Great company to deal with
Getting a quote from Electrifying Australia was hassle free. Simon contacted me, explained solar and laid out my options. He answered all my questions and came back with 2 quoted options. Gave me time to compare and the acceptance process was easy. My solar was installed within a couple of weeks. The installers did a great job, set up and showed me the app and left the site so tidy you wouldn't know they were even there.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The quoting process was easy, and Peter took the time to explain everything clearly.The installation team was professional, punctual, and tidy. They completed the work efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

Knowledgeable sales rep, fast and great installation
Had a very good conversation with the sales rep David, who explained to me clearly about the options of batteries and EV chargers, and gave me a very transparent quote. The installation was booked in very quickly, and the installers are very experienced and efficient. I'm so far very happy with the job

Saving heaps
Jay was great to work with. Nothing was a problem. He guided me to an Anker system and it has saved me a lot. I use a lot of electricity. I was able to use the ovo free three hours to top up my battery and this resulted in no usage cost until i bought my EV. Even still I’m saving at least $400 per month.Panel rating: 5/5

Solar and Battery Review
The process went as expected. I have only had the system for 2 cloudy days and battery is not online as yet but so far all seems to be working as expected. Customer service was via WhatsApp and was very responsive.Install was reasonably neat and tidy. No real issues so far so I would recommended.

Highly Recommended
I would like to thank David and the team at Electrifying Australia for an outstanding job on my solar installation.From the initial consultation through to the final installation, the process was professional, efficient, and well organised. David was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
The installation team arrived on time, worked professionally, and completed the installation to a very high standard. The system was installed neatly, and they took the time to explain how everything works, including the monitoring app and battery system.
I am extremely happy with my new 7.8kW AIKO solar system, 10kW Sungrow hybrid inverter, and 16kWh Sungrow battery. The quality of the workmanship and customer service exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Electrifying Australia to anyone considering solar and battery installation. Thank you, David and the team, for making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Good job
Great experience getting our second solar and battery system installed for a Granny Flat . Ash again did great facilitating all the process. Installation of Aiko solar and Anker Solix battery system went smoothly despite weather challenges and minor tile crack which was addressed on the spot with help of Ash and the install team. The sales and quoting process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. David took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and made me feel confident moving forward.
The installation process was equally impressive. The team was punctual, professional, polite, and kept everything neat and tidy throughout the install. It was clear they took pride in their work and respected my home.

Great solution for limited space, small solar with big aspirations
David listened to our requirements, small aging solar system, limited opportunity to increase this and limited space for a battery and a desire to achieve a zero bill. The quoting was simple, he didn’t attempt to up sell a replacement solar system, and was able to answer questions around battery and inverter sizing to maximise the benefits of free power on offer. The installation went smoothly and the 25kw Anker battery with 10kw inverter is well up, running, connected to the grid, and capturing the electrons that would have gone to the grid. Price was ok, there are cheaper on offer, but none so slim, and the stackable modules mean an upgrade should be trouble free. In all a smooth experience.21 May 2026

EA all the way
I started off my journey using Solar quotes. One of their suggestions was Electrifying Australia. After recicing the initial quotes, I found Ash from AE to be the most engaging and supportive in making my final decision. He waked me through the process to find the optimal location for both panel and battery install. The installation itself was done very neatly, and no mess was left behind. Exceptional customer service
We recently had a solar system and battery installed and overall, it was a very positive experience.My interaction with Energy Consultant Ash was excellent throughout the process. The negotiation phase did take some time, but this was mostly on me, heaps of questions and doubts. Ash demonstrated great patience, solid technical knowledge about solar and consistently provided honest, good advice, which I genuinely appreciated.
We decided on Aiko solar panels paired with the Anker Solix inverter and battery system.
On the day of installation, Ash remained very responsive, the installation team were experienced, polite and process was completed without any hiccups. The PV energy started flowing.
Overall, I highly recommend working with Ash B. and Electrifying Australia team for anyone considering a solar and battery installation.

I was wanting to get solar system plus battery for my house after hearing about the rebate. I have get quotes from so many different companies that I lost track of how many, but I choose electrifying because of Maha. she is very patience in explaining things and not pushy and prompt in replying any queries which I have. Wonderful company to deal with and exceptional customer service
The sales quoting process was incredibly easy and thorough. I was contacted quickly and my current situation discussed. I was provided 4 options to meet different financial thresholds and had An option perfect for my needs. Even though I wasn’t quite ready financially to go ahead, the Electrifying Australia team made it possible to keep moving forward and allowed for the flexibility I needed to accommodate my financial limitations. The installers were fabulous. Very easy to deal with. Very thorough and left the property in perfect condition.The app was all Connected ready for me to watch the battery in action. Smooth process from start to finish
The sales and quoting process was smooth, clear, and efficiently handled, with prompt follow-up and well-presented documentation. It was the best value quote we received by far, and also with high quality panel and battery brands.Installation was well organised (Hassan was amazing!), with thorough pre-installation checks that helped everything run seamlessly.

Really happy with the service, speed, and product.
Electrifying Australia was not only the fastest supplier to respond to my request for quotes, but also the best value, and easiest to deal with. We had a more complex setup than most, but Simon was thorough and helped us work out the optimum solution for our needs.We left it all a bit later than we would have liked, but we managed to get the system installed before the rebate cut-off date. Hus, the installer, was friendly and worked meticulously to achieve an awesome outcome.
Definitely would recommend Electrifying Australia without hesitation.

Excellent Customer Service.
The sales/quoting process was easy thanks to Maha. She went out of her way to organise everything (even after her working hours) and adjusted the quote promptly after my additions and adjustments. She explained the pricing in detail and organised the site inspection in a very prompt manner.Her customer service was excellent.
The installation was fine-no issues. Punctual. Left the place in tidy state.
Would I use Electrifying Australia again- Definitely.

Excellent customer service, efficient installation.
We were extremely satisfied with Electrifying Australia. Simon went above and beyond in answering our questions and was consistently honest and transparent throughout the whole process. He followed up promptly on every query (and we had plenty while we were getting our heads around it all), which made us feel genuinely supported and in very safe hands.The quoting was straightforward and transparent, and we ended up with a great quality system at a very competitive price. Installation was efficient, and the team were polite, friendly, and happy to talk us through each stage as they worked.
Sam followed up with a detailed walkthrough of the switchboard so we understood what to do in the event of a blackout, and also guided us through the iSolarCloud app so we could confidently monitor and understand the system day-to-day.
The only thing we would have improved was the concrete pavers the batteries were installed on — it would have been great to spend a bit more time getting them completely level on the ground.
All up, we’re very happy we chose Electrifying Australia — excellent service, great value, and a high-quality outcome. We highly recommend this business!

A rocky start, but they went above and beyond to make it right
I recently had Electrifying Australia install a solar and battery system at my home. To be upfront, the installation didn't go smoothly at first. There was an issue with the battery and system installation.I’ll admit, I was frustrated. After spending time researching, reading reviews about the company, and talking to the sales team, not to mention the cost. I expected everything to work seamlessly from day one.
But this is where Electrifying Australia and Sungrow, truly impressed me. As soon as I reported the issue (via sms with a few screenshots), their response was almost immediate. Within 2-4 hours, they sent a technical engineer and specialist to assess the issue. They took the time to walk us through what had gone wrong, apologised sincerely, and rectify the issue (not immediate but expectation was set).
They didn’t just patch the problem. They re-ran diagnostics, updated our switches and stayed a few hours to monitor everything was behaving as expected. The senior engineer and sale person followed up after week to see how things are going, which is very nice compliment
Now, the system is running beautifully.
Yes, the initial glitch was disappointing. But any company can have an off day. What sets Electrifying Australia apart is how they owned the mistake, communicated honestly, and worked relentlessly until the system performed perfectly. I’d absolutely recommend them.

Great installation. Great customer service
Will be sure to update this review after a few years.Sales quoting process went really well for us and we were talked through a couple alternatives. Mahai from the Electrifying Australia team helped sort out our order and we got a pretty decent quote.
Installation went smoothly and installers were respectful of our neighbours.
Customer service has been pretty good so far as well.
