Teho was founded by brothers David and Jonathan Green. Green by name, Green by nature. Their vision was to run a business with the moral foundation and values of a family business with the professionalism and leverage of the big end of town. Thank you Abby and team. It was a seamless experience right from the quote stage till the implementation day. The guys who came to install finished their work in the said time and everything was explained clearly. So far , no hassles and all looks good.

Super helpful and approachable staff; trouble-free install

We went with Teho because they did the most to assure us that the install would be done professionally and that they would be available well into the future if something goes wrong.

Right from my first call with Janice in sales, I felt confident that Teho would be the right call. For every question (and there were a few from me), I got an honest answer. There were no overblown promises, at all times I was given realistic answers. Janice was also able to work creatively with me on different options for our install.

We are really pleased with the Teho installation - the subcontractor - Peter from Power Panels - really knew what he was doing and took a lot of pride in the work of his team. The outcome is brilliant and we are very happy.

Professional helpful and honest

Very patient with explaining what was involved and the options available based on a tricky roof line. Always available to discuss issues. Always got back to me promptly, but usually immediately answered any calls.

Installers were hard working friendly and professional. Difficult access but they got the job done with no mess and no fuss.

Professional in all aspects.

Sales and quoting was done by one very patient, knowledgeable and dedicated team member who always called back quickly if not immediately available. Thanks Abby.

Installation was Polite tidy and punctual, despite the site and access being challenging. The installers were proactive in finding on the spot solutions to problems which has produced a fantastic end result. No mess left behind.

Easy and Smooth Process - From Quote to Installation

TEHO were easy and great to deal with. They answered all of our questions and were prompt in both the quotation and organising the installation. We even got the install ahead of schedule.

The installation team were very communicative and happy to answer my nosey questions as they went about their task. They gave us options and recommendations for the location and orientation of the panels, as well as inverter. Took away all of their rubbish too.

Very happy with what was an easy and smooth interaction with TEHO and we would highly recommend them to everyone looking for Solar etc.

Sunny side up

Teho stood out amongst those who I contacted for quotes. Knowledgeable people with good systems made the process straightforward. I had done alot of research on the system I wanted, including reading Solar Quotes product reviews and the Good Solar Guide, so I was well prepared. Teho didn't try to sway my hardware decision but provided good advice anyway. The installation went well, was tidy and but for the damaged consumption monitor, it would have scored a 5. I am still waiting to complete the grid connection but the system is working well, although it has only been a week.

Great Installation and Company!

Nic at Teho was fantastic to work with and helped me determine which solar system would benefit me most. His customer service was impeccable and helped answered every single question I had even after hours and on public holidays.

Unfortunate

All good from Teho. Happy with the system. Unfortunately their subcontracted installer drove on our brand new driveway, mounting a 150 mm step up. I advised Teho before that the driveway would still be curing and acknowledged by Teho. Guess that message never got passed on. There are now permanent marks that cannot be repaired, unless we rip up the concrete and start again. Teho = Good. Teho subcontractor = rude and aggressive.

Great quality system

Jono was open and available to answer my questions, in the end providing a system that met my needs vice trying to get me to spend more than I needed.
The Ops team quickly actioned my order and arranged installation to suit my movements.
The installation team, were prompt, polite and worked as a team to get the system fitted neatly (no broken tiles) and the inverter mounted out of the weather, all electrical cabling hidden, connected and commissioned with a demo provided. Everything cleaned up and removed before they left.
Unfortunately I am waiting on a smart meter to be fitted to start using the system to full potential, however testing has shown system has no issue making the rated power and even provides enough power for my house with cloud cover. Looking forward to adding a battery when there is some government rebate available.

Great job from Teho!

Sales/quoting process was good and provided all info I needed. Abby looked after me well given a few concerns I had on solar placement. Installation was long due to type of roof I had and the guys did a great job in the heat to complete. Grid connectivity has been organised so should not be a problem either.

Overall, happy with Teho and their help on the installation.

Perfect service

Teho did everything they said they would, when they said they would. Abby, Chloe, Emma and the whole team did a fantastic job with pre-sales, arranging installation and post installation follow-up.
Rick the installer was excellent, and helped me sort out my powerboard breakers while he was there.
It is only day 3, but the battery and management software is working well and I couldn’t be happier.

Great installation

Simply the best!

Excellent customer service and installation

Too early to comment on the quality of the system - time will tell - but if as good as the value, customer service and installation, should be excellent. Installation is on a new men's shed, 24kW of Risen modules on a Sungrow 20kW 3 phase inverter. Hopefully a battery will be installed in due course.

From the initial phone call to the handover after installation Teho have been excellent. Johno was a wealth of information and was able to answer any question I had. He quoted us a system that was affordable and has completely met our needs. Even any questions I had after our initial phonecall were answered promptly.
Installation was a breeze with the installers turning up when they should and keeping is up to date with what they were doing and and changes that needed to be made during the day.

Great company to deal with from start to finish, communication and Information supplied was great, including options and what to expect.
Installers arrived promptly on install day, and were flawless in the install and service provided to me.
Explanation at completion and rundown of system, warranties and the app used was good.

Professional and prompt

Teho were excellent and smooth to work with from start to finish. Customer service was impeccable and everything was made easy. My only note would be the app used to track usage/power for the panels/inverter they use is not as steamlined as others, and doesn't allow a clear comparison between solar gained vs power used. Great help with solar

Sales Teho Abby was a great help with all my questions and I had a fair few questions. She is one of the reasons I went with Teho. Installation was all done in one day top notch nothing was a problem moved a couple of panels for they were in some shade .would recommend teho to anybody who asks me about solar.

100% Experience beyond belief

Abby Carbines answered all my questions and challenges, was extremely professionally and completely set my mind at ease that I had chosen the best company to deal with. She knew all the answers to my questions and provided a level of customer service rarely seen these days.

The quotation process was simple but detailed and made the entire interaction completely seamless and most importantly made me feel like I was dealing with a very reputable company. They are not the cheapest in the market place but you ultimately get what you pay for.

To be spending a considerable amount of money, you'd expect great customer service and Teho and the team have delivered that in spades.

The tradies were unbelievably tidy, polite and professional, and Daniel is just the most professional and easiest person to deal with. Even with a man down for the day, they completed everything without any problems.

After sales service is on point and Abby followed up to ensure we were happy with our purchase and satisfied with the whole experience.

I would highly recommend this company and their people as an organisation you can rely upon to deliver as promised.
If more companies took onboard Teho's approach to the solar panel business, then the entire industry would be in a far better place.

I believe Abby and the Teho team set a benchmark for looking after people from start to finish and beyond.

Efficient and approachable

Easy process from start to finish

We were lucky enough to have Abby from Teho look after us for our solar battery, she was informative, professional, considerate and SO helpful. Abby kept in touch through the whole process and looked after all the paperwork for us so we didn’t have to worry. We had Josh from J Co do our installation and it was absolutely flawless, he was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make adjustments and suggestions to more than just our solar to save us time and money on our power bills and get the most out of our system, even gave attention to our puppies whenever they got the opportunity for a scratch. Josh is a credit to Teho and the service they provide, we honestly couldn’t have had a smoother or easier experience with everyone.

Would recommend Teho to anyone, I actually just did to a neighbour who spotted the installer working on Monday. Shaun at customer service was very understanding as we had some family health issues during the process which meant we had to put everything on hold for a few months, he periodically checked in to see if all was ok with no pressure to proceed, thanks Shaun.
We had solar and battery installed to our existing system and everything is working great.

Professional Team

From the beginning to the competition of the job a very well organized and professional team. The quote was followed up by Abby who answered our questions without the programed sales speech/ pressures. Once the decision was made, deposit paid the installation was booked. Danial and the team arrived on time, consulted with us with the location of the panels and inverters, cleaned up after the installation, a job well done. Abby stayed in touch through the installation. Tech support by Emma was excellent, just helping me understand the Dashboard!

Great service

Quote provided was very comprehensive and initial phone enquires were handled in a very professional and knowledgeable manner by Jonathan. Tim3 from accepting quote to installation was only around 2 weeks. Installation team were also very professional and took time to explain the workings of the system. Only hiccough related to system feeding power back into the grid but this was satisfactorily resolved within a few days. Systems is operating to expectations.

Smooth and efficient process that was value for money

Jonathan from TEHO was great in the sales and explanation of the process. I was advised in advance on each approaching step.
On installation day, Simon (lead installer), Taiyo (offsider) and Corey (offsider) worked like a well oiled machine. They were highly efficient, polite and non intrusive. I really appreciated their professionalism. AND they cleaned up!
Simon was very patient with my all thumbs approach to setting up the software link from the inverter to my IPhone. He was a really nice bloke and extremely knowledgeable.
A fabulous job TEHO and team!
