Sunrun - really helpful advice and guidance
We had our panels installed 2 years ago and were ready to move up to a battery as well.Jaryd from Sunrun advised us on the panels, and we had no hesitation returning for battery help. During the site inspection, Jaryd was really helpful with busting some misconception about batteries, and worked well to get the right size for our property and needs.
His advice on location was really good too, taking time to listen to our concerns, and help with a good outcome in a tricky situation.
The installation process was quick and professional with a team who gave a lot of confidence, backed up by passing the inspection with no issues. Since being installed, the system has worked exactly to spec, without an issue.
There's a very big difference between some of the "call-centre" based businesses who will flog you anything, and a more professional firm that actually visits and gives proper and well thought out advice, this is where Sunrun and Jaryd really showed the difference.

Very quality oriented, not cutting corners and not selling you dodge parts, all brands are leading ones, tested and certified by them.They have dedicated support line that will give support very quickly.

Professional Installation
Karyn from Sunrun Solar Pty. Ltd. was polite, informative and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. I found all phone calls and emails pleasant and easy to understand. I did not feel rushed nor conned at any time and believe I made a good choice in Sunrun Solar. The entire transaction was a positive experience.James and 2 man Team from Day One Solar Installations arrived at the agreed time and were polite, professional and courteous in their requests, conversation and work. All work was completed quickly and efficiently. Installation of the 15 solar panels, wiring, Inverter and clean up took just on 2 hours and only 1 roof tile needed replacement. This Team inspired confidence, generated a friendly atmosphere and were a pleasure to have visit my home.

Hassle free Installation
The guys from Sunrun did a great job from quoting to installation. I had a new Sigenergy battery installed and reinstated old panels (house knockdown/rebuild). They checked over my old panels for any potential issues as they had been in storage and moved a few times. Installation had no issues or complications, everything up running.Panel rating: 5/5

Good value, nice system, excellent installers, great customer service
Not the cheapest quote, but not bad. With the Govt rebates, it was all good.I was amazed that the installers turned up at the appointed time and day. But best of all, these young guys were polite, knowledgeable and effective.
The system looks great, and once the inspector cleared the installation, the system ran fine. I now have another 20kw of battery and couldn't be happier.
My older (3 yo) installation (again from Sunrun Solar) had disconnected when I updated my home wifi system. Alay from Sunrun called me and got me reconnected. Excellent service!
