Very happy with SolarEZE
We were very happy with SolarEZE from start to finish.Jen in the office is fantastic. The whole process went smoothly & we were informed every step of the way.

Exceptional customer service and service - so refreshing today
Had the most wonderful experience. Lindy came to us and made us felt confident in the information she provided. From time of enquiry the response was prompt and Lindy made us feel in control of the decision based on the information we gave her and her ability to dumb down what we needed to know and understand.In less than a week from acceptance of quote we had an install date. For us this included removal of our 16 year old panels and disposing of them.
Rob and the guys arrived at 6.30am and started work. Completed within 4 hours. Such a well oiled team that worked together and it came to fruition seamlessly.
The system recommended covers all our requirements.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Contact them - you will not go wrong.

Amazing Service and Quality Install
Jen was fantastic to talk to - by far the best from anyone I contacted. Loved the information sheet that stated the important facts, like Rob the owner being on each job personally, no deposit, family run. They lived up to this and the respectful attitude and care shown by both the office and Rob is rare these days. I could not have been happier.Installation: Perfectly executed - everyone on site was polite and respectful. They were punctual and genuine, hardworking and and extremely polite. I work from home and they were careful to ensure my business was not interrupted each time they needed the power off etc. by giving me warning.
Service: Absolutely the best. Loved Jen in the office - so helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely nice. I did not get the feeling it was st a job. She really loves looking after her clients. Rob took time to show us how everything functioned and set everything up with us including ensuring we had the app installed. They took all the stress away from what seemed to be a minefield. Really super happy.

Fantastic service
Fantastic pre sale service. Installer are professional and very well organised. Communication was excellent and after sales check in was very appreciated. Hard to find a quality company these days that do what they say and keep to their word. They we on time with no excuses. Highly recommended. Jen was fantastic to deal with.02 August 2026
First-class service and an excellent solar system!
Rob, Jen and the SolarEZE team were outstanding from start to finish. They took the time to understand what we wanted, clearly discussed the available options and proposed a thoughtful solution to install our battery and build an integrated solar ecosystem for our home.The installation was completed to an excellent standard, with genuine care and attention to detail. Just as importantly, the team followed up afterwards to ensure everything was working as intended and that we were happy with the system.
First-class service, excellent workmanship and a team that genuinely cares about delivering the right outcome. We couldn’t recommend SolarEZE highly enough.

Great company
Great service and attention to details.Jen is very lovely and helpful.
Rob and his team of installers were very attentive to details, even to issues not specifically mentioned in the agreement - e.g., other companies were going to charge extra for a hot water timer. SolarEZE included this and installed a quality item, not just the cheapest they could source.
So no hidden fees, no surprises. ...work done well, good cleanup, arrived on time, system functioning as it should.
The price was competitive for the product choices. No pushy sales tactics. No push to get more capacity/battery than we needed.
I'm very impressed and happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Friendly and Efficient company
I had such a great experience with Solar Eze. We upgraded our old solar system to a new 10 kW setup, and from the very beginning the process was smooth and stress?free. Jen handled the quoting and customer service, and she was amazing — friendly, patient, and always quick to respond. She sent through a detailed quote straight away, with all the system specs clearly laid out, which made it really easy to understand exactly what we were getting, and the price was both reasonable and accurate, which gave us a lot of confidence in choosing them.Rob and his team did the installation, and they were brilliant. They arrived on time, were polite and respectful, and worked efficiently throughout the day. They removed our old system, installed the new one with real care, and left everything neat and tidy. The workmanship was excellent, and they made sure the site was spotless before they left.
After the install, Jen followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Rob also took the time to walk me through the new system and the monitoring app so I could get the most out of it.
I’m really happy we chose Solar Eze. Huge thanks to Jen and Rob — highly recommend them for anyone upgrading or installing solar.

Top class team and quality workmanship
After extensive research using SolarQuotes and other recommendations I chose SolarEze after getting 4 quotes as they were prompt with quoting, followed up and had great reviews. Our install was fairly complex with 28 Jinko panels a 30kw Sungrow battery and 13.3kw Sungrow inverter on a 3rd storey house. In addition, the wiring had to go through a ceiling to get to the sub-board which took a lot of extra time. Rob and his team were excellent - on time, efficient, kept me informed the whole way and the end product was extremely professional. The follow up from Rob was also great - not only monitoring the system but also helping to ensure the switch over to the right provider went smoothly - I couldn't be happier - thanks SolarEze!Panel rating: 5/5

Jenniffer provides excellent customer service. Rob and the boys were on time and did a great job with friendly service. Highly recommend them.

Second time using SolarEZE. Wouldn't hesitate to use a third!

Great service and attention to details.Jen is very lovely and helpful.
She provided supported throughout the process very nicely.
Rob and his team of installers were very attentive to details and left an impression of people who actually care about what they do, which is very rare these days.
No hidden fees and Rob has helped me with few other little things, which I really appreciate.
I'm very impressed and happy to recommend this company to anyone.
Beautiful Install
Commendation to Solar Ease for a smooth, trouble free installation of my solar panel and battery array.. The installer, Jerry Jing, inspired me with confidence with his professional approach to the job and Solar Ease team representative, Jacob Diaz never ceases to amaze me with his constant support and encouragement throughout the whole process, especially with my application to Plenti for an interest free loan, which was not without its own difficulties.What can I say, except that I am 100% satisfied with the service that Solar Ease provided and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering going off grid with renewables
