A Grade massive solar system
Compettitive pricing of top tier hardware is what drew me in. Their exceptional knowledge of all aspects of generating power and use of solar products and the variety of solar products available was important to me. Excellent service from Quality Solar Systems
We are very happy with the quote and installation of our household solar battery. After doing a lot of research, including doing a deep dive into our electricity usage and getting several quotes on the same size and brand of battery. We decided to go with a 16KW Sigenergy battery from Quality Solar Systems. The battery is working well and easy to monitor through the App. Most days over summer we’ve hardly used any electricity from the grid. Quality Solar Systems - highly recommended!
Quality Solar Systems installed panels / inverter and battery (Jinko / Goodwe / Goodwe) into our new home (Redlands Area). As first time solar users, the process from first communication to understanding product availability and matching to our home / lifestyle was easy and smooth. Communication was good throughout. Professional Attentive Team at Quality Solar Systems
The team were attentive to each step of the process, allowing us to install our complete system (panels and battery) at a competitive price. Information supplied by Quality Solar Systems far outweighed other companies I got quotes from. I also did my own research on the product and regulations required. The time frame from first phone call to completion only took 1 month.Roy gave the quote with thorough explanation of choices of the components for the system. There was no pressure in any way to sign up. The timing of the installation was arranged mutually to suit both parties. All the paperwork was completed for us with the relevant authorities for the system to be up and running.
It has only been 10 days since the system went online but already with the real time app allowing you to see the production, use and feed in to grid we can see the savings already. The app will identify any faults so they can be actioned efficiently. Roy has only been a phone call away and readily answered all questions. The whole team have been very polite and courteous in their dealings with us. Thanks for a great job.

What an upgrade did to making a difference to our power bil.
After moving house and having already owned and operated a solar system we knew that we had to get a review of the solar system that existed in the new home. The existing system just was not cutting it and running a pool along with air conditioning over the summer was just adding to the power bill.After contacting around 5 suppliers we ended up selecting Quality Solar Systems (QSS). This was the only company which we had approached that took the time to both physically inspect the property, along with work with us directly to tailor a solution to our needs, part of which was to future proof the system as we moved into retirement.
We had a few hiccups at the start, related to sorting the installation date. QSS stepped up, without being asked and compensated us for the delay in installation. Regardless of this I have to say the entire team we dealt directly from design, planning and installation was absolutely professional. We were really well looked after, and it was great to work with a business that goes above and beyond in service delivery. I would thoroughly recommend QSS to anyone looking for a solar and battery system. We are loving our new install, particularly no longer paying what we were previously, along with seeing our excess battery storage feeding back into the grid for others.

I was referred to Quality Solar Systems from a mate that works for Energex, So I trusted them straight away. Perfect system.. great price and service
Salesperson, Jason, recommended a system that perfectly suits our needs at a great price.Great service from Chanae and the rest of the admin team in organising and scheduling installation to coordinate with roofing repairs that we were also undertaking.
Installation was completed on schedule by Callum and team in an efficient and neat manner without a hitch.
Overall, very happy with the service and product, and would recommend to others.

Very Happy Customers
The salesman, Joshua, assessed our needs from past accounts and offered his honest advice and quotes. Once the go ahead was given, we were totally happy with the number of installers and time taken. Most reasonable and realistic quote
the salesman attended our home. They were more realistic on how the solar panels would be positioned on the roof. Others showed panels placed in positions that were obviously not optimal but treated me like I wouldn't know any different. the other quoter was $15,000 dearer despite showing me panel placement outside of any optimal placement locations (just placed panels on any available space on the roof even though some spaces would never yield supply).29 January 2026

The Install team arrived on time and a quick discussion with the Team Lead (Tom) resulted in an agreed plan of action and placement of devices. Then despite finding the supplier had loaded an incorrect panel type in the middle of a batch forklifted onto the truck they still managed to get it all sorted and finish the install on the day. I was onsite and observed what in my opinion was a well led and efficient installation team getting on with the job, leaving behind a clean and tidy install and site at the end of the day.

They cancelled installation twice and refuse to answer emails.
After waiting 3 months to install solar battery, the day before installation, I got a message cancelling the installation saying their installer had a personal problem but would install it a few days later. The day before the new date, they cancelled via text at 10:18 pm advising it would be another month. At this point, we had had enough so I emailed them cancelling the whole thing copying in Alan, the local sales person. He called my husband apologising and implied we would get our deposit plus first payment back. Since then nothing. No response to any of my emails. It’s as if we didn’t exist. I will involve Fair Trading if our emails remain unanswered.23 June 2025

Very happy with new system.
Quote was prepared by Damien who new his stuff, we were upgrading from older 1.5kw system to 6.6 k system. Quoted price was comparable with other quotes but finance arrangements were better. Decent mid range products - Jinko Neo tiger 440w panels and Sungrow 5.0 k Inverter. We had a few hiccups early on in the process with Essential Energy requiring another site inspection by the QSS installer before they would approve the installation.. This inspection revealed that our tile roof needed urgent maintenance before the new PV system was installed. Once the the repairs were completed we were ready to go. When the installers arrived they made a couple of alterations to the original panel layout plan to allow us to install a patio flyover roof over our deck. The guys were super efficient and did an excellent job on the installation. The quality of the installation was top class. They even fully checked out the solar system on our studio to ensure it was working correctly. Very happy with new system and installation. Great price, great service, quick turnaround
I had solar panels installed by Quality Solar Systems in June 2023. Their quote was the most competitive out of about 6-7 that I obtained.James was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process - from finding the right solar system for me, getting a quote, setting up the install, and follow up afterwards. Also there was a quick turnaround from me accepting the quote to install date. Jon and his boys who did the install were very professional and did not leave behind any mess or broken tiles.
Three months later, the whole system is still working well with no problems at all. Overall I'm very happy with the goods and services provided by Quality Solar Systems.

Stressful experience
Arrived on the agreed day and quoted system we wanted, left a good impression…from then he called and called until we signed a contract and paid deposit (install was meant to be 3-4weeks away). Since then never heard from them. When we approached them, the lies and excuses started to flow…ended up canceling with them24 August 2023

Very poor supplier
Quality Solar Systems were very professional up until the deposit was paid. Deposit was paid in November 2022 for a 7kw system. No contact has been made by them since. We asked for our deposit to be refunded with no success.02 June 2023

Stay away from Quality Solar Systems
The rep turned up 1hr different to appointment for quote. Gave us the sales speech. All sounded great. After signing contract and doing my own research on what we were quoted I discovered differing facts. They would deny saying things and then later say he did say it. (All communication was via email or sms). Lots of problems with the company. Original day of installation was cancelled by them. No reason given. Later I found out that they had quoted for parts they didn't have. Actual day of installation they brought a different inverter to what we had paid for. They didn't bring smart meter. Was continually lied to. I'm still having problems chasing up Roy to find out about smart meter.DO NOT deal with this company!

Fantastic Service
Like all decisions we make in life we can only go on other peoples experiences and the good old gut feeling. After wading through a ton of information and fast Sales people I came across Quality Solar Systems.The information they provided was very informative and the choices and prices that were quoted are very competitive.
This is where I first met Mr Roy the face of the Company. This guy was a pleasure to deal with and not pushy at all. He gave me lots of choices and the freedom and space to make them without feeling pressured.
My wife and I chose the products and price that suited us and the rest of the process just seemed to flow. From installation to up and running was fantastic.
I was more than happy to recommend Quality Solar Systems to my Daughter and she had the same experience.

Professional in every aspect
This was the only company which made an in-person inspection and quote. They provided comprehensive and professionally formatted evidence of all of their services and products and for the range of choices I had of products including industry-based background and reputation of all products for consideration. The entire quote experience was professional, polite, informative and on-time. The installation was on time and without any fuss. The installation team were courteous and communicative. They cleaned up after themselves and followed up with query to ensure there were no problems subsequent to installation. Good service and well balanced for cost vs quality of product
We are waiting to install as we have to paint our roof first (September at the earliest due to Tassie winter temperatures). So far Quality Solar Systems have been easy to work with and provided a competitive quote with the confidence of knowing they have their own installation team. We are very happy with the service, price and quality of the product they offer so far.
