VoltX Solar 28kw Battery Install
I had VoltX quote for 28kw battery to an existing solar system. I went ahead with the install. Charlie and his team who come on site were very kind and courteous. They did an excellent job and left no mess. Charlie even went to the trouble of setting up the battery app on my phone. I could only recomend VoltX for any solar needs01 October 2026
Great experience
Great experience with Voltx Energy I had a 28Kwh battery installed, the installation crew were on time, polite, and very efficient, they took their time and explained everything to me including setting up the app and how to use the features, I have had the battery up and running for three days now and due to the cloudy weather it hasn't fully charged but I have drawn very little from the grid in this time, so far all look good, and I would recommend giving VoltX a call if you are thinking of getting a solar battery.Battery rating: 5/5

We are really impressed with VoltX Energy. While there were a few minor hoops to jump through initially to get the quote sorted, the final result was absolutely worth the effort. Great price, great product and great support!
Voltx were great - from Vince on the phone helped work out our requirements and it was very straight forward. Just needed to provide some pics of the area and billing information. We didn't have a tech come out, but that seems to be the way they work - and it does work well based on my experience.The team who did the install were on time and worked through the day very professionally and efficiently. They left everything very tidy - and I couldn't have been happier with their approach.
I'm yet to get my first bill, but I am optimistic that our 36kWh system will have paid for itself in under three years.
Highly recommend them as helpful and informative - they did a great job.

Professional installation. Good price.
The quoting an sales went smoothly. Provided information and photos sent as required and quote confirmed and job booked in. All in a couple of days. Installion was following week.The electrician doing the install was very professional and the finished installion looked very good.

My Solar Battery system
The experience I had with VoltX from start to finish was excellent. The quoting and specification of the system was clear and thorough. The installation team were punctual, friendly and very professional. I was shown how to use the system and they installed the app on my phone and explained all the features. Good product for then price
The NeoVolt battery that was installed by VoltX is working as expected and is neatly fixed to the side of the house. No complaints about the product, but there were a few hiccups with the installation. They gave me a date and time, I waited but nobody came. They then gave me a date a couple of months down the track. Then they tried to cancel my order because they couldn’t find an installer. When I complained, they found installers and installed it promptly. They did a neat job but left the cardboard and poly packaging behind. In summary though, now that it is running, I am glad I chose VoltX.Battery rating: 4/5

Happy Customer
Great price and no hidden charges before and after the installation, the process was explained clearly from the start, including possible extra cost, paid the advertised price with a discount great humble team, got the 28KW battery with 5K inverter (alpha ess system).installed it as a gift for my mother after seeing her solar power getting wasted to the grid in the day when see does not use it. plus high energy bills
monitoring the app data I was so impressed at the impact it had on the usage, it made the existing solar system useful after all.
I do recommend them for family and friends.

Great product, installed in one day.
Quoting was via text & email.Installation included removal of the old solar panels & installing a 12kW invertor, 30 new panels & a 40 kWh battery which was completed in around 6 hours.
The installer showed the app to download & gave me the instructions to login & monitor the system.
The system is "the right size" for our usage as we have only depleted the battery to 10% on one day in the month since it was installed.

We recently had our solar batteries installed, and we are extremely happy with the whole experience from start to finish.The installation team was professional, friendly, and efficient. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was installed properly and neatly. They were also happy to answer our questions and took the time to explain how the battery system works and how to monitor it.
The quality of the installation was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. It was great to see a team that takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about doing a good job.
Overall, we are very happy with our new solar battery system and the service we received. The entire process, from organising the installation through to having the batteries up and running, was smooth and hassle-free.
Highly recommended to anyone considering installing a solar battery system. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service!

Great Product and Service
I was very pleased with the customer service from the initial contact, explaining how it all works and the expected timeframe to install of battery and the post install follow up. The installation was seamless the guys were great and left everything neat and tidy. Great value battery solution, so far it’s been up and running for a week and we’ve used only 1kwH of grid power over the whole week. The Neovolt 28.8KwH battery with 5KwH inverter we had installed is paired to an existing relatively small 4.4kw solar system (5 years old) and family of 3 to give you an idea. Good installer, even for slightly more complicated stuff
Quote was direct and easy to work with.We have a split sub board which means the first installation call couldn't take place. Worked with Voltex to find a solution. Implemented and they sent out their more sophisticated electricians to wire up the extra cabling.
They stuck with it, allowed us to solve for the local complications and came back when things didn't go to plan.
