Great service
Maha was amazing. She was so helpful and patient especially as I had lots of questions. She always returned my calls promptly. Quoting process was very clear with no hidden details. The installation process was seemless, efficient and very neat. I didn’t want ugly cables everywhere. Overall it was a great experience dealing with Maha and her team of installers. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent Sales and Service
I recently had my battery and additional panel with Electrifying Australia. Sales/Quoting was excellent, Thanks to Peter from sales. Installation booking was fast but during the initial battery installation, there was an installation issue where battery was not running properly and not the expected clean installation hoping however Electrying Australia owned and rectify the issue professionally. Battery works beautifully now as Melvin from installation team did a fantastic job so we decided for them to get their service again to add more Solar panel which was excellently done without any issue.Overall, we are happy with Electrifying Austalia and would like to Thanks Peter from Sales, Ethan/Hazel from Support and Melvin( and his buddy) for installation works.

A collaborative approach

Highly recommend this solar provider..
Electrifying Australia provided a very good service all the way from sales to installation and completion.1, Sales person (Jonathan) was very professional, patient and polite.
2. Installation people came as promised and worked hard to get the work done. Punctual and no grumble. There were no delays.
3. I had few things to clarify afterwards from customer service. The customer service person (Ethan) was knowledgeable and helpful.
4. System work well. (being winter, we don't get the full solar generation). Mobile app is easy to use and gives visibility to solar generation, consumption, and grid usage.

Great installer
The sales process at first point of sale was very efficient and quick. It took a long time before we knew when the battery was going to be installed, with minimal comms.The location on installation was also relatively inefficient as the assessment was done over photos and videos. Location was only confirmed when the installers came round on installation date.
Installation was very good. Great workmanship and helped us think through the best place to install the battery

Very happy with the whole process!!
We had three quotes and whilst all the agents were good , David from Electrifying Australia was excellent. He gave us additional information and helped us through the whole process which was quick and painless. 3 weeks from initial consultation to completion The contractors were very professional, clean and took all the rubbish etc with themDavid has called again to ensure all is done and we are happy. Great customer service He has been easy to contact and has explained everything clearly and accurately

Fantastic service and fast installation
We recently had our battery installed by Electrifying Australia and the whole experience was very positive and pleasant. Jonathan the sales consultant was very professional, knowledgeable and patience throughout the whole process. He efficiently gave us the quote and clearly answered all our questions to made sure we understand everything before the installation process begins.The installation team was punctual and efficient even tho the day before had a little hiccup but it was handled in a professional manner. They did a marvellous job which I’m very satisfied with the results.
I highly recommend Electrifying Australia for anyone who considers solar panels/batteries.

Great company to deal with
Getting a quote from Electrifying Australia was hassle free. Simon contacted me, explained solar and laid out my options. He answered all my questions and came back with 2 quoted options. Gave me time to compare and the acceptance process was easy. My solar was installed within a couple of weeks. The installers did a great job, set up and showed me the app and left the site so tidy you wouldn't know they were even there.

Saving heaps
Jay was great to work with. Nothing was a problem. He guided me to an Anker system and it has saved me a lot. I use a lot of electricity. I was able to use the ovo free three hours to top up my battery and this resulted in no usage cost until i bought my EV. Even still I’m saving at least $400 per month.Panel rating: 5/5

Solar and Battery Review
The process went as expected. I have only had the system for 2 cloudy days and battery is not online as yet but so far all seems to be working as expected. Customer service was via WhatsApp and was very responsive.Install was reasonably neat and tidy. No real issues so far so I would recommended.

Highly Recommended
I would like to thank David and the team at Electrifying Australia for an outstanding job on my solar installation.From the initial consultation through to the final installation, the process was professional, efficient, and well organised. David was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
The installation team arrived on time, worked professionally, and completed the installation to a very high standard. The system was installed neatly, and they took the time to explain how everything works, including the monitoring app and battery system.
I am extremely happy with my new 7.8kW AIKO solar system, 10kW Sungrow hybrid inverter, and 16kWh Sungrow battery. The quality of the workmanship and customer service exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Electrifying Australia to anyone considering solar and battery installation. Thank you, David and the team, for making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Great experience getting our second solar and battery system installed for a Granny Flat . Ash again did great facilitating all the process. Installation of Aiko solar and Anker Solix battery system went smoothly despite weather challenges and minor tile crack which was addressed on the spot with help of Ash and the install team. I had previously been dealing with another company that unfortunately gave me the runaround, but David reassured me that everything would be taken care of — and they truly went above and beyond to deliver exactly that.
The sales and quoting process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. David took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and made me feel confident moving forward.
The installation process was equally impressive. The team was punctual, professional, polite, and kept everything neat and tidy throughout the install. It was clear they took pride in their work and respected my home.
Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful with organising everything after the installation and made sure I understood how everything worked before they left. The whole experience felt seamless thanks to their support and communication.

Great solution for limited space, small solar with big aspirations
David listened to our requirements, small aging solar system, limited opportunity to increase this and limited space for a battery and a desire to achieve a zero bill. The quoting was simple, he didn’t attempt to up sell a replacement solar system, and was able to answer questions around battery and inverter sizing to maximise the benefits of free power on offer. The installation went smoothly and the 25kw Anker battery with 10kw inverter is well up, running, connected to the grid, and capturing the electrons that would have gone to the grid. Price was ok, there are cheaper on offer, but none so slim, and the stackable modules mean an upgrade should be trouble free. In all a smooth experience.21 May 2026

I started off my journey using Solar quotes. One of their suggestions was Electrifying Australia. After recicing the initial quotes, I found Ash from AE to be the most engaging and supportive in making my final decision. He waked me through the process to find the optimal location for both panel and battery install. The installation itself was done very neatly, and no mess was left behind. Exceptional customer service
We recently had a solar system and battery installed and overall, it was a very positive experience.My interaction with Energy Consultant Ash was excellent throughout the process. The negotiation phase did take some time, but this was mostly on me, heaps of questions and doubts. Ash demonstrated great patience, solid technical knowledge about solar and consistently provided honest, good advice, which I genuinely appreciated.
We decided on Aiko solar panels paired with the Anker Solix inverter and battery system.
On the day of installation, Ash remained very responsive, the installation team were experienced, polite and process was completed without any hiccups. The PV energy started flowing.
Overall, I highly recommend working with Ash B. and Electrifying Australia team for anyone considering a solar and battery installation.

I was wanting to get solar system plus battery for my house after hearing about the rebate. I have get quotes from so many different companies that I lost track of how many, but I choose electrifying because of Maha. she is very patience in explaining things and not pushy and prompt in replying any queries which I have. Alex from Electrifying Australia has been awesome in the whole journey from quotation to follow through on the installation. He has provided a very competitive package and has been my go to men.The installation went as planned and all sparkies were polite plus tidied up the mess.

Wonderful company to deal with and exceptional customer service
The sales quoting process was incredibly easy and thorough. I was contacted quickly and my current situation discussed. I was provided 4 options to meet different financial thresholds and had An option perfect for my needs. Even though I wasn’t quite ready financially to go ahead, the Electrifying Australia team made it possible to keep moving forward and allowed for the flexibility I needed to accommodate my financial limitations. The installers were fabulous. Very easy to deal with. Very thorough and left the property in perfect condition.The app was all Connected ready for me to watch the battery in action. Extremely happy with my decision to go with Electrifying Australia.
So far, so good
I don't like dealing with sales people as a general rule, but this process was acceptable notwithstanding the usual begging for 5 star reviews. As your questionnaire would suggest, it is pretty meaningless to ask for reviews one or two months after the installation of a system that is meant to operate for 10 to 25 years. Therefore, so far, so good, but lets see.
