Beautiful Installation
After reviewing a number of battery brands, I decided on the Anker Solix X1. I chose a 20 kWh system. Of the 3 referrals I received from Solar Quotes, Charged Energy was the only company who would supply me with the battery I wanted. Dennis, the sales rep, was very helpful, approachable and certainly wasn't at all pushy. I was very impressed with Chris and his team, the quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations. In fact everyone I dealt with from Charged Energy were polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. In order to qualify for the Federal Government solar battery rebate, it has not been turned on or commissioned at this stage. If anyone is looking to have solar panels or a solar battery installed, I would highly recommend Charged Energy.10 months later we asked Warren : "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
The system has performed exactly as I hoped it would.

Installation was smooth and timely, with great attention to detail. It’s up and working great now, the sales man did a whole heap of work to get us our loan
They did their best to get a loan, they kept me informed on how it was going, they got it installed within 3 weeks and they kept me inform when it would be turned on.04 July 2025
A Fantastic Company to deal with
Outstanding Service and Support from Start to FinishChris (Director & Head Electrician) and his team were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, communication was effortless—no question was too silly, and they always made us feel comfortable and informed.
Sharni, the sales manager, was especially helpful and provided great support from start to finish. Her friendly and professional approach made a big difference.
The installation process was smooth and efficient. Chris and his entire team were fantastic—professional, punctual, and always in touch with clear communication at every step.
The Sungrow products that were recommended are excellent. The app is easy to use and very helpful to understand the power station we have installed.
Highly recommend this team if you're considering going solar!
