Their installers and electricians new exactly what they were doing, having to integrate an existing PV system with the new one and including new battery installation. Fantastic experience

We can't recommend Positive Energy enough. Louis gave us a deal so good we couldn't turn it down, and with their easy-to-setup finance option, going forward was a no-brainer.
The installation team made everything seem easy. They were on time, very neat, and the panels and battery look fantastic, we couldn't fault it. Everything was setup for us and connected to the grid and the installer ran through how it all works before they left.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Positive Energy Solutions. From start to finish, they truly looked after me.

Louis and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer my questions. They guided me through the entire process with care and made sure I understood every step. The installation was smooth, and the results have exceeded my expectations.

Last night we had a black out in our area, 2000 houses with no power apparently, but there was one with power albeit specific to certain things in my house which was because of my back up battery. In addition to this I am finding I am self sufficient during the night due to power stored in the battery.

The unit is compact with no noise at all and can be installed outside which is very beneficial if space is of the optimum.

It was recommended I look into the Midday Synergy Saver. I now enjoy lower energy bills and the satisfaction of using clean, renewable energy. If you're considering solar, Positive Energy Solutions is the one to trust. They genuinely care about their customers and their work.

Fantastic installation team and great service

The sales team and quoting were so easy even got them to quote for install of my EV charger and price was very competitive.The installation was amazing - even if it was raining at the time, the guys just would not stop unless it was very slippery on the roof (metal roofing). They were on time and did not stop until it was finished - no mess either. Grid connection etc was all organised by Positive Energy and the installers showed me how to connect to the app etc. My EV charger was also connected so that it used the solar before drawing off the grid - excellent team

Professional in all areas. Customer service, particularly after sales service is excellent.

We chose Positive Energy Solutions for a few reasons. We went overboard with our own research, and this was our 3rd system purchase. Mark’s knowledge, research and options provided to us was significantly better than the 3 other companies we spoke with when building the system and providing a quote. The installation was seamless, neat, and tidy. The solar and battery has performed seamlessly in the 6 months or so since the install. Mark regularly checks in to ensure the system is running smoothly. He even fixed an issue remotely (it was user error) that he noticed while monitoring the status of our system when we were on holidays. I would recommend Positive Energy Solutions to anyone looking at purchasing a solar and battery system.

Technically sound, serious and perfect communication with them!

From the first meet up with Positive Energy, I was impressed by the technical level of knowledge of this company. The run through, the pros and cons clearly stated. Professional and tidy installer

Louis provided a face to face consultation and explanation of the product and quote. He was not pushy, just polite and informative. The installers were punctual, friendly and tidy. They organised the grid connection and explained how my inverter works and how to troubleshoot if required. They did a follow-up and provided photos of my roof with my new solar panels. It was a pleasure dealing with Positive Energy.

I have been very impressed with the service and response from Positive Energy. From the initial sales call I made enquiring about their services, their in-home consultation and navigating the tricky install with the roof and battery requirements, I have found them to be responsive to my queries, detailed in the information they have sent me and willing to assist wherever possible.

Louis was extremely patient throughout the initial sales and concept stage, presenting me with several options to fit my budget. Their installers were friendly, polite, very professional, and fastidious when at my home, with no cleanup required once they had completed the work. Both Positive Energy and their installers communicated well, advising me of when they would be at my home, what access they required, and when they needed to return to complete the installation due to the weather conditions.

I would thoroughly recommend Positive Energy and highly rate the service I received.

Great installation done by by great people!

Mark and the team were informative and easy going throughout the solar installation process. I was very happy with the installation; the panels look great and are performing well. The initial meeting was useful and I was never pressured into the purchase/installation. The installers were punctual, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. The software to monitor solar generation and household consumption is easy to use and was set up for me. The team checked back in after installation to check that everything was running well and I was OK with how everything went.

Everything from the initial on site meeting with Mark to the decision process, payment, booking of the installation and the install and follow up were all excellent. Mark was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. It made my decision an easy one knowing what i was paying for and how it would work for me. Communication with the install team was also excellent. I inspected the finished job and the site was left clean and tidy, we were given a demo of the unit as well. They practically took care of everything including grid connection and we were informed of the progress all the way. Highly recommended.

We contacted Louis Stone after 2 separate recommendations from friends who had worked with Louis before for their installations. We found that Louis and Positive Energy were as good as the recommendations we received.
Prompt response to our enquiry, very well considered and thought through advice that was applicable to our circumstances and not just what Louis would like to sell us. We were provided with 3 choices and after reviewing our circumstances and discussion with us Louis recommended the smaller of the options, but one we can build on if appropriate.
The recommendation we received was focussed on providing a quality installation and so was not the cheapest we could have got in the market but provided the quality we were looking for at a reasonable value.
Most importantly post contract Louis delivered what he had promised in terms of timing and outcome. We rec dived about 3 weeks notification of the installation, and it occurred on the date advised. The installation team were excellent. Very professional, neat, polite and engaged us in all aspects of the installation where choices had to be made where the consequences were visible or had an impact on the house in terms of drilling holes, etc.
We were advised on the online setup which was very easy and is working perfectly. We were also advised of possible (just in case, not likely faults) and how to respond to the more obvious ones. We are only 3 days post installation and have not had any need for post sales service but I am confident Louis will deliver if required.
I would use Louis again and can confidently recommend Positive Energy.

We have had a positive experience with Positive Energy Solutions from start to finish. From the initial consultation and quote through to the installation and handover.

The initial quote was prompt and any queries I had were answered promptly and with the required level of detail giving me confidence in progressing with the purchase.

As luck would have it, we experienced heavy showers of rain associated with the first cold front of the year battering Perth. The installers were excellent. They were on time, extremely efficient and clean completing the job in between showers of rain on time. The handover was comprehensive and we now have a fully functioning solar system.

Fantastic Installer - very ahppy customer

I received a number of quotes from different suppliers but after extensive research selected Positive Energy Solutions. Part of my reason for selecting them was that they were the only one to come to the premises and review the job. This gave me the confidence that they understood everything that was required and would not have any hidden costs that I expected may occur with others (especially when reading their terms). Also, they were the only ones to recommend that the panels be installed on tilt kits which would provide better results).
The installation team was super professional and kept me in the loop on the work as it progressed as well as discussing any options with me. as they arose. They were very polite and clean. in the end, I am sure they did more than what they were expecting but I did not receive an extra bill for this work as I expect I would have with others I had received quotes from. They also showed me through the system before leaving and ensured I had the app installed and running properly.
I am very happy with the outcome and would have no hesitation in recommending Positive Energy Solutions for a Solar installation.

Very professional, good customer service in explaining and price within market

After weeks of researching products and gathering quotes, we somewhat decided on what panels and inverter we are looking for. Positive Energy was one of the companies providing us with the options we were asking for (some pushed for certain brands only and didn't give us other options). Some were outrageously high. Mark provided us with a solid explanation of how things work, being honest and provided us with various options as well as the prices, happily answered questions, and provided additional information. The decision was between SMA and Fronius, the decision for SMA was in the end as its an enclosed unit. we don't have an enclosed 'garage' and considered that dust and external exposure will impact the fan. Mark was happy to give us the time and didn't push for a particular brand sale.
Mark also explained to us how the sponsored financing options work and provided us with an independent community financing option for sustainability upgrades around private households.

As for the actual solar, happy with the framing, installation, after-sale, and installation service. The power bill didn't have the high drop we hoped for yet we will see it in the long run. Inverter seems to work well even on an overcast day we produce good energy to cover the household.
Installation was punctual, and the technicians were polite and tidy, keeping us informed throughout the process. Positive Energy organized the grid connection and assisted greatly with the inverter setups.
