Communication and professionalism were fantastic throughout; from initial communication and quoting by Alexandra to site inspection by Anthony and then installation by Gareth and the team, and further follow ups by Alexandra.
I have already recommended their services to family and friends for when they are ready to go solar.

It would be unfair to say that it wasnt a good job but the lack of accountability and ownership after the sub contractors damaged 6 roof sheets leaves a lot to be desired.

We have just had 22kw of solar and a Sungrow 20kw inverter installed on a shed roof at our farm.
We quickly learnt that the administration and communication side of Electrical Masters was very disorginized and it took them many attempts to get our quote right.
A few days after our system was installed the output was degraded whilst the network did testing. No-one told us that this would happen or what to expect.
Long after the job had been finshed and they had been paid, the network testing was complete but Electrical Masters failed to lodge the paperwork to our energy provider in order for us to get the solar feed in tarrif set up.
We were also told when we signed up that all their installers were employees of Electrical Masters but as it turns out, they are sub contractors.
On our job 6 Colorbond roof sheets were damaged during the install by apprentices not knowing where to walk and wearing incorrect footwear.
I have sent Electrical Masters quotes for materials and labour to fix my roof but they are non commnicative.

PBR removed our old panels and inverter and recycled.

Installation happened on the date advised and was completed on the day.

System comprised new panels, gateway, inverter, battery and EV charger.

The team was professional, polite and left the place clean. After commissioning, the owner Dillon ran through all the components of the system and the Mysigen App with me at the end of the day.

PBR arranged the grid connection before the install.

All in all, very happy with the PBR team and the system installed.

I requested six proposals for my solar upgrade and received six different solutions. Several were clearly cookie cutter one size fits all proposals that got binned immediately, one didn't even listen to the brief, then there are the installers who hear the basics then jump in before hearing the detail - Note to installers, if you can't be bothered even listening to what the customer is trying to achieve, what is the likelihood of them getting the solution they want? This is where Greenline Solar stood out and secured my business. During the development stage, Toby listened to what I wanted to achieve beyond basics of capacity, came up with a solution, put it to me to scrutinise, I got to ask questions that sometime required research on his part and eventually a shortlist of three proposals for me to choose from. It was this level of collaboration, patience and commitment that got my signature. Every part of the system could be qualified and justified. Initially I thought I'd get a few quotes and boom job done, but the research phase took a lot longer than anticipated and I wouldn't change that because the result is fit for purpose. After the groundwork is done, the install is easy and the result is all but guaranteed.

Jake and his install team turned up as planned, on time and worked like champs on what was in places a challenging install. They asked questions rather than making assumptions, ran to schedule and cleaned up after themselves. What more could you ask?

If you take away one thing from this review it's this. Any installer can install whatever panels, inverter, battery etc you spec based on your research or their opinion, then walk away - tick the boxes and away they go. For some this is ok. What you will get from Greenline Solar is that extra effort, time, commitment and integrity. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without reservation.

Aaron was very efficient at doing all the paperwork and getting everything ready in record time. He is the only installer that actually came on site to look at the job before quoting. He has a great team. Installing 60 panels on a large shed, is not a one-man-job. They all know what they're doing, and they don't cut corners. Their price is very competitive. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, now that I know what it is like working with Aaron.

I bought my solar system in 2017. The sales service was responsive and prompt.

Once I paid my deposit, I waited about 8 months for the install. I was regularly chasing the sales team and often they were uncontactable. They even tried to offer me other panels, I refused and asked for what I paid the deposit for. I believe they buy panels as a batch and if they are out of stock, you wait.

Once the install finally happened, it took another six months for my system to be connected to the grid, by which time we had missed the summer peak power.

The first few years, everything seemed to be working well, albeit the fronius inverter couldn't be set up so I could monitor power production. I had been using the agl app so I could at least see the system was working.

Last year I noticed that production looked low, and power bills were also very high. In June this year, I got a quote from another provider for a battery and he advised that one of 2 arrays wasn't working.

Since June I have numerous phone calls and emails to their Resolutions team. Sending photos, trying to get the inverter WiFi working. I had asked all along to send a technician. It's now approaching 4 months and my issue is yet to be assessed, and summer production season is approaching.

The real problem with solar power nation is that you place your trust in them to get you through this solar power journey and they are a very poor partner. My pay back period was estimated at 3 years at purchase, but my recent estimate is about 10 years. I question my investment in solar power and considering hiw difficult SPN have been its a poor investment.

I am currently considering replacing the whole system and rolling the dice with another installer. This stuff shouldn't be this hard!
