Excellent Customer Service.

The sales/quoting process was easy thanks to Maha. She went out of her way to organise everything (even after her working hours) and adjusted the quote promptly after my additions and adjustments. She explained the pricing in detail and organised the site inspection in a very prompt manner.
Her customer service was excellent.

The installation was fine-no issues. Punctual. Left the place in tidy state.

Excellent customer service, efficient installation.

We were extremely satisfied with Electrifying Australia. Simon went above and beyond in answering our questions and was consistently honest and transparent throughout the whole process. He followed up promptly on every query (and we had plenty while we were getting our heads around it all), which made us feel genuinely supported and in very safe hands.

The quoting was straightforward and transparent, and we ended up with a great quality system at a very competitive price. Installation was efficient, and the team were polite, friendly, and happy to talk us through each stage as they worked.

Sam followed up with a detailed walkthrough of the switchboard so we understood what to do in the event of a blackout, and also guided us through the iSolarCloud app so we could confidently monitor and understand the system day-to-day.

The only thing we would have improved was the concrete pavers the batteries were installed on — it would have been great to spend a bit more time getting them completely level on the ground.

All up, we’re very happy we chose Electrifying Australia — excellent service, great value, and a high-quality outcome. We highly recommend this business!

A rocky start, but they went above and beyond to make it right

I recently had Electrifying Australia install a solar and battery system at my home. To be upfront, the installation didn't go smoothly at first. There was an issue with the battery and system installation.

I’ll admit, I was frustrated. After spending time researching, reading reviews about the company, and talking to the sales team, not to mention the cost. I expected everything to work seamlessly from day one.

But this is where Electrifying Australia and Sungrow, truly impressed me. As soon as I reported the issue (via sms with a few screenshots), their response was almost immediate. Within 2-4 hours, they sent a technical engineer and specialist to assess the issue. They took the time to walk us through what had gone wrong, apologised sincerely, and rectify the issue (not immediate but expectation was set).

They didn’t just patch the problem. They re-ran diagnostics, updated our switches and stayed a few hours to monitor everything was behaving as expected. The senior engineer and sale person followed up after week to see how things are going, which is very nice compliment

Now, the system is running beautifully.

Yes, the initial glitch was disappointing. But any company can have an off day. What sets Electrifying Australia apart is how they owned the mistake, communicated honestly, and worked relentlessly until the system performed perfectly. I’d absolutely recommend them.

I recently had a Sigenergy 3-phase battery system (including gateway) and Aiko solar panels installed by Electrifying Australia — and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Very happy with the experience

Jay has been amazing. He was super patient and took the time to explain everything and really understand what I was after. There was absolutely no pressure at any point to sign the contract. I had lots of calls with him both before and after signing, and he was always happy to help. I even asked him to check other quotes after ordering the system, just to make sure it was the right fit, and he did that without any issues.

I highly recommend Noah from Electrifying Australia! From start to finish, the experience with Electrifying Australia was smooth and professional.

Noah was fantastic to work with - he was incredibly patient, answered my many many questions in detail (as I kept changing my requirements the more I researched), and always followed up promptly but not in the annoying way (unlike others!). He was probably the biggest deciding factor for me when choosing an installer.

The installation team was equally impressive - efficient, professional, and clearly experienced. The whole install was done seamlessly and to a high standard. While the system was working as intended, there was an error in the app and the team came back the next day to investigate. After hours of troubleshooting it turned out that a cable that worked okay previously has to be replaced. That's real dedication to customer service!

I'm so glad that I didn't go with the cheapest quote and took my time to find a great installer. Very happy customer!

Fast turn around from initial enquiry to installation day, reasonably priced with good brands installed

I first found Electrifying Australia through the Solarquotes platform, where three providers were given leads to call me. Both Maha and another company called me within 24 hours and provided quotes, but Electrifying Australia came in at a lower price with hardware that was 'trusted' by Solarquotes.

There were a few reasons why that got me to accept the proposal and go ahead with Electrifying Australia:
- The timely responsiveness to my enquiries. Even after hours, Maha would be responding
- Maha promised that installation would be done before May, and surprisingly, from the date of acceptance to installation day, it was done within 9 days, which is impressive.
- The brands they proposed to install (GoodWe inverter battery and Aiko panels) were good quality, and GoodWe, for the battery and inverter, has an Australian office with local support in case of any warranty issues
- That they were vetted by the Solarquotes platform, are CEC accredited, and were Gold-rated installers by Solarquotes (who are meant to be independent?)
- That and the price were competitive for my needs and budget

I ended up going with 6.24kW solar panels (Aiko Neostar 2S), a 12.8kW Lynx F G2 battery with a 5kW EHB inverter. Given that I have a small roof space and what I would consider a complex roof and orientation, the proposal and the installers did the best they could with my layout.

Installation was done surprisingly on a Sunday (possibly to meet the demand for recent battery installations). The installation team was very efficient, completing the job in half a day. Property was left clean and tidy - only one broken roof tile, which I had a spare for. Cabling work is tidy, and there are small details to ensure water ingress is prevented (like cabling going into the isolator switch from the bottom), which are things I pay attention to and give me confidence in the quality of the installation.

When you accept the proposal, you are also entrusting that the company will be around for the next 10 years to support you with any warranty issues. So far, Maha has been very responsive and helpful with any questions I have had, and I hope it continues this way.

From the time I enagged with Evan of the sales team to when the battery was installed at my home, the process was smooth professional and efficient. At all times through the process the team communicated with me and they were all extremely proficient and kowledgeable, answering any questions I had or concerns I raised.

Solar system installation at Villa 2 No 83, Mimosa St, Bexley NSW

Of the 3 Installers recommended Electrifying Australia was selected because:

1. They are the most responsive when providing quotation. They are the first to submit and the only company that send someone to visit the site to assess the scope of work.
2, Their pricing is most competitive with the system specifications they provide.

The installation of 20 solar panels and battery storage took 1 day to complete with 2 installers, and the site was left clean after they finished.

A separate visit after installation was provided to explain how the system and the App work following my request.
They also arrange for application for solar connection with Ausgrid and Energy Australia.
To date the system has been working well and all in all I'm happy with the quality of their work and services.

Thoroughly positive experience

From the initial contact with Maha, who guided me through the project with transparent pricing and a clear, well-managed timeline, to the final installation, the process was handled professionally throughout.
Despite the current high demand in the industry due to the phasing out of government battery rebates, the installation was completed within 10 days. While a battery extension is less complex than a full system installation, the turnaround time was nonetheless impressive.

Amazing Installation!

Electrifying Australia recently installed an Anker Solix X1 12kwh hybrid inverter paired with a 30kwh battery at my property. I’ve also added a new DC-coupled system on top of my existing AC-coupled system for blackout protection.

Firstly, let me thank Noah for being so patient in answering all my queries from the beginning, even now, after post installation supporting and answering any sort of customer queries. Noah is the go-to person if you want an excellent customer service, who looks after a budget friendly solutions for your specific needs and quotations. Most importantly, no pushy sales!

Secondly, the Installation team is finishing a big project in just one day, Puntual, Neat, and Tidy. Amazing team, highly professional and very knowledgeable. Talk to them directly if you’re keen about understanding and learning the system and the application. They can happily spend time talking to you and explaining every single question while focusing on the project and finishing it on time.

Piece of Mind - Friendly - Caring - Professional

Thomas is a great first point of contact. His knowledge, skills, expertise and manners made the entire engagement easy, simple and well structured. It was an easy decision to go with Electrifying Australia (EA). He was also able to answer questions and his engagement felt genuine, friendly and supportive. I have now passed on his details to family and colleagues because of this.The quoting and sales process was a dream thanks also to Solar Quotes cause I received two quotes instantly and the third came a week later and it was finger in the air and no personal touch.

The team have always been helpful. Hazel and Peter (phone and email support) have been super friendly, courteous and very responsive on both phone and email. It is a pleasure to speak to them, and they are supportive. Even on the day of the installer with minor changes, they did a great job, promptly chat with the installer and got back to me with updates. Its a great relationship.

Even the installer Sed and his mates were helpful, clean and very organised. They were very professional, prompt and made the entire engagement fun, easy and professional. They even went out of their way to help me with a few other things. Sed has a great sense of humor and i truly would recommend EA and the installer to everyone!
They offered to monitor the battery and check-in after a few days (its super cloudy the next week) so they wanted to ensure that everything is working correctly. They did everything to explain to me how everything worked!

Efficient, punctual installers of a battery system who inspired confidence

My first 3 quotes (through SolarQuotes) recommended different brands, with little info about what the financial implications would be with regard to savings. I initially decided the Sigenergy brand was the one I wanted but changed my mind when there were problems reported (although I later discovered that it was only on the single-phase version and I needed 3-phase). I then asked Electrifying Australia to re quote for a smaller Sungrow 3-phase system as I only had 6.46kWh panels. There was some uncertainty about where it would be installed (based on photos I sent) as I thought the regulations said it could not be installed under the floor of a living room. When the installers arrived they insisted it was ok as long as a sheet of fireproof material (1m x 1600mm) was put above the system underneath the timber floor above. This turned out to be an additional cost which was not mentioned during the installation, even though I had previously requested in an email that someone attend to assess the situation beforehand so I did not discover something on the day of installation. I was also surprised that the installation team removed my existing inverter instead of coupling it to the existing inverter which I had been told in emails was what would happen. It proved better as I now have only one App to follow.
The installation looks very well done (the guys were neat, clean, efficient) and it is better that the battery is inside rather than outside in blazing sun, but I am still concerned about the fire risk of it being underneath the house.
The Sungrow App took a week or so to understand, especially with delayed dates, and my questions were answered by email although they had to be relayed first through call centre people with no electrical knowledge. Online videos seemed to be of different versions of my App and did not help much. My 3 months of research before ordering still didn't prepare me for the lack of easily obtained information about the App. I am now happy with the information I can see and the system is working very well to reduce our summer power cost.

Persistent and polite salesman

Noah was politely persistent. He replied quickly and in a friendly manner to all my inquiries and questions. I have no idea whether the brand we got was better or worse than others but what he told us about system requirements was similar to what someone else told us. Outstanding Solar and Battery Installation Experience

Before reaching out to Electrifying Australia, we had already done our research to decide on the panels, battery, and inverter that would suit our townhouse with limited roof space. We chose Aiko panels and an Anker battery and inverter, and then looked for a company that could provide both. Thanks to Solar Quotes, we found Electrifying Australia. Reading their reviews gave us confidence that we would receive excellent service, and we were not disappointed.

When we reached out, we already knew we wanted Simon to assist us because of the many reviews praising his service. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and attentive to what we wanted. He asked the right questions, clearly explained how solar, battery, and inverter systems work, and answered every question we had. The initial call lasted over 45 minutes, and by the end we had a much clearer understanding of how the system works. On the same day, Simon sent us a quote so we could start deciding. He was always responsive, patient, and never pressured us into signing the contract. When we decided to move forward, he respected our choice to go with a lower 15kWh battery instead of his initial 20kWh suggestion because of our budget. Installation was then scheduled according to our availability. We requested a weekend installation and they adjusted for us.

On installation day, the team arrived on time and got straight to work. They arrived around 8:30 AM and finished around 6:30 PM, which was understandable with only two installers. Jason checked with us about the placement of wires and conduits and accommodated our requests wherever possible. Once the installation was done, Jason helped us download the app and gave us access. He also took photos of the solar panels, including the sides to show the bird mesh installation so we could see how they looked and confirm we were happy with the setup. The whole installation process was clean and neat, with wires and conduits in the right places. Installers left our home clean and tidy, and it was hard to tell any work had been done.

Jason was not able to walk us through using the app, but Simon arranged for his tech team to call us and explain the app’s functions in detail. Our call with Ethan was very informative and knowledgeable. We initially thought it would be a quick call explaining the Anker app’s modes, which was the only function we requested, but he explained every tab and function. The call took about 40 minutes and gave us a full understanding of the app’s features and information.

We were also impressed by Electrifying Australia’s payment approach. No deposit was required until the job was fully completed and we were satisfied. Their confidence and assurance gave us trust that they were committed to delivering a quality installation. Although we were happy to pay a deposit, they prioritised our satisfaction and only billed us a few days later once we were completely happy with the outcome.

After the installation was complete, Simon followed up to ask if we had any more questions or if there were any issues. He continues to answer questions we had after installation until now. We truly admire the level of customer service and care they provided not only during the contract process but also after installation. You do not get this level of service anymore, and we have read many reviews where solar and battery installation companies disappear after signing the contract. Electrifying Australia did not.

Excellent experience with Electrifying Australia

The whole process was smooth. I met Electrifying Australia in Easter Show and left my contact details. A few days later, James called me and asked for my information. I told him what I would like to do, and he provided instant suggestions. The initial call took 45 minutes. After that, James sent me a list of options with different price points and green loan terms. He then called me to explain those options. He was knowledgeable to answer all my questions, which is important for me to make decisions.

The installation was smooth, and James continued to answer my questions even after the installation was completed, the system started to run, and the loan was granted. I switched to Amber, and James's connection with them helped me to speed up the onboarding.

Overall, I received excellent customer service from Electrifying Australia throughout the whole process.

Great Service

Very happy with the sales/ quoting process. The sales person did his best to explain, manage and involve us fully in a complex project. Service above and beyond.
Installation was brilliant . Installer always tried to answer questions and explain things in layman's terms. Hassan and his team were respectful, polite, tidy and convivial. Hassan worked very hard putting in long hours to ensure the system was successful. Highly recommend!!
Customer service was always helpful, polite and patient. They made multiple attempts at times, sometimes after hours, to contact me and resolve various issues. Sometimes it was difficult to phone Head Office as nobody answered the phone but when contact was made consults were extensive and satisfactory.
We have had three solar quotes/ installations done over the years and this is the Best experience.
They go above and beyond and I highly recommend.
