Professional sales, installation and post installation service
Salesperson was authentic and provided sound advice on the system we required and was able to answer all of our questions. The installation was efficient and on time. The installers were able to answer questions and went to the trouble of caring about installing cabling so it did not look messy. Real old school care about how the job was completed. The installers cleaned up and we were left with nothing to do ourselves. The installer took the time to show us the app and we received after installation phone calls and emails to ensure grid connection and to answer our questions. The after-installation service is outstanding and we have had no troubles with the solar, inverter or battery. The system has met our needs.
