Beautiful Installation by a Fantastic Installer!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Wildman Solar for the installation of a solar energy system at my home in Western Sydney, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

From the very first consultation, the team at Wildman Solar demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. They patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the solar installation process, and helped me understand the benefits and savings I could expect.

The installation process was smooth and efficient, with the team working diligently to complete the project on time. They took care of all the necessary paperwork and approvals, making the entire process hassle-free for me.

Absolutely satisfied with the service

The whole process from quotation to connecting to the grid was as smooth as it can be.

First I would like to thank Taylor, who was absolutely open to any question and quoted multiple options, which made it easy for me to do like to like comparison.

On the day of the installation too, the technicians were on time and provided enough explanations of their work.

They also organised the grid connection which I would say took a lot of hassle away from me.

Great personalised service

Sales person who answered all my questions, visited on site, took time to explain all options. The PV panels installation was extremely neat and tidy, all workmen were punctual and polite. There was a hiccup after with the inverter and a company person was there within a day to rectify it.

Fantastic company

A very professional company.

Initial contact was prompt. Wildman Solar representative was very professional and easy to talk with; very knowledgeable and explained and answered all our enquiries. Quote was emailed by the end of the day. Wildman Solar admin was friendly and kept us informed and guided us in what was expected. On installation day, the Wildman Solar team arrived on time. Team leader introduced himself and explained the installation process. All of the installers were polite and courteous. Following installation, the site was left tidy. We were very happy with the placement of the panels as well as the Enphase iBoard with protective cover. We would highly recommend Wildman Solar.

Sales processes was pretty easy and answered all my questions. Didn't feel like I was rushed to make decisions to complete the purchase. Installation went as communicated and on time. Fantastic customer service and installer. Highly recommend Wildman Solar!

Wildman Solar was one of the installers I received through Solarquotes. Dom was very professional, understood what I was looking for and answered all my questions. After a few conversations, Wildman Solar just felt like the right people to go with.

Zac and the crew were ontime and even a bit of rain didn't stop them from getting the job done. They were polite and accommodating to were I want the inverter installed. Place was tidy after install was done.

Customer service has been great from start to finish! Danielle has been getting back to me even after install was done. Wildman Solar also help organise the grid connection, solar installation was done just before the Xmas and New Year break. They followed up with my vendor after the New Year when they notice there was still no confirmation response.

All in all, Wildman Solar have been Fantastic and my experience have been great.

Great experience

I reached out to Wildman Solar through Solar quotes and they were great to deal with. Helped me understand the whole process. Answered my questions patiently. Understood my future needs and recommended a premium system at an affordable price. On the day of installation they arrived promptly and did the whole job very professionally. I really liked the fact that they have their own installation team unlike others who outsource the job which sometimes leads to quality issues. Throughout the quotation process, we contacted multiple solar companies over the course of a month and due to Dom's customer service and quality product, we decided to engage Wildman Solar.

The installation process was flawless, Zac and his team were outstanding. They were punctual, polite, tidy and the quality of the work speaks volumes of the quality and integrity of their company.

Right from the start I felt comfortable dealing with Joshua. He made 3 recommendations and suggested the cheaper of the 3. Not connected up yet for reimbursement, but tracking the systems performance,

From the first quote to the end of the process Wildman Solar were clear and helpful. They took care to make sure I knew what I needed to know. They didn't push one product on me, but talked through the pros and cons of different approaches. They got to know all my preferences and wishes and came up with a solution that worked best. At multiple points they went the extra mile to make sure I got the best possible solution, rather than just 'close enough'. At the install itself they took as much care as possible to make it neat and tidy and organised. the crew on site were polite and friendly and even happy to chat with my kids.

Excellent Job from Sales to Installation

It was great dealing with Wildman Solar with special mention to Dom from the Sales/Quoting team. Dom was great and has been patient in answering all my questions without hard selling. Acacia Place

The pre-sales, system design and on site install was great. The equipment has been working well smashing our power bills.

The post sales service, response to questions and options to tune the installation was very poor.

Direct support from Fronius was very poor.

Professional Installation and Excellent Customer Service

Dom gave me a comprehensive initial quote and followed up with a revised quote to include some alternative components I had requested. We had existing pool solar heating panels and piping that had to be removed to allow installation of the new solar panels and this was no problem for Dom to include for in his quotation (unlike some other installers).

I had cheaper quotes from other installers but based on Dom's quote, together with his answers to quite a few questions I had, I decided to go with Wildman Solar and have had no regrets on my decision.

Installation of the solar system was done on the days Wildman Solar originally advised and was very tidy and complete.

After installation they organized for grid connection and hopefully this will not take too long to happen.

All the Wildman Solar crew from sales to installation were very polite and professional.

So far, a great company who I would highly recommend to anyone considering Solar.

Solar installation

Following sourcing a number of quotations on my own, I came across Wildman Solar through Solar Quotes, and obtained their quotation, which as it turned out was more cost effective than the other quotations, while using better quality materials - including the Fronius Inverter.

From the outset, the customer service I received was nothing short of outstanding with Dom and Danielle handling my multitude of enquiries in the office, phone calls were returned, and further communication by both sms and emails made sure that I was well informed along every step of the way during the entire process from day one up to and AFTER the installation,
The installers turned up on time, worked without fuss, completed the job, helped me set up up the Fronius App , and made sure that I was happy with the system and its workings.

All in all, from my own experience, I cannot speak highly enough of the Wildman staff and installers, they were a credit to their company, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Wildman Solar are a very professional company from Dom the sales representative who on multiple times answered all my queries in regards to different options and Zach and his team of installers that guided me through every step of the process, including dealing with my energy retailer in the replacement of my meter including the follow-up on the systems operation which then Zach pinpointed an issue and carried out the necessary adjustments to the system. The level of detail from this company is second to none, and is very hard to find these days and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Wildman Solar.

Game changer

From the moment I was contacted by Wildman till now the customer service has been amazing. Dom was very knowlegable and helpful - solar can seem like a mine field and Dom was so good at providing the information.

Their pricing was competive - but it was the customer service that won me over.

The install arrived as agreed and were very professional and were able to make a few tweaks to the plan to give me the best solar outcome.

An amazing customer-centric experience.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Taylor Binns from Wildman Solar. The experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I spoke with Taylor over the phone, his dedication to providing top-notch customer service and the best solution, was evident.

Taylor's approach was refreshingly customer-centric. He was very comfortable to talk to, right off the bat. His knowledge and expertise in the solar industry were impressive, and he freely provided me with comprehensive information and guidance without the guarantee of a sale. He never criticised the competition (unlike other companies I engaged for quotes) and in fact, gave credit where credit was due to Wildman Solar's competition. That showed me the confidences he had in Wildman Solar's service.

Throughout the entire process, Taylor ensured that I felt confident and informed, addressing any questions or uncertainties I had. His professionalism and responsiveness were exemplary, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free.

On the day of the installation, Taylor and his team demonstrated utmost care and skill. The entire process was impeccably executed. Not only did they complete the installation fast and efficiently, but they also left my property spotless; as if they were never here. It was a testament to their commitment to providing a white-glove experience. The only negative I can think of is I wish I was asked about the location of the Enphase board installation.

Wildman Solar tried to do the leg work for upgrading our meter but our provider would not let them needing me to do it. I appreciate the effort though.

The performance of our system has been great. Our total spend since install would have been $659.67 but instead, it is $289.42 (56% reduction in our bill). See attached screenshot. The Enphase interface into the system (both phone app and desktop web) is very good, giving both a great high level and detailed view.

I can strongly recommend Taylor Binns and Wildman Solar for their outstanding service. Taylor's dedication, expertise, and genuine care make him a true professional in his field. If you are looking for a solar solution with exceptional customer service and an installation executed flawlessly, look no further than Taylor and the team at Wildman Solar. They're the best.

Beyond my expectations!!

Forget about getting quotes, Wildman Solar are your go to team.
Wildman solar were brilliant from the start. Very informative and direct about their products. They offered a range of products that helped me narrow down my choices, which I found not many solar companies do. I dealt with Zach all the way through to installation and beyond, and he helped me answer any questions I had (even till now) without hesitation and delay. Good mad and tidy installation

I was getting quote for Solar from various solar installers including solar quotes referred platinum installers, however they all don’t want to listen what I say and they enforce things which easy for them, example cut 3 x exhaust pipe(stink pipe) on my roof and told me there is no other way to install 20 sun power maxeon 6 panels of 8.4 KW in 3 roof space of my 2 storey home.
However finally I found Zech from Wildman solar, his quote was very competitive and also he listened what I wanted and gave me quote to install 20 sun power maxeon panels in 3 x roof space plus lower level too without cutting/trimming exhaust pipes on roof.
He was very polite, honest and prompt on communicative when delay in panel supply. He answer all my doubts without any hesitant too.

Zech and his team came in late October 2022 and neatly installed panels and installed an envoy box inside the fence as I requested and no cables visible on roof space too. They took around 6 hours to install and clean up all rubbish all

Great service and great product

Of the three providers offered by Solar Quotes, Wildman Solar was the only one that provided a quote. They were on to it straight away. They offered a Fronius Wattpilot. We have had a Fronius inverter with our solar PV panels for about seven years without any problems. So, it seemed like a no-brainer to get the Wattpilot, as it integrates with our existing system and offers great features. After a few minutes learning how to use the app, I’m now running my EV on only sunshine. Zach and Rogers came on time, did the job and were very pleasant and generous with their time and knowledge. It took them more than four hours to complete the install and it was much more complex than I had imagined. I was going to get the very good electrician to do the installation, but I noted Finn’s very good advice to get the equipment from the specialist installer. I recommend Wildman Solar without any reservation.

Excellent solar install

From initial quote through to final installation I found this company to be highly professional and personable. They politely and patiently answered all my concerns throughout the whole process. On the day of installation they were very punctual (given the distance they had to travel), performed all aspects required to mount the solar panels properly and securely on my roof and secured the inverter and all electrical components to a very high standard. I was extremely impressed with the entire process and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone interested.

Excellent experience

The work carried out by Wildman Solar team to install a solar system in my property was phenomenal. The team indicated a timeslot to arrive at the property, duration of work to be performed, turn off power to connect the solar system well in advance. I was initially told that the power will be shut off for an hour but it turns out that the power was only turned off for 10 mins, causing minimal disruption. The Wildman team had everything planned and lined up well and executed with minimal impact which is a great achievement. The team at Wildman Solar had always kept me updated during the entire process starting from generating the initial quote for solar system to organizing all the paper work to connect to the grid. I am very happy with Wildman Solar.
