Discount operator. You get what you pay for. Mid tier.
Questionable workmanship. Looks tidy on the outside. Shortcuts on the inside. Left broken parts broken. Never returned to rectify damages. But I've got a discount installation and saved a couple thousand compared to other companies. Not the cheapest. Once the money is in their account they abandon you.Inverter rating: 5/5

Exceeded my expectations
Excellent customer service from Eddie with great understanding of my requirements. Went over & beyond in terms of pricing, best solar system (jinko & sungrow) 12kw system with export monitoring. Also, locked me in for installation before year end to get greater rebate benefits.High quality installation done by Ken & his team. Provided guidance to use isolar app and monitor production & consumption.
Post install, Vicky helped in grid connection & finance wrap up.
Overall, great company to deal with especially with so many around.

Fast and fantastic installer
Solar Galaxy were exceptional from the beginning of our solar Quote to the installation and after sales service. They did everything needed for a smooth process. My queries were answered informatively with very knowledgeable sales team members. We got the size kW we wanted and were told by other installers was not possible. I did a lot of research on the solar panels and inverter that was going to be installed and was very pleased with the superior quality of the product we purchased.10 months later we asked Wendy: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes, my solar has exceeded my expectations. My electricity bills have decreased by 90% using my reverse cycle air con for winter and 100% for summer. Would highly recomnend solar to anybody who is still undecided to have solar installed. Just go with it!

Great value for money and service
We were recommended Solar Galaxy by friends and have now ourselves just installed a 10kw system at our house on the Northern Beaches.Kanav was really helpful in talking us through several system options. He did not rush us to a decision and patiently answered all our questions. Once the quote was signed, Kanav, Charlie and their team were very responsive and proactive in finalising the paperwork and installing the system. The result is a high quality system for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate in recommending Solar Galaxy.

Excellent value for money
Sales / quoting process was a bit pushy, but I had expected that after reading reviews so I did not let that affect the decision making process.Apart from that, installation went well! No issues whatsoever ever.

Very happy with the installer
Very happy with the installation process.Mark, the sales guy was very polite and knowledgeable. We paid our deposits on 5th dec and the job was done on 22nd dec.
installation team was very professional, finished the job within 5 hours and left the place clean.
I highly recommend Solar Galaxy.

Great Experience
Solar Galaxy provided a very competitive quote on 2.12.20, so I ordered the Fronius Inverter / Trina Solar Panels combination on 3.12.20 and the installation was undertaken 9.12.20, as week earlier than was initially indicated.By the next day, we were generating 25% more power than our average daily usage. Their team assisted me in contacting AGL to confirm a feed-in tariff.
There was a suggested different location for the Inverter. Once I knew about it, it was the logical place for installation. Overall, the Installation was reasonably good, apart from a change in layout that I wasn't informed of by the installer supervisor. Only 2 tiles were broken during installation, but the team identified this and replaced them with spare tiles I had available. This was to be expected as our house is more than 80 years old.
I have to say I am very pleased with the overall solution and I anticipate my ROI of 2 years 6 months will be achieved.

WARNING DO NOT USE THEM
WARNING DO NOT USE THEM The company is run from a call centre, they hound you every day to buy their solar panels and when you do you'll never hear from them again.I waited 5 weeks calling every week and each time I just got told lies. call you tomorrow definitely monday, 100% tomorrow etc etc,
They dont return your calls or reply to emails. when they finally did install it the installers arrived two hours late their attitude ... too bad they broke a roof tile, left a mess and left.
I paid 10% deposit as requested by them. After installation I paid in full now they are hounding me claiming I havnt paid in Full.
Was a total horrible experience. The worst customer service from any company I have ever dealt with

Deposited, came, installed, followed-up
As everyone says, these guys seem to work out of a call centre, but they were competitive and they came when they said they would, and they installed the system. Any issues I have had, they have gotten back to me about within 24hours.Adam in sales took a lot of time to negotiate the right system for me and answered all my questions. Duc the installer was very good at explaining things and did a clean job with his team.
They asked me straight away to review them on Google, but I said I wanted to wait a quarter before I did and at this point it all seems fine.
There was an overheating alert on the Solarman app the other day when it was extreme temps. They advised me to install a small awning to keep it from direct sunlight. Other than that it tracks and generates expected yields.
