning up on time and doing a great job. We use the app regularly and love how easy it is to monitor the system. Our bills have dropped from around $400–$600 to about $170, and we would absolutely recommend getting a battery with your solar system.

Been over 5 Years with Resinc... Still very happy!

What an amazing company! We have had the solar panels since 2020, and we are still receiving continuous care and support. We’ve always found that any dealings with any department have been friendly, cooperative, and professional. It's not just one staff member, everyone keeps the same standard.

With electricity bills skyrocketing, having solar panels has been a huge benefit for us as pensioners, the savings truly make a real difference. A special mention to Haylee, who is wonderful and incredibly helpful.

Satisfied customers!

The whole process has been excellent, and the one issue we had was quickly resolved. We are very happy with our current system and how it is performing.

We would definitely recommend getting a battery with the system. There’s no need to oversize it, as the system they recommended for us is perfect and they clearly knew what they were doing.

Since the credits don’t add up to much on their own, having a battery makes the system much more worthwhile.

Best Battery!

I like to say that the battery is a silent partner. It controls the power going to the grid and my home, and I do not even have to worry about it. The most I do is check the system on my app halfway through the day to see how it is generating, and that is really it. It just works in the background, like Santa having his elves taking care of everything for him.

The right choice!

Our experience with this company has always been pretty smoothy process, from the door knocker, he was very pleasant, to the install it was very quick. The app is very user-friendly. We've had the system for 2 years and have had no faults, not even once! The follow up, is appreciated. They didn't just "install it and ghost" The post installation support has been outstanding! We feel really happy we went with them. Such a competitive industry, they were the right choice...

Unreal experience

It’s been unreal, everything has been genuinely really good. For us, we could see that the technology was finally getting there, and the government rebates really helped make the financial decision easier.

Our bills before the system went in were around $1,000 to $1,400 per quarter, and now they are looking like they will be around $100 for the quarter.

The install team, along with Tayla, were just incredible. We normally do not like doorknockers, but with RESINC they were so genuine and easy to deal with. We had also seen other people who had installed with them and heard firsthand recommendations, and their support of surf clubs and veterans made a big difference to our decision.

We’ve been happy with everything overall. We love the look of the Anker system, it’s slim, tidy, and not intrusive at all. The after-sales service has been great, and we really appreciate the team reaching out to us. We also love that we can monitor the system in such detail through the app, that’s fantastic.

Solar install

Happy with the installation. I am a builder by trade, so I notice the small details on installations, and they did a great job. All the external fittings were weather-sealed correctly, and all the internal wiring in the roof has been done neatly. Everything has been cable-clipped at appropriate intervals, and the actual panels themselves have been installed nicely and evenly, with all penetrations properly weatherproofed as well. I’d also love to mention that I really like the look of the Anker battery and think the modular system is very aesthetically pleasing.

Peace of mind with reliability

From the very start with the initial call, they were incredibly professional. We loved that they work with the Surf Life Saving Clubs, which gave us extra confidence in their credibility.

The sales representative was amazing and very informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly, from the follow-up to the entire process. This made us feel comfortable and well-informed throughout.

The installer also did a great job and made sure to clean up thoroughly after the work was completed. One of the most reassuring things about this team is that they are reliable and dependable, it’s clear they aren’t going anywhere.

We’ve referred them to our neighbours, and they’ve referred us in return. It’s easy to recommend a team that consistently delivers such a positive experience

Anker is so futuristic!

The Anker battery system is very futuristic looking but also highly functional. The system screen is very informative, which is great, and it is not bulky or out of the way. I love how slim it is.

On top of that, the customer service and support have been top shelf, which I absolutely love.

Just the most seamless process!

I just want to start by saying that the installers were great. They installed the system perfectly and cleaned up after themselves, and they also put the app on my phone and helped me understand how to use it.

The customer service has been incredible from the very beginning, starting with the young guy who knocked on the door and booked the appointment. We had our chat with Liam on the 9th of July, and by the 14th we had the installation date confirmed. It was really quick and all felt seamless. They are always emailing and checking in with us to make sure we are comfortable using the system and that everything is working as promised.

Glad they followed up

Our experience with these guys unfortunately started with a miscommunication. The system that was initially installed was not the original design we wanted and was smaller than anticipated, which understandably led to rearranging the savings guarantees and postponing the installation.

However, following this, the communication and follow-up after installation have been exactly what we wanted. They have been very supportive in checking in on the system, and we are now considering expanding the system and installing a battery.

Easy and Quick Installation

It has been very good to talk to them and access their services, and I found them very helpful. The installation was very good and tidy, not to mention very quick.

So far, the system has been performing well, and thanks to monitoring through the app we can clearly see that. It is also reassuring to have someone come out and check on things to make sure everything is going well and that we can maximise our savings.

I genuinely feel like I can reach out to them at any time and they will respond. I do wish they offered services for the installation of EV chargers, as I feel that would make the process a smooth, all-in-one experience and more affordable for anyone going down the electric car route.

Honestly, everything has been very streamlined and informative along the way. All communication has been thorough, and I feel like they have been with us every step of the process.

Excellent very pleased with the system!

The fact that they came out and installed the solar system with a battery on my home and that when a blackout occurs I still have power in basically most of my home as if there wasn’t even one to begin with is just fantastic. I also think that the fact that the inverter module and the battery modules are all joined into one system makes the whole thing look really well put together.
