Nice easy install with system delivering as promised
I considered a number of different companies but ultimately decided to go with Yuma based on their on site approach, advice during the initial meetings (thanks Patrick) and their backing of their install. Installation was about 3 weeks ago and we haven't had any issues so far. The Team did a great job installing with the site left clean and tidy and the system working as promised. We decided to max our roof space which meant a few of the panels were on the south side meaning a relatively smaller system total size for the number of panels we installed.Panel rating: 5/5

Great installer
Everything went smoothly with Yuma Energy- I only had the system installed around a week back but so far Stephen and Yuma Energy have been very knowledgeable and made the whole process simple and easy- from the initial site assessment and sales/quoting, to processing and installation. The installers Mike and Gus were top blokes too!07 January 2026
Super efficient from start to finish
After comparing a few installers i went with Yuma for a few reasons.-Patrick was amazing to deal with, his knowledge was immense and was super responsive to any questions i had.
-Their quote was comparable if not less than others
-Quick installation
-Great communication from start to finish
Its tough to recommend just going solar at the end of 2025/start of 2026, because i am getting 3 cents pew KW back to the grid with Origin, so i may not end up saving much on my bills. For people that use alot of power and can afford a battery, this seems the way to go at the moment.
But overall i think Yuma was great to work with

Highest quality great service
The yuma team has been great to work with through all processes so far. Their ability to work through the process has been quick well communicated and have resolved and responded to any issues quickly. Easy and quick installation, on time great products
Presales quoting process was easy to understand. Sufficient details provided by sales person and on comms. Installation started on time with all steps well explained. Installers tidied up all mess and garbage after completion.Installers provided necessary paperwork and answered all questions satisfactorily.
The explanation of the meter box switch operation felt a little convoluted and I would have preferred a written instruction or diagram to clearly indicate what each switch position means as I won't remember this over time.
Otherwise everything went perfectly smooth and I had no concerns whatsoever with workmanship or installers.

Awesome installer
We've had our system for nearly 3 years, which we purchased through Yuma Energy, after a recommendation from Solar Quotes. The whole process with Yuma Energy (our first conversation, then a zoom meeting with one of their tech people, then the purchase, and then the final installation) was seamless and professional. Their back up service is something I haven't experienced before. They're the ones who contact me if there are any issues related to my solar system, and then they guide me on how to resolve any issues. I'm completely happy and satisfied with both Yuma Energy and Solar Quotes and have recommended them to many of our friends.Panel rating: 5/5

I signed a contract on July 10 with Yuma, I haven't had any instalation. I found their customer service below par and will be withdrawing from the contract.15 August 2025

Seamless and Quick Installation!
Seamless and Quick Installation! I'm glad i went with Yuma Energy, Patrick came and spoke with my wife and i and gave us a comprehensive inroduction to solar as well as the next steps. Basically, everything that was promised was delivered. I really liked the fact that Patrick took us through expected savings and how the whole process would pan out. I was waiting for some sought of bait and switch but i'm glad i was wrong. Definitely give these guys a go.Panel rating: 5/5

Professional, punctual, and very helpful
We initially reached out via Solar Quotes for a home battery inquiry, but after discussing our needs with Yuma Energy, we decided to replace our entire existing solar system and include a battery.From the first call to the final connection, the experience was fantastic. Stephen (our Sales Manager) handled our inquiry with a level of responsiveness you rarely see. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and personable, guiding us through the decision to upgrade our full system and even accommodating last-minute design changes. He also coordinated our finance application through Brighte, which was a completely seamless process.
The installers (Mike, Gus, and Nei) were excellent. Despite the complexity of replacing an old system and adding new battery storage, they were fast, polite, and very flexible with the equipment placement to ensure we were happy with the layout.
The aftercare really set them apart. Once the install was complete, they didn't just pack up and leave; Mike walked us through the new meter box configuration, set up the monitoring app on our phones, and stayed to answer every single question we had. It’s rare to find a company that hits the mark on both sales and technical execution. Thanks, team!
