Great company
Great service and attention to details.Jen is very lovely and helpful.
Rob and his team of installers were very attentive to details, even to issues not specifically mentioned in the agreement - e.g., other companies were going to charge extra for a hot water timer. SolarEZE included this and installed a quality item, not just the cheapest they could source.
So no hidden fees, no surprises. ...work done well, good cleanup, arrived on time, system functioning as it should.
The price was competitive for the product choices. No pushy sales tactics. No push to get more capacity/battery than we needed.
I'm very impressed and happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Friendly and Efficient company
I had such a great experience with Solar Eze. We upgraded our old solar system to a new 10 kW setup, and from the very beginning the process was smooth and stress?free. Jen handled the quoting and customer service, and she was amazing — friendly, patient, and always quick to respond. She sent through a detailed quote straight away, with all the system specs clearly laid out, which made it really easy to understand exactly what we were getting, and the price was both reasonable and accurate, which gave us a lot of confidence in choosing them.Rob and his team did the installation, and they were brilliant. They arrived on time, were polite and respectful, and worked efficiently throughout the day. They removed our old system, installed the new one with real care, and left everything neat and tidy. The workmanship was excellent, and they made sure the site was spotless before they left.
After the install, Jen followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Rob also took the time to walk me through the new system and the monitoring app so I could get the most out of it.
I’m really happy we chose Solar Eze. Huge thanks to Jen and Rob — highly recommend them for anyone upgrading or installing solar.

Top class team and quality workmanship
After extensive research using SolarQuotes and other recommendations I chose SolarEze after getting 4 quotes as they were prompt with quoting, followed up and had great reviews. Our install was fairly complex with 28 Jinko panels a 30kw Sungrow battery and 13.3kw Sungrow inverter on a 3rd storey house. In addition, the wiring had to go through a ceiling to get to the sub-board which took a lot of extra time. Rob and his team were excellent - on time, efficient, kept me informed the whole way and the end product was extremely professional. The follow up from Rob was also great - not only monitoring the system but also helping to ensure the switch over to the right provider went smoothly - I couldn't be happier - thanks SolarEze!Panel rating: 5/5

Rob and his team of installers were very attentive to details and left an impression of people who actually care about what they do, which is very rare these days.

Professional installer and easy to work with
We’re very pleased with the recent upgrade to our solar system, which included a new hybrid inverter, a16kW battery pack and additional panels.The SolarEze team was professional and a pleasure to work with. Rob and his crew did an outstanding job on the installation, going above and beyond to quickly resolve a technical issue.

We used Lindsy and Rob from Solareze on our last house, and we've recommended them to our friends and neighbours have used them too. Working with Lindy and Rob was easy. Beyond Expectations
From the moment we contacted Solar Eze the team was wanting to make the transition to solar easy. Jen phoned to explain rvery aspect of the system. No question was too stupid.We wanted the roof cleaned before the solar went in. Rob arranged someone to do that and scheduled it to suit. The old system was removed free of charge ( others wanted to charge $300 + for that). The installation was so quick!
And there was after sales service - unheard of these days! The lovely Jen called to make sure we understood what was happening and to help us navigate the different plans. She helped us work out the best option.
Solar Eze really did make it solar easy for us. We would like to give them six stars ??????

Professional installation - worth your time and money!
From the very first email with Jennifer and from my first encounter with Rob and his team, everything was done completely professional and smoothly! Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Jennifer was able to clarify for me and made the entire process easy to follow along. I would recommend SolarEZE to anyone looking to install solar panels.Also, upon seeing other positive reviews about Finn, I decided to contact him myself as it was my first time buying solar panels for my home. Upon contacting Finn, he provided me with so much assistance and guidance on what I should be looking for when it comes to great quality solar panels that are value for my money. I would suggest anyone looking to buy solar panels to seek out Finn for his expert advice.

All round great experience
I had obtained a number of quotations independently and through SolarQuotes. I had around 4 to choose from and compared system sizes and $'s. in my view SolarEze were not the lowest price but offered the best value for money considering the brands they offered. I also met with each rep in person and by far the most important aspect. Lindy representing SolarEze was by fantastic. Accommodating a late evening home visit, providing direct, honest and clear advice and providing a level of professionalism without being 'salesy'. Lindy knew her stuff. The installation timing and crew were also professional, punctual and no-nonsense. The installation was very tidy. SolarEze + Sigenergy = No Stress
We recently had a 10kW Sigenergy inverter with 24kWh batteries and 13.3kW Aiko Neostar 2P panels installed by SolarEze and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process.From the start Jen (SolarEze sales consultant) was extremely patient and helpful taking the time to walk us through multiple system configurations and product options until we found the perfect fit.
On installation day Rob and his team were professional, respectful of our property and did a fantastic job. The workmanship was excellent—cabling and conduit were neatly hidden, all penetrations were sealed properly and the overall finish was very tidy.
The system has been operating exactly as promised and we are already seeing the benefits. We highly recommend SolarEze for anyone considering solar and battery storage.

Solar Panels and Battery insulation
From the very beginning, my experience with this company was excellent. Their consultant Jan was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and fill in the gaps in my knowledge. She managed my expectations realistically and provided clarity on how the system would work for both my current and future electricity needs. After carefully reviewing my electricity bill and listening to my requirements, she presented me with five tailored quote options, which gave me the confidence to make an informed decision.When it came to installation, Rob and his teammate demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism and attention to detail. They were so pedantic and meticulous in their work that I have no doubt every aspect of the installation was completed to the highest standard. Even old antenna holes were carefully sealed and isolated, leaving me with peace of mind that nothing was overlooked.
Overall, the entire process—from consultation to installation—was seamless, transparent, and reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone considering solar panels and battery solutions.

Out with old, in with the new - upgraded solar system and batteries
This installation was a result of existing system beginning to fail and investigating possible options to repair / replace. The old system had more that paid for itself so all options were considered.Jen made the whole quote process very easy and was able to answer all my questions. Discussed several options before settling on the installation. The quote was very competitive with others installers (was lowest).
Rob and guys arrived at the agreed time and date and were straight into the job - this was a complete strip down of the old system and installation of a new. They even took the time to remove all the old satellite dishes from years past.
Had the whole job completed before lunch time - all rubbished removed and property left clean.
This was the second installation that I have been involved in with this company and have been very happy both times - would recommend / use again.

Very happy with the solar installation
We wanted a solar system + battery, got 4 quotes from local solar installers based on their reviews on SolarQuotes.SolarEze had excellent reviews, good products and fair prices, and Jen was a pleasure to deal with - nice to talk to, didn't try to "sell" us anything, answered all our questions, was happy to give us different quotes until we could decide what size system we wanted, and got the job organised promptly. We went for a 13kw system with a 19kw battery.
Rob and his co-worker did the whole installation in one morning (starting early :). Friendly and efficient, not a straightforward job considering the need to place the battery on the separate garage wall rather than the main house. And he helped us connect to the app in the end.
Jen is here to help with any questions post-installation.
I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys are definitely warmly recommended!

Fantastic customer service & installation
I had read many reviews on solarquotes.com.au & did a lot of reading about getting solar installed. When you are starting with no knowledge you really need to do this I believe.We chose SolarEZE for a few reasons. Their reviews were excellent, their quote wasn't the most expensive nor the least expensive & Jen answered my many questions.
We also weren't sold any 'deals', one company said if we wanted to get our costs lower they might have excess panels from a cancelled job. After checking reviews this was part of their sales tactic.
Our installation was staged over 2 seperate weeks, firstly we had the brackets installed, then our roof was repointed & repainted and then a week or 2 later the solar installation was completed. This flexibility was really necessary & most appreciated.
Rob & his installation team were professional, on time & made sure we knew how to use the app.
We got an electricity bill within a few weeks of installation so I haven't been able to compare pre & post costs yet. And I also haven't changed to a different provider, yet. They have increased our electricity rate since we got solar. Will be looking at those options after we receive our next electricity bill.
We would highly recommend SolarEZE.
Make sure to get a few quotes & ask as many questions as necessary. It's a big cost item & you should feel you are spending the money wisely. And read the reviews, they all help!

Fantastic installation.
I had my old solar system replaced and upgraded with a battery.I want to thank Jen and Rob for their patience while I sorted out which provider and what system I was going to go with. It took me several months to decide, but in the end I feel that i made the right choices.
On the day of the installation, Rob and his team arrived early and didn't waste any time assessing what needed to be done and got to work in removing the old system. I want to thank Rob and his team for their patience while some roofers had to finish of some work and seemed to be able to work around them before installing the final panels.
Overall the job was done very professionally and fast. The explanation of the system monitoring through the APP was handled well and left little for me to question.
Once again thanks to Rob and his team and I can highly recommend them.

Panels, battery and ev charger
Very efficient install.They were finished by lunch time. I have 32 panels and a 30 kwh battery.
