Absolutely amazing
We recently had solar and battery installed by Brightworks. From the initial phone call, right through the entire process they were absolutely amazing. We were guided through the process with care and compassion and provided a solution that was fit for our needs, at a competitive price. Yes, money is important, but the level of service we received from Caitlin, Anthony and the entire team was just next level. Friendly and experienced company
I could give 6 stars to Brightworks if it went that high. From the quotation process, I could see their experience first hand. I had a difficult house for solar and they made it all very easy. The installation went very smoothly and both their install crew and Anthony and Alexandra themselves are great and friendly people, who go out of their way to ensure your every need is met. Everything from the job itself to their communication throughout the job was fantastic and I'd confidently recommend them for anyone looking for a solar and or battery solution for their energy needs. 5 stars.15 June 2026

Very happy with the whole process, starting from quoting process to installation. Very tidy and punctual . They are just a phone call away for any questions pre and post installation. Brightworks solar team organised everything for us. Explained everything and advised the most suitable system based on our daily energy usage. Finally, an installer that cares!
Alex was fantastic for pre-sales support. I wasn't sure on what size system would best suit our needs and she didn't hesitate in spending time with me to talk through the various options and provide quotes that helped me make an informed decision. The installation communication was great too, I particularly appreciated the SMS on the day giving me a more specific arrival estimate. Great experience from quote to installation
I found Brightworks through SolarQuotes and ended up going with a 10.45kW Jinko solar + 16kWh GoodWe ESA battery system.Alexandra was responsive and helpful from the start, she answered my detailed questions about export limits, tariff assumptions, system specs and pricing without any pressure and arranged a site inspection with Anthony before finalising the proposal.
The installation crew arrived on time and as promised and got everything done efficiently. Alexandra also handled the grid connection and STC paperwork, which made the whole post-install process straightforward.
Overall a smooth, professional experience. Happy to recommend Brightworks to anyone looking for a quality solar and battery install.

Brightworks in name and deed
Very happy with the entire process, from initial query to final installation. We had solar panels at our previous home, but not a battery at that stage. So we had some knowledge and experience of the options and process. Also drive an EV. Moved house with the desire to electrify everything, sought a range of quotes and Brightworks were recommended by friends. Anthony came out and had a good look at the property, made suggestions, and flew a drone over the roof to check everything out!The installation went smoothly despite some heavy rain. The guys were polite, careful and respectful. Communication with the company - via Alex on the phone and Anthony in person - was clear and direct. No "sales pitch" just fact and clear options properly explained.

Fantastic team and peace of mind
The quoting process was insightful and Caitlin was very knowledgeable and patient to under my needs and future planning. She was truly listening and provided a quote that fit the current and future need.Installation team was puncture and the team was very friendly and they are very tidy and clean during installation. Andrew, Matt and team is definitely the A team.

Highly recommended installer for SigEnergy system
I wanted to install solar and battery system because of federal battery rebate. I contacted Brightworks Solar and Caitlin was very helpful in answering my questions about SigEnergy system I was interested in. She scheduled site inspection by Anthony and he confirmed our battery location, solar layout, and I appreciated his advise about our PV capacity, battery size, and benefits of choosing EV DC bidirectional charger.Caitlin called to inform me they could bring forward our installation date. Their team arrived early, walked me through setup process, and spent half day installing solar panels, SigenStor and Gateway. I was working from home and had electricity turned off for 1-2 hours. The installation was very neat with no external wires and they cleaned up everything afterwards.
Had a fantastic experience with Brightworks Solar and will reach out to them in future when I need to expand our system.

Solar + battery install done right
We had Brightworks install a 9.6kW solar system with a 24kWh Sigenergy battery in April 2026 and couldn't recommend them more highly. The quoting process was thorough and genuinely educational — Anthony and Alexandra took the time to walk us through panel layout, battery sizing, and three-phase backup options without any pressure to upsize unnecessarily. The install itself was clean, on time, and exactly on the quoted price, with the team leaving the site tidier than they found it. What's stood out most though is the communication throughout — every question answered quickly, every milestone flagged in advance, and follow-up support that's just as responsive as the pre-sale conversations. Quality installer for Sigenergy system. Highly recommend
I was looking for local installer for Sigenergy EV AC Charger to add-on to existing Sigenergy Battery system through listed approved Sigenergy System installer website. A number of the installers listed was not interested which was a pity. Brightworks Solar however was one of the few that answered. They were accomodating with my schedule as I wanted to schedule the install with picking up the EV.Arrived as discussed, walked through the setup with the installers and the team went to work.
They kept the place clean and walked through the steps to use the Charger.
I asked a few questions with increasing PV capacity and they were happy to advise the best and economical way.
Can't fault them and will reach out to them for further works in the pipeline.

Great process, no sales pitch, easy install
I had a really positive experience with Brightworks. I requested a quote at a super busy time (right before one of the battery rebates ended), and Caitlyn responded quickly to my enquiry and made a time to chat. Unlike another quote I got from a large company, none of her approach felt pushy or salesy. When I was looking at a smaller option, she didn't push hard in the other direction, and she provided a quote remotely for me to look at soon after. When Anthony came out in person to check and verify, he was clear and honest and had no issue noting that based on my actual usage and roof size, the slightly smaller panel choice would suit me.The install was arranged soon after that, and the guys who came out were super professional, efficient and respectful. Given I work from home they were happy to work around a certain time I needed electricity, and confirmed a few visual things with the installation as well based on what my future plans were with part of the house to ensure it wasn't a problem.
Andrew ensured I was set up with the app I needed once it was all done, took me through the basic views and options so I understood what I needed, and it was all cleanly and neatly installed and looked great afterwards.
Really great experience end to end, and I'm really glad I went with them!

Honest Advice, Top Quality Workmanship and Service
Highly recommend Brightworks Solar Installers for anyone looking to install solar.Alexandra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She gave great recommendations based on what suited our needs and never once felt pushy or tried to upsell unnecessary products.
Anthony was also amazing during the site inspection and provided very insightful advice regarding EV chargers and future setup options, which really helped us make informed decisions.
The installation team were amazing — friendly, professional, and very courteous. They did an excellent job on our property and made sure everything was left clean and tidy once the installation was completed.
Even the electrical inspector commented on how clean and well done the installation was, which really says a lot about the quality of their work.
I would definitely engage Brightworks again if I move house or need solar installed on any future property.

Solar and Battery done quick and professional!
Quotation was quick and tailored to my needs. They came out for a site visit before finalise the contract. Everything went smoothly. Installation date booked in immediately once you accept the quote online. On the day of installation, the guys rocked up on time and so professional and friendly. Installation done in half a day and they tidy up after themselves. Grid connection organised, all the paperworks were prepared. The lead electrician gave me a quick rundown of the system before they leave. Cant be more happy with their services. The best part is they offers 20 years of Workmanship Warranty and free post installation assistant, which no other installers do and give me absolute peace of mind for the life of the system. Great sales and quotation process. All online quotes with multiple options of battery and invertor sizes. The team was easily contactable to answer any questions during the purchase process. Installation was easy and the installers left the area in a tidy state. The install itself looks very professional and well done. After service support has been very good. One minor thing was the installers did not know very much about the online App and could not answer many questions. However, a few calls to the service team cleared everything up. Top-tier Service and Honest Advice
I had a great experience with Alexandra and Anthony from Brightworks. As someone who value reliability, I really appreciated their approach.Sales & Quoting:
They were incredibly flexible. I changed my mind about the hardware brand mid-project due to safety concerns I’d researched, and they switched the plan without any hassle. They actually recommended a smaller, more appropriate battery size for my needs rather than trying to upsell me on a massive system I didn't need.
Installation:
The crew was punctual and kept the site very tidy. After the install, a government inspector found a small issue with the thickness of a ground wire. Brightworks didn't argue or make excuses, they just sent a sparky back immediately to fix it and make sure everything was 100% compliant and safe.
Customer Service:
Alexandra is a total pro when it comes to the government rebates. We initially thought we weren't eligible, but she guided us through the paperwork to successfully claim both the solar and hot water rebates, saving us a lot of money. They also handled all the grid connection drama and showed me exactly how to use the backup switch.
If you want a team that actually cares about doing the job right and being honest with you, go with Brightworks.

Highly Professional and Stress-Free Experience
From start to finish, this has been one of the best service experiences I’ve had with any installation company.What stood out immediately was how easy the team was to deal with. Alex’s communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring at every step, which made the whole process completely stress-free. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt in good hands. She patiently answered what must have felt like my never-ending list of questions and ideas without ever making it feel like an inconvenience.
One thing that really set this apart was that I didn’t have to follow up once — the team was always one step ahead and kept me updated throughout.
The installation itself went smoothly, and Gareth and his team were excellent. The end result is exactly what I was hoping for. Everything is working perfectly, and the quality of workmanship really shows. It’s one of those rare occasions where the result doesn’t just meet expectations — it actually exceeds them.

A high quality install with no hassles at a great price.
My battery and solar install went to plan in a very busy period with everyone rushing for batteries. My installation was quite tricky but Anthony and team worked a very long day to get it done. The system has had no issues and I'm very happy with the work done. I had Brightworks come back and install a second EV charger which had some issues that were related to the system, not Brightworks. Anthony researched the problem and returned twice and got it working perfectly.Inverter rating: 5/5

Seamless Solar Install & Outstanding Service
We had an outstanding experience with Brightworks Solar from start to finish.Alex was fantastic during the design and quoting stage - she took the time to clearly explain our options for panels, battery, and inverter, and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision. She was incredibly patient, accommodating, and always happy to answer questions or adjust the system to suit our needs.
On installation day, Gareth and his team were excellent. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout. The installation itself was seamless - 28 panels, battery, gateway, and inverter all installed and running within hours.
Gareth also spent a significant amount of time walking us through the system once everything was up and running, which gave us real confidence in understanding how it all works.
A big plus was that Brightworks Solar handled the grid connection process with our energy provider, making what could have been a complicated step completely hassle-free. Even more impressively, the system was inspected, signed off, and operational on the same day as installation.
Communication has been excellent throughout. The team has been responsive, easy to deal with, and proactive in checking in after installation to make sure everything was running smoothly. They continue to be super responsive which is really impressive.

The sales/quoting process was clear and informative. I went with the solar and battery system they recommended as I did my solar and battery research before I engaged Brightworks for a quote and strongly agreed with their recommendations. The installation was completed within within 5 hours and they cleaned after themselves. I highly recommend Anthony, Alex and their Brightworks team.
Their customer service stood out amongst the many monotonous solar companies out there. They are thorough and willing to cater to your needs, budget and give you multiple quotes with different brands. I had solar panels installed initially with the battery to be added later the following year to break up the expense as I did not qualify for the batter loan.The entire team has been great to deal with over the 12 months in every way, particularly Alex who was in contact with me the entire process (even replying to emails late in the evening!). Overall an extremely positive experience
From the very beginning of this process, I was fortunate to experience a high level of interest, professionalism, and attention to detail. I followed the Solar Quotes advice from the start and was not disappointed in any way with Brightworks. In fact quite the contrary.They patiently answered all of my initial questions, were flexible with fitting in with my own requirements, and made the process quite straightforward. In all aspects they went the whole distance.
The installation team were second to none. They were punctual, extremely polite, and the attention to detail was next level. All of my questions and concerns were answered pretty much on the day, and in that regard there were many.
The company did the lot in terms of arranging the follow up processes so this was a simple exercise for myself. I needed only to register which was simple.
I can see why the company has won recent awards, and I have no hesitation in my recommendation for them. I am very happy with the system performance and results.

Great installer
From quote, install to after sales Brightworks have been great. Great explanation of the systems, installation was punctual, seamless, and neat and tidy, and I also had some questions on how to customise the system post installation which was patiently explained to me. Top Class All the Way
From the first instance of contact to the most recent contact with Brightworks Solar P/L, they have been exceptionally professional and extremely competent. Everything was correct and professional first time every time (Administratively, Regulatory, Site Inspection, Design, Scheduling, Installation, Commissioning and Follow-up).I had done my homework on solar panels and batteries in the market and determined my preferred options. Then I looked for an installer that not only offered my preferred panels and battery, but had both the quantity and quality of reviews.
Within two months, my old solar panels (20x250W) had been replaced with a new Solar and Battery system by Brightwork Solar.
• AIKO Solar Neostar 3S54 12.74kW (26x490W) Solar panels
• Sygenergy Sygenstor 40.3kWh (5x8kWh) Battery
• Sygenergy Sygenstor 12kW Inverter.
Since the time the system went live (5 Weeks), I have not drawn a single kWh of power from the Grid. Some days the system is generating power faster than it can be exported to the Grid and Victoria starts offering 3 hours (11am-2pm) of free electricity per day in October 2026. Future additions will be replacing Hot Water, Cooktop and Pool Heating with Heat Pump and Induction technologies.
The Sygenergy App is fantastic (next release is imminent) and remotely provides extensive live monitoring and configuration management options for the system.
