Easy to deal and quality workmanship
Excellent service from start to finish! We had our solar and battery system installed a few months ago, and today we had an EV DC charger installed as well. The team has been friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly with no issues, and we’re very happy with the quality of work and customer service. Great products and services
I was impressed by the advice provided by Peter in response to my queries. After quotes from other installers, I decided to go with Ultimate Solar in early August. Peter advised they would need a few weeks to schedule the installation. In early September Ash arrived to take a look at my suggested location and he came up with a better idea which was great. There were a few delays in the installation due to their availability and weather but it has all now been successfully completed.I’m very happy with the product and the advice provided by Peter Ash and the team.

Excellent clean installation
Very clean and helpful installation. Professionally done and working 100%They followed up quickly after a slight hiccup in the sigenergy app and was able to resolve and problems we had. Now our energy bills are almost zero every month

Couldn't be more disappointed or disillusioned
My experience with Ultimate Solar Energy was unacceptable.After taking my deposit and contract, USE failed for months to provide a single licensed, accredited installer who could legally complete the job in WA. One person they sent to my home was not licensed for solar installation, and the second installer they proposed later admitted he was unsure about taking the job at all.
Despite repeated assurances that installation was “scheduled”, no installation date was ever provided. Eventually USE conceded they could not fulfil the contract.
Because of their delays, my installation missed the Federal Government’s 1 May change to STC tariff rates, resulting in a significant financial loss that would not have occurred if they had acted within a reasonable timeframe.
Based on my experience, I was left with serious concerns about their reliability, transparency, and overall integrity as a business. I would strongly caution others to look very closely before trusting them with a solar installation.

Fantastic installer, great price and a great solution
The sales and quoting process was straightforward and communication during the early stages was clear. The pricing was competitive, and the options were explained in a way that made it easy to compare with other installers.The installation itself was excellent. The team was professional, punctual, and worked neatly throughout the day. The finished install looks tidy and well presented, with no issues to report regarding workmanship. When they arrived they told me exactly where the gateway would be installed and even ran me through the process of how the circuits work.
Customer service was generally positive. The installer handled the technical side of the job well and the system has been operating as expected. The only area that could have been improved was providing more documentation and clearer updates on the steps involved after installation, such as what to expect with inspections and grid connection. Having that information upfront would have made the process smoother.
Overall, I’m very happy with the installation quality and the experience with Ultimate Solar Energy. Peter, who assisted with the project, was helpful and ensured the system was delivered as quoted. I would recommend them based on the quality of the install and the value for money. Ultimate Solar Energy also installed my Solar system roughly 5 years ago, which is still working great today.

Very disappointed with office contact and scheduling of our job
Happy with sales and quote received from manager.Once signed up we became frustrated and disappointed with not being able to get answers or scheduling and project installation dates.
We were disappointed having to deal with an unresponsive Melbourne head office who seemed to ignore our calls and emails regarding scheduling.
We were quoted one brand of solar panels but 2 days before installation we were told that these particular panels were not available anywhere in Australia so we settled for a different panel.
Once the project started, 3 months later, things went ok but the main tradesman was not enthusiastic about working for this company.
Under the circumstances the installer did an ok job but was let down with the little things like the solar panels were not neatly aligned, wall mounted conduits and switch boxes noticeably out of plumb, rubbish not cleaned up (not a big deal), scratched gutters from ladders - all completely avoidable.
We are now trying to get some answers about the sigenergy gateway back up which we believe is included as per the literature provided in the signed acceptance - Ultimate Solar says no its not included even though there is no mention of excluding the feature.
We received an email after installation stating attachment such as photos, and wifi app. These were not provided even after several requests.
Overall we got a good system installed but the experience could have been a whole lot better with better communication and customer service and a more effective scheduling system.

In-house Installers arrived on time and completed a clean, professional installation. Communication and coordination were very good throughout the process. Quick sales process, good installation
The sales process was pretty quick. They were happy to provide a quote without questioning your decisions or any unsolicited advice. I'm really pleased that there were no obligations attached to it. They did a site visit as well to check on the battery location which was good, although when the installation happened two months after, things had to adjust a bit. The sales team is separate from the install team, so you have to be prepared if things change based on the install team's recommendation. It's worth doing your own research as well, as I did expect things to change due to orientation and distance of the battery system to the main board.For the install, there was a lot of rescheduling that happened as I understand everyone's trying to get their system installed before the rebate changes again. The installation itself was good, the system was laid out properly. They know what they're doing and they have knowledge of the product they offered. The system is working as it should right now and things check out on the app.

Quality workmanship and excellence customer support
The installers were very efficient and friendly. They arrived on time and left parking in the driveway for the other car.They did a much neater job than the solar panels installers even removing some of the original conduits and re-routing the cables bin side the exterior brick wall.
I would thoroughly recommend the team!

Overall happy with Ultimate Solar
The service provided by Ultimate Solar was good, the quotation process was efficient, installation was good quality but because they didn't have all the parts they couldn't complete and had to come back. Also the Ultimate Solar processes are not smooth, as I had to provide same document several times. However, the people are very helpful and try very hard to make you happy.Panel rating: 4/5

Great experience with Ultimate Solar Energy
I recently had a sigenstor solar battery installed by Ultimate Solar Energy, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Peter was a huge help. He was my first point of contact, and not only did he provide a clear and competitive quote, but he also took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. His professionalism, knowledge, and availability throughout the whole process made a big difference. No question was too small, and I always felt like I was in good hands.The installation team was also fantastic. They arrived on time, were efficient, and left my property spotless. It’s obvious they take pride in their work, and the finished result is perfect. The battery is already making a noticeable difference, and I feel great knowing I’m contributing to a more sustainable future.

A great company and good services
A very sleek-looking battery! We wanted to become energy independent and use clean energy for our pool heat pump, heating and cooling systems, and full-house backup.Ultimate Solar Energy handled the entire project with great care and professionalism. They’ve completed several installations for us across our commercial sites, and as an organisation involved in social service and charity work, we truly appreciate their supportive and understanding approach.
