Green Vision Sub install
Carefully check that they are the installer before you sign up and don’t just sub it out to a local company.The local company were great but Green vision did the original quote without actually coming to site so after the quote and the deposit was paid they then changed the price.
They also invoice outside the terms of the contract so be very careful when you pay each stage to ensure you keep them “interested” by not paying early.
The local installer did all the work so I should have just gone to them in the first place as trying to deal through Green Solar made communication difficult.

Fantastic install and good pricing!
Dylan did a great job in installation and kept the site tidy and removed all rubbish.Oliver is very knowledgeable and provided great advice.
Really recommend them.

Great Experience
I had a great experience with Green Vision Solar.The team put in a good effort from start to finish, maintained clear and consistent communication throughout the process, completed the work in a timely manner, and priced everything fairly and appropriately.

Clean and Professional Install
Spoke with Oliver and gave him the criteria I was after, some back and forth calls on reasoning for my thought process, working out what can fall in the specific budget and ensuring it was all done on time means I got the system installed within weeks.The boys at Seam rocked up early and started smashing it out of the park before I was able to even get the kids in the car for daycare - Each time I came out to see if they needed anything, there was a battery built, then all solar panels on the roof and finally a working system I got to look at.

Very Pleased
Green Vision Solar were very easy to work with and their quote was very competitive in comparison to the other 2 installers recommended by Solar Quotes and my own enquiries. I used Solar Quotes product reviews extensively when evaluating the systems and independent customer reviews of the products offered in Green Visions quote proved the quality of the products.From day 1 the customer service I received was very good and responsive. Andrew from sales answered all my dumb questions promptly and politely.
Installation was delayed by a week due to Melbourne's fickle weather.
The install went seamlessly, the team arrived on time and installed the 22 panel over 2 roof profiles in very quick order. The Battery posed an issue with cable routing to my preferred location which the team solved efficiently and I am well pleased with the job.
My system went on line 6 days after the installation.
I have recommended Green Vision to my neighbour and they are installing the same battery set up for my daughter.
I am very pleased to recommend Green Vision Solar to anyone.

Great installation and easy to deal with
The Green Vision team were very helpful and clearly listened to my requirements before tailoring a great solution. Their price was similar to other quotes, but I felt they had been more professional.The installation was the consisted of a new hybrid inverter and associated batteries to an existing solar system (replacing the original inverter). The installation was quick and to a higher standard than the original install, with no sign that it was a retrofit. The installation team arrived on time and completed the work promptly with no mess. They ensured I understood how the system worked together with the associated app.
A small issue after the commissioning was resolved following an email, with the electrician arriving on site and rectifying the problem within a few hours. All emails have been responded to quickly and helpfully throughout the process from quote to commissioning (and beyond).
I would have no issue recommending Green Vision Solar .

Yes, highly recommend Green Vision Solar answered all my questions fantastic quote always there to answer my questions and looked after all the paperwork for my electrical company for meter swap over so glad I’ve listened to Oliver and went with the brand he recommended as it is fulfilling all of my expectations and on day of install Lee and his team ran like a well oil car finished in one day so happy quality of work as well thanks again to Oliver and Lee at Green Vision SolarPanel rating: 5/5

Great company service
Paul, Carla and Dean the installer have been fantastic throughout. The sales process was simple and straight forward with Paul, no sales bs, just straight up facts and figures. I did upgrade the original battery from 16kwh to a 24kwh and I’m so glad I did as I now get greater usage from my existing solar system and the additional panels and battery.The customer service provided by Carla and the team has been brilliant and she has kept me informed throughout not only the installation process but also the after sales issues I have had with the system. Issues that were easily resolved but unfortunately impacted the performance of the system.
The installer Dean and his crew were fantastic on the day of installation and in the rectification of some minor issues raised by the inspector and a post inspection issue I have had to raise.
All in all, Green Vision Solar were by far the best company I dealt with during my journey of getting a home battery installed. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone in the market for great customer service, system quality products and price.

Green Vision Solar - Sofar Solar Battery Installation
Oliver was fantastic to deal with. Very knowledgeable and responsive, I was provided with a number of diferent battery quotes, with different options, manufacturers and size and it was never an issue.The install team led by Dillon was also fantastic. Dillon came early in the morning and spent time working out the best instal option. No rush, liaised with me to discuss options. They worked all day and the finished job was great. All rubbish was removed and garage was spotless.

Quality workmanship with fantastic customer service
We recently had a large and complicated battery system installed by Green Vision Solar and they did a brilliant job. It was far from easy but they worked through every issue without ever compromising on quality. Really appreciate them getting such a difficult job done and getting it done so well. Great installer

Went smoothly
Process was fairly smooth, able to answer my questions promptly, and explain rationale.Installer was punctual and tidy.
Customer service was smooth, but would have liked a bit more information about the steps of the whole process.

48kwh Sigenergy Battery system
Quoting and sales process was smooth and easy. Oliver's communication was very good (included a site visit).The installation went well. The subcontractor Mark and team from Seam Electrical did well and were very accommodating and helpful.
The overall customer service was good.
I recommended Green Vision Solar to my brother-in-law. I understand he also had good dealings with Oliver and a Sigenergy system has now also been installed at his place in a surprisingly short time.

Sigenergy SigenStor Battery System
Oliver responded to my enquiry very quickly and ran through my requirements before sending an itemised quote promptly. Being new to the Sigenergy system, he was very patient with my change of specifications until I finally worked out what we really needed for our household. Having three phase in my household, it took some time to understand how the Sigenergy Energy Controller works as a full backup solution.We paid our deposit at the end of May, confirmed our final specification mid June and finally got the system installed end of July. It was delayed a few times because of the widespread Sigenergy stock issues which was expected. Both Carla and Oliver kept me in the loop until installation day.
On the day, Leigh and his apprentice installed the battery and did an amazing neat job. Having a brick veneer house, they were able to hide all but one cabling behind the walls so at the end the installation looks fantastic. Leigh is probably the cleanest sparky I've dealt with, cleaning up all the mess they made before they left.
The Sigenergy system requires after installation support as well, being new to the system and Sigenergy being new to the industry we were able to resolve minor issues together and Oliver was very responsive each time.
After all that, the system is running exactly as how it should be. There are some minor issues with the MySigen app not quite correctly showing net metering data correctly but it doesn't affect general everyday use.
Between the three options I had at the beginning, I wouldn't hesitate to ask Oliver to install my system again.

Fantastic & quick installation of my 40kw solar system!
I recently had a 40kW 3-phase solar system installed by Green Vision Solar, and I am beyond impressed with both the quality of the system and the service provided. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless.The system itself is fantastic — the quality of the panels and setup is top-notch, and I can already see the savings on my energy bills. The team, led by Oliver, was incredibly professional. He was punctual, ensuring everything was done on time and to perfection. Cannot Recommend Highly Enough
Green Vision Solar were incredibly fast getting back to me when I initially reached out for 3 quotes, through Solar Quotes. The teams communication and customer care is first rate. Oliver listened to what we required and came up with a great design. There were frustrations with supply timelines but this was an industry wide issue due to the battery rebate and subsequent high demand Australia wide. Again, communication was excellent and always polite. There quote was cheaper by $1,000's and there deposit was on 10% despite the uncertainty of the rebate when then order was submitted. I wondered whether Green Vision Solar was too good to be true, their reviews said that they were and I confess I was wary but they have done everything they said they would do and with a very high level of service.The installation in the end, was very quick and they did a very neat job and cleaned up after themselves. I was shown how to download, log into and use the app. Again, all first rate service.
We are in the process of grid connection. There was a small error in the submission of the paper work but this was rectified within 15 minutes once it was discovered! We are only human and the 15 minute correction was extraordinarily fast.
Green Vision Solar know how to run a business. Oliver and his team are fantastic, as is Leigh with his installation team.

Quick installation on the day
Seam Solar & Batteries, the subcontractor to GVS for my job, overcame some hiccups on the day but still completed the installation speedily. Paper warfare was all handled smoothly by GVS. We would use them again.
Excellent installer
I wholeheartedly recommend Green Vision Solar to anyone looking to go solar. They installed my solar panels in 2022 and my solar battery in 2026. In fact, I was so impressed by the quality of their advice and work in 2022 that I went straight back to them in 2026 without comparing quotes from other companies.A shout out here too for Solar Quotes which was my main port of call when I began my solar journey as a novice in 2022, I found Green Vision Solar through Solar Quotes and chose them over three other companies (all had positive reviews on Solar Quotes) for their attention to detail and reasonable quotes.Both times, Oliver gave me great advice on suitable products, explaining the merits and/or drawbacks of each system and provided very reasonable quotes. The installers who attended in 2022 and 2026 were highly professional and completed the work efficiently, leaving the installation site very tidy. Leigh, who installed my solar battery recently, was meticulous. He checked everything thoroughly and took time to answer all my questions.
In 2022, I chose a SolarEdge inverter for my Hyundai panels which has worked extremely well. After extensive discussions with Oliver in 2026 on the pros and cons of SolarEdge vs GoodWe vs Sigenergy, I settled on a retrofit GoodWe battery stack for value and compactness. A clear five stars for Green Vision Solar from me.
