Very Happy To Date
I received three varying but competitive quotes and on researching found that each offered a good standard of components. All provided sufficient information for assessment. I was initially not seeking a particularly big system but on reviewing all the quotes the pricing differences were relatively small hence it made sense to go with the bigger system. There was a slight delay in receiving the ultimately successful quote, but thereafter the site inspection and installation followed relatively quickly. I requested some small variations to the initial quote - these were discussed with the provider and were incorporated in the final installation. Despite unhelpful weather the installation proceeded relatively quickly, The installers did a thorough job, were easy to deal with and left the site in good condition. All interactions with the provider and staff were easy, including setup of the inverter app. So far, considering the season of the year and weather variations, we are very happy with the outcome. The next step will be to continue monitoring the system performance against quoted projections, before making any decisions re a battery.

The only service I have requested from SolarBlu is when my Shine Phone app failed to function, I called SolarBlu for information and assistance to rectify the problem and I was told their apprentice would call me to assist when he had the time. About a week later he called me but by then I had resolved the problem after calling Growatt for assistance and they were able to guide me on how to rectify the problem.Inverter rating: 4/5
