Fantastic installation, support and customer service!
Sunpeople have now installed two solar systems for me—one on my previous property that’s been running flawlessly for over eight years, and a brand-new system on my current home. Their consistency and reliability over time speak volumes.From start to finish, the entire team has been nothing short of outstanding. Sigen Battery and solar system
Quoting process was excellentInstallation was great, installers were punctual , polite good workmanship.
However After sales service was less than satisfactory.

Efficient quote with home visit, system at a good price no communication in the 2 months since I paid the deposit about an installation date.
A salesman from the company actually visited the premises and explained why he suggested a particular system. Another company suggested a very similar system but their quote was about a thousand dollars more expensive. I paid the deposit a couple of months ago but despite numerous e-mails (not replied to) and about half a dozen phone calls have not been given an installation date. I have explained to the people I have spoken to that we will be away for several weeks between now and the start of May and have been told someone will ring us to arrange an installation date. We are still waiting/
