Fantastic family business that really cares about quality
Fantastic family business that really cares about the quality of their work and their reputation. Alex was informative, friendly and supportive in the quotation process, patiently listening to my needs and helping me think through what size system best suits my household. The timely and clear communication on when the installers are arriving and what to expect meant that I could plan my work day around the installation without losing time waiting around. There was a little rubbish left around the site after installation, but they came back to clean up after I raised it with them. I'd work with this business again and recommend it to anyone looking for peace of mind with their solar and battery installation.Battery rating: 5/5

Great Solar and Battery Installer
Just had our solar and battery installed by Brightworks Solar. Very happy so far while we wait for the inspector to turn it on. Our Sales consultant Caitlin was very helpful from start to end, prompt response and answer all our questions and concerns. The install team did a fantastic job on the day. Punctual, polite, explaining everything and left the site clean. I chose Brightworks after two friends' recommendation and they were also very happy. Highly recommend these guys!20 September 2026
Exceptional service from start to finish
From my initial consultation with Caitlin regarding a solar and battery system for my home, I felt completely comfortable. She was friendly and never used high-pressure sales tactics. Brightworks’ quote was exceptionally clear and detailed compared to competitors.Installation day went seamlessly. Highly recommend Brightworks Solar
We already had solar installed but wanted to add a battery to the setup and were a bit unsure how best to go about this. Very glad we requested a quote from Brightworks as the team there were excellent throughout the entire process.Caitlin provided helpful advice and a variety of different options for our quote. She was communicative, friendly and continued to promptly answer any questions we had. On installation day everything went smoothly as Anthony and his team were punctual, neat and did a fantastic job.

Installation of Sigen battery and solar panels
The sales quote was quite extensive and it included an on-site review of potential installation positioning and integration with current solar system. My main customer service dealings were with Caitlin who I found to be very pleasant and reassuring to deal with. She answered my questions and obtained answers that were of a more complex technical natureThe installation was slightly delayed by rain, but the installation team did a great job once it was possible to start.
I believe that the late finish resulted in a rushed demonstration at the end of the day. Given the complex nature of the system and product, I did have to do my own research via Google which was successful. Overall I am very satisfied with the products and the quality of the installation work done.

Very happy with Brightworks!
We had obtained a number of quotes to upgrade our existing solar system to a larger system with battery. Although pricing was fairly similar across suppliers, the sales staff at Brightworks were friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with. We were on a very tight schedule for installation and the Brightworks team made the experience really simple. They turned up on time, kept our power outage to a minimum and cleaned everything up in really good time. The panels, inverter battery and EV charger all look and work wonderfully.Brightworks had been recommended by my son. I'm glad we followed up on that and would thoroughly recommend Brightworks to others.

Excellent installer
Brightworks Solar were brilliant - professional service all the way through from my initial contact to post installation followup. They willingly took on completion of my solar system installation when the initial installer unfortunately went into receivership, leaving the job unfinished including a cracked tile under solar panels leaking rainwater and an incomplete solar export setup. Brightworks were able to fix up everything, with excellent communication, competitive pricing, prompt availability, punctual, efficient, competent and very pleasant to deal with onsite when they were rectifying the other installer's defects, and excellent followup to make sure everything is now working properly, including sorting out the grid connection. Would highly recommend them for both initial installation and for post installation maintenance/service.Battery rating: 5/5

Knowledgeable team and a smooth Sigenergy installation
We had done our research and decided on a Sigenergy system, which we see as one of the leading options currently available. BrightWorks Solar made the whole process straightforward from initial discussion through to installation.Alexandra was very easy to work with when discussing system options and pricing. She was responsive and happy to communicate by phone, SMS and email within reasonable timeframes, which made the decision process much easier.
Anthony was very knowledgeable and approachable. He helped us work through the practical design considerations, including the best locations for the battery and charger, and explained clearly how the system could and should operate.
The installation team was quick, responsive and completed the work efficiently.
We are very happy with the finished system and its performance so far. I have also been able to configure it easily to work with the GloBird ZeroHero plan, taking advantage of the relevant import and export time windows. Overall, a positive experience with a capable and professional team!

Quality Service
Brightworks did a great job.From insightful design and quoting to a quality install with a respectful team.
And in the post install support, quick responses, friendly and helpfully resolved all queries and ensuring I used the equipement properly.
Including call backs and walking me through a related task I needed to do.
Only up and running for a few weeks at the time of the review, but all going well, with a very useful and informative app to monitor and control the system.

Very happy with our system
We installed 21 panels generating 10kwh with a 24 kwh battery.We got a prompt phone callback after filling in our details on their website. We communicated via email regarding the quote, followed by an onsite inspection before work commenced. Great communication from Caitlin throughout the process. Really easy to deal with, no hiccups or changing of dates!
We had to wait a few weeks before the install could proceed as they were busy. On the day of installation, they completed the work and left the place tidy. The system is working well and will be connected to export back the gird a week from install (need to get certification signed off). We are still getting the hang of the Sems plus app but will get a better idea of how much we are generating and storing with a bit more time.
We did get another quote from a bigger installer but felt they were quite pushy with their sales tactics and felt they were also more expensive with panels/battery of a similar/potentially inferior quality.
We were recommended to use Brightworks Solar from family and would recommend them to our friends.

Easy and efficient installation
I was very happy with my dealings with Brightworks Solar with prompt responses during the quote phase and I was kept well informed leading up to the installation. On the day the team efficiently installed the solar panels, battery and heat pump hot water. It took about 2 weeks for the Vic government inspector to certify the system, but now that it is up and running I am very happy with the system and we have stopped using energy from the grid all together. I liked their Sigenergy battery because it is modular and can support DC EV charging.27 August 2026
Incredibly easy to work with
Alex was very communicative throughout and helped us through the entire process. She accommodated all our requests and sorted everything for us. The team was amazing, they were a well oiled machine getting everything installed within a few hours. Alex also offered to provide any assistance in the future with the system or any questions. Great service from Brightworks
From the very start, Brightworks gave the impression that they were serious about getting the job. Lots of questions were asked before they gave a quote. And it was a very detailed quote with everything we had discussed. The other suppliers were great too, but, they did not respond as quickly as Brightworks, and some of the quotes did not correctly reflect our requirements. Quality install from start to finish
Brightworks made the whole process smooth from the initial quote through to final installation. Their pricing was competitive, the products were high?quality, and they took the time to do a proper site inspection before starting work. During installation they were clearly focused on getting everything done correctly. My roof tiles were a bit tricky, but Brightworks handled it professionally and replaced the necessary tiles to ensure the system was fully watertight.I'd recommend Brightworks.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience with Alex, Anthony, Adrian, Abdul, Cam, and the rest of the Brightworks team.From the moment I started speaking with different solar and battery installers, Brightworks stood out. Everyone was personable, helpful, and genuinely made it feel like nothing was too difficult.
I requested several different quotes with various system setups and configurations, and each time they were provided promptly and without any hassle. They also handled the pre-wiring process seamlessly and did such a clean job that even my electrician asked for their details so he could recommend them to his uncle.
I'm glad I chose Brightworks as I genuinely don't think I would have received the same level of service elsewhere. Even after the installation was complete, the team took the time to help me set up the apps, walk me through the system, and make sure I clearly understood how everything worked so I could get the most out of it.
Highly recommend Brightworks to anyone considering solar and battery installation.

Electrification Made Simple
I recently had a 14.21kW Aiko 29 solar panel system, a 24kW Sigenergy solar battery system, and a 315L Reclaim Heat Pump installed by Brightworks Solar and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I decided to electrify my house to make it more efficient, sustainable, and less costly for me.From the very first contact, the team was friendly, professional, and attentive. I received 4-5 quotes, but I chose Brightworks Solar because of their responsiveness and their willingness to explain in detail how the system would work and the best configuration for my house. The initial visit was thorough, with clear explanations and helpful advice on the most suitable options for my home. The quoting process was straightforward and transparent, with no pressure, and I appreciated the personalised recommendations that suited my needs and budget.
Throughout the process, their communication was excellent. The emails, phone calls, and text messages kept me informed and updated at every stage; from the initial quote, the contract, and rebates for each of my products, to the expected arrival dates and times, and the completion of the job. Even after the installation, they followed up and arranged for the final certification inspection of all installations. The entire process was smooth and transparent.
The installation itself went smoothly. The team arrived promptly each day, was courteous and respectful throughout, and worked diligently with great attention to detail. The workmanship was excellent, and I was impressed by how tidy they kept the work areas, everything was left clean and organised at the end of each day. Even the independent inspector was impressed and commented on the neatness and professionalism of the installation work, which was very reassuring.
Throughout the project, Alexandra and Anthony, the managers, were fantastic. Alexandra assisted me with the rebate process for all my installations, making it hassle-free, and Anthony helped me with the apps for each of my new devices, providing clear guidance and support. Competitive Quote, responsive to questions.Only a few days between quote and install. Install team arrived bright and early. Friendly guys, job was done in under 20 mins. My gateway wasn't in the way - making it an easier install. They checked the battery via the app, all good and we were done.

Highly recommended
Alex and Anthony were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I ended up choosing them from 3-4 quotes because of their responsiveness and willingness to explain in detail how the system would work and the best configuration for my house - it never felt like a cookie cutter approach.The install day went smoothly and the team asked me throughout the day where I wanted certain things which I appreciated. Everything was installed really neatly with some unexpected thoughtful touches like placing the gateway to shade my existing external power points which we starting to deteriorate from the sun. A particular call out was the team did a sweep of the property to pick up all the bits of conduits and wire that had fallen during the installation. So many tradies leave stuff lying around after the job so this was super impressive!

Rare To Find
Brightworks Solar made the process hassle free from start to finish. It was a very pleasant surprise!Quoting Process
- Alexandra made the quoting process pain free. e.g. She generated 3 quotes at different price points without me having to ask. This made it much easier to find something in our budget.
- We were very busy with our first child and had multiple trades at the house, they were always wlling to be flexible and happy to help.
Installation
- Gareth and the install team were amazing.
- He listened to all our concerns and asked multiple questions about how we wanted certain parts of the install to look and the options available.
- They were able to run the majority of the cables inside our walls and were finished in one day!
- They left the site clean and cared about the appearance of the finished job e.g. They put the required battery stickers on the wall next to battery instead of all over the battery itself. All connections, fuses, etc are labeled extremely well.

Top Notch
Brightworks did a battery install for us, including connecting to existing solar panels. Settled on them after a fair bit of research and talking to other installers.The whole experience was painless, start to finish. Great communication during the quoting / contract process — all my stupid questions answered, including a site visit.
Install booked well in advance. The team of sparkies who did the install knew their stuff, and did a very professional install (including fixing up some less than stellar work from previous electricians).
Grid connection taken care of for me, and got a good briefing on how to operate the battery.
Thoroughly receommended — only good things to say.

A great team.
The whole Brightworks team from the office staff to the installation team on the day were clear, informative and always patient with my questions. The install team arrived on time and efficiently and cheerfully went about installing a new solar array and battery with blackout backup. Also required a new upgraded and bigger switchboard. A slight change to the original array layout was explained clearly before being undertaken and I was kept in the loop as the job progressed. Very neat installation, clean tidy up and a clear handover at the end. Brightworks have stayed in touch to make sure the system is working as I expected. Very happy with my beautiful new system and lucky to have had sunny days since the install.28 July 2026

Highly Recommended!
I had an excellent experience with Brightworks Solar, from the initial quotation right through to the installation.I worked with Alexandra for almost three months, asking countless questions and requesting several different quotes as I compared different system options. She was always patient, professional, knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed. I was torn between two solar brands and different battery capacities and she took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. In the end, I followed her recommendation, and I'm very happy that I did. She also accommodated my last minute request to include an EV charger, which she arranged without any issues.
After I signed the contract, Anthony carried out a thorough site inspection to ensure the proposed locations for the gateway, inverter and battery met all installation requirements and standards. This gave me confidence that everything was properly planned before installation began.
On installation day, the team arrived on time, well prepared and worked professionally throughout the day. Their workmanship was neat and organized. They completed the installation on schedule and they left the work area spotless when they finished.

Solar and battery done right
I had Brightworks install a Sigenergy hybrid solar and battery system in May 2026 (16kWh battery, 20 panels, three MPPT strings), followed by an Aquatech heat pump hot water system, and overall it was a fabulous experience.The quoting process was thorough. Alexandra, Anthony and Andrew worked through the details with me over a few weeks, including a site visit to assess placement, and handled the paperwork and admin promptly. I felt well informed before committing to a system that suited my roof and usage.
I wasn’t home on installation day but it went smoothly. The MySigen app was straightforward enough that I didn’t need a walkthrough. The one hiccup was the TV antenna being removed without being flagged to me beforehand, which would have been good to know in advance.
The heat pump was installed separately through Adrian, who was a little slower with communication than the solar and battery side of things, but still very helpful and the quoting and installation process was all very smooth.
Really happy with my experience and I’d highly recommend Brightworks.

Very friendly and helpful quoting process, no pressure selling. Quick turn around process - from quote to installation in around 1 week. Turned up onsite on time and with all equipment - installed in a single day. Very neat installation, all cables pulled behind the wall (no visible conduits). They organised the inspector to show up very promptly. They set up the app and demonstrated the unit. They had to upgrade everything in the switchboard and did a very tidy job there too. Beyond very high expectations
In the complete process of building our new home, our experience with Brightworks has been a highlight. From the very first contact, the communication and responsiveness has been first class, we have felt like we genuinely mattered every step of the way. The installation process was seamless and the team on site were sensational. Having undertaken a lot of research the reviews I read about Brightworks swung the decision for me. Frankly I was surprised that the reviews were so glowing but now I know why. If you're in the research phase right now, if you want to feel like a human not a number, if you want do deal with the folks that will do the work rather than a broker who outsources the work to other contractors (BTW do yourself a favour and ask suppliers that question) don't hesitate for a second to choose Brightworks.11 July 2026

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Bright Works Solar from start to finish.From the first phone call, the team took the time to understand my needs and recommended a solar and battery system that suited my home rather than trying to upsell me. They clearly explained the products and were always happy to answer my questions by phone or text.
They even came out on a weekend to inspect the property and discuss the best location for the panels and battery, which really stood out.

A pleasant experience from start to finish
Brightworks Solar have been stellar right from the get go. Alexandra was friendly and very helpful when chatting through what I was looking for, and happy to provide several quotes to nail down what would work best for me. On install day, the team turned up promptly, got the install done quickly, and left the site looking neat and tidy. They also ran me through the app setup on my phone so I could start making use of everything immediately. I had one minor follow-up question which I know Anthony will have no problem solving for me based on the reviews for their customer service, which has so far been great. I recently had a battery and hot water system installed by Brightworks Solar Pty Ltd, and I could not be happier with the experience.My journey with Brightworks began in mid-April when I first contacted them with numerous questions and enquiries. It wasn't until September that I proceeded with the installation, but throughout those months, the team was consistently professional, responsive, and supportive.
A special thank you to Alexandra, who was my primary contact. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. No question was too small, and she always took the time to explain things clearly. Whenever I had more technical questions, she would refer them to Anthony, who would personally call me back, usually within a day, to provide detailed and easy to understand answers.
The installation experience was equally impressive. Adrian, the plumber who installed the hot water system, was highly professional and thorough.
