50Kw Battery install
VoltX Energy just finished setting up our home storage and the whole process was straightforward. The installation team made sure the cabling was tidy and stayed until the app setup was sorted. It’s been running for a few days now and it’s doing exactly what it should. And they actually cleaned up the site before leaving, which we appreciated.24 April 2026

Fantastic Installation by the VoltX team
VoltX Energy recently installed our battery home storage system and it’s working perfectly. The installation team kept the workspace clean and took the time to explain and show us how the app works. It’s a relief to finally see our power expenses disappear. Everything looks neat and is running exactly as promised. Very happy chappy
VoltX Energy just finished setting up our new home storage and the whole process was straightforward. The installation team turned up on time and did a tidy job with the wiring, making sure everything looked neat before they headed off. They also took the time to walk us through the app so we actually know how to track our usage. It’s a relief to have the system ready to go for winter, and they even made sure to clean up the workspace properly. We’re glad we went with them.22 April 2026

Outstanding battery install- surpassed expectations
I’m very happy with the installation—it was seamless from beginning to end! The guys were pretty good and provided all the information we needed. There was no drama at all; they were quick, tidy, and organized throughout the entire process.They were very professional, making the whole installation feel easy and smooth. The team did exactly what I wanted and did a really good job. They were punctual, confident, and very open, answering all of our questions while getting everything installed correctly in just one day. They did a very neat job and left the place clean. The battery is working well and everything is running perfectly. I really can't complain!

We’ve had the new batteries running for a little while now and couldn’t be happier with the result. The installation team was efficient and did a proper job with the mounting and wiring, keeping the whole setup looking tidy on the site. It’s a relief to see the storage kicking in as expected during the evenings. The electricians even took the time to double-check the backup circuits before they left. VoltX Energy Great Service
VoltX Energy just finished our install and the whole thing was easy. The installation team kept the wiring tidy and took the time to walk us through the app setup so we could track our usage immediately. They left the place spotless, too. Everything went well and the system is already doing its job. We have just received our first bill after installation and the saving were outstanding it pretty much halved our bill.Jason and his team were very professional during the installment process and were very helpful with any questions or queries I had. Happy to recommend VoltX to anyone thinking of getting solar batteries installed.

Quality not over priced
The sale person was very knowledgeable and answer all my questions in a time when most of installers didn't even ring back.Scared about the competitive price - I was waiting for the catch which hasn't arrived.
The installation was smooth and professional 2 months earlier than agreed.
The system is 50kw and looks and feels premium

I am absolutely thrilled with my VoltX Energy 53,76 kWh solar battery
I am so happy with my 53,76 kWh VoltX Solplanet battery. It has really made such a difference to our electricity costs.The battery came with a whopping 12 kW inverter. For example the other night after the sun had gone down [so all the power was coming from the battery] my wife was cooking our evening dinner with the electric cooktop going and with the oven going and at the same time I had the big ducted air conditioning system going to keep us cool while all the lights were on and I was also watching the satellite TV. And the drawdown from the battery with all of that going was only 6,6 kW. So plenty of reserve with the 12 kW inverter.
As well the installers also wired up blackout protection on all our power points so that takes care of the fridge and the separate freezer and TV and internet and lamps and so on all throughout the house. They also wired up half of the lights for use in a blackout and also the hot water system [in lieu of the other half of the lights]. So with 4 backup circuits we no longer fear the frequent blackouts we get in the Shoalhaven and Illawarra area on the NSW south coast.
Buying a VoltX battery was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I do not have to worry about electricity bills anymore or fear blackouts.
I am so thankful and so happy!

VoltX Energy - great customer experience
Sales/quoting was fast and efficient, and the price was great too, I reached out to other companies for quotes on the same day, who reverted back weeks later, some still haven't reverted at this stage.I managed to start the quoting process and have my units installed the following day.
Installers arrived a few minutes early, they did the job quickly, efficiently, politely and neatly.
Customer service was great, lots of follow up and questions answered.

Awesome experience

Solar battery and panels
We had a great experience with battery being installed but not so great with the solar panels 5 months earlier. They caused damage to the leaf guard and nothing has been done to rectify this. It was a great long drawn out process from start to finish.13 April 2026

The installation was great and the team did a very good, neat job! The guys were terrific - polite, friendly and professional once they were onsite.However, they did not follow the original booking schedule. Aside from the timing issue, everything went smoothly and I am very happy with the final results!

Absolute scam - take your money, ghost and then cancel when you start to follow up.
It seems after I booked this and paid my deposit they operated exactly like they have with many others. They only post positive feedback on their website but the reality is that they just waste your time.Wasted my time for months asking for the same information over and over again, had a confirmation that all was good and they would be in touch after they book the next available installer. I was ghosted and could not get through by phone for almost 3 weeks. Put on hold and then just times out. I then write an email to request a a confirmation of a timeline to complete the work and they send me a cancellation letter.
Would not recommend to anyone to ever deal with these guys.

Extremely poor communication and zero delivery after 6 months
Order and deposit paid for 30Kwh battery in Oct 2025. After multiple requests (Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar) on scheduling an installation date, there has been zero communication or follow up. Now at risk of losing the rebate as the rebate program comes to an end. My advice to anyone considering this service provider is to stay away and seek an alternative.06 April 2026
Horrible to deal with and poor commitment to complete the job
I contacted Voltx in January 2026, and paid deposit in January. I was not told when the installation would be. When I followed up they said it would be before May.It is now April 2026 the rebate is ending in May. Throughout this time I've had to follow up constantly because they are "so busy". If they are so incompetent at managing installations why advertise and get customers then not bother servicing them?.
I have now lost my rebate trusting and waiting for this incompetent company over what is 4 months. The deposit money lost was worthless compared to the fact I've lost thousands through the loss of time for installation to get the rebate.
Do not use this company. They have never informed me they cannot do the job which they accepted a deposit and contract for andl I've had to follow up every time.

Timely and clean install
VoltX Energy offered a fair price and the installation went exactly as planned. The installation date given was surprisingly quick. The installers, Roy and AJ were efficient, getting the system mounted and the wiring tucked away neatly without any fuss. It’s good to see a team that actually cleans up after themselves once the job is done. Everything is running smoothly and we're happy with how it turned out.

Will take your money, ghost then cancel
Took my money in Dec 2025 for solar panel + battery order - did not deliver product. Sales process was very nice, once money hit their account it went quiet with very little correspondance or updates. 4 months later they cancelled my order - no real reason provided yet they continue to advertise for new business. My experience is shared by many others on Ozbargain. Do not trust them with any of your time. They wasted my time leaving me with 4 weeks left till the end of this rebate cycle.30 March 2026

I am impressed with the work of the technicians who installed the batteries. They were extremely competent, and polite and neat. They were very helpful in setting up and explaining the Neovolt app.
The sales process was excellent. E-mails and messages were responded to quickly by people who were only too willing to engage and explain clearly. Installation could not have been better. Very competent technicians who were neat and tidy.

Informative and tidy installers
As a retired electrician I sifted through the hype, researched well and chose VoltX for a 50kWh Solplanet battery with 10kw inverter. The sales and tech teams were detailed and helpful. It was no problem communicating with Philippines sales team and Chinese Australian installers. Installers gave onsite options for battery/ hardware placement to keep it neat and explained everything I asked. Very smooth process and I'm a happy customer.

50kw battery system with 10kw inverter - Good value
Quick turn around in confirmation, offering contract. Straightforward instructions on how to plan for an install spot. Solplanet app is satisfactory and gives me the info I need. Only had to remind the installers to turn on the secondary (slave) battery. Might struggle if you want to ask for integration with your existing system. Check your current inverter and what they offer.

48 kWh install for Blundell’s Coffs Harbour
Installation went fine he was punctual professional and helpful with information about system. System is working well however we have had cloudy days since install so has not fully charged yet. What helped was I prepped side with a level concrete pad to install prior to his arrival, and he checked site a couple days prior to ensure was no potential problems. Great work VoltX battery installers
The installers spent the whole day here doing what had to be done to successfully commission the battery system with the existing 2 year old 6.6kW solar roof panels. They encountered some software compatibility issues and worked around this without getting flustered and left us with a very professional result. I am excited to see how much our future electricity bills will shrink. The next decision is whether to buy a small EV for local daily drives and kiss goodbye to visiting the local service station.The product is exactly as shown on the VoltX Energy website. My son did all the product research and it was his opinion that this deal was excellent value. For under $6k I am pleased to say we are now on board with power self-sufficiency and moving away from dependence on the power company.
Great service
It’s all good so far—everything is fine with the system and it's working exactly as we expected. The installer did a great job getting us onto the app and showing us how to track the power flow. Glad we went with them.
