The installation crew were very efficient
The installation crew were very efficient, although not the fault of the installers, the system should have a shroud/cover to cover the wires, it looks very untidy between the batteries and the inverterSupplier Reply:

Good Sales Information and Excellent Installation
Very pleased with the whole process.They provided the information we needed, no pressure, no upselling.
Installation was very smooth, they explained the app and sent us useful hints on getting the most our of the system.

Would recommend
Were very helpful in the choice of components and the design and placement of the system, all done to suit our budget. Helped set up the apps for the system and the car charger, gave a thorough explanation of how it all worked, dealt with all the rebate paperwork. Turned up exactly when they said they would, and the installation crew went about the job efficiently and professionally, and left the place tidy when they'd finished.Supplier Reply:

It has been 1 month since my installation and i am soooo satisfied with the Team at MLEC! absolutely loving the new system and is doing exactly what i thought it should do. The installation team were clean, tidy and respectful. they replaced all broken tiles and even left me with extra spares :)I have 100% confidence in referring the MLEC team.

Worth the price quoted
I had my home solar and battery system installed by MLEC Solar in September 2025, and after 9 months of ownership, I can confidently say that choosing them was one of the best decisions we made.The entire installation process was straightforward and seamless from start to finish. The installers were punctual, professional, and courteous. They took the time to help set up the monitoring app after installation and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They also cleaned up after themselves, which was greatly appreciated.
While MLEC Solar may not be the cheapest option on the market, I genuinely believe their exceptional after-sales service is worth far more when you’re making a long-term investment that could last 20 years or more. We almost went with another company that offered a cheaper system and installation price, but looking back, I have absolutely no regrets choosing MLEC instead.
Our system consists of a 6.6kW DMEGC solar panel array, a 5kW SAJ inverter, and a 10kWh SAJ battery. Performance has been excellent so far, and the system has been operating reliably since day one.
What has impressed me most is the level of customer support. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, the team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I also regularly see MLEC Solar’s presence around Western Australia, including as far south as Busselton during a recent long weekend trip, which gives me confidence that they are a well established company that will be around for years to come to honour their workmanship guarantees.
My most recent experience with them further reinforced why I would recommend them so highly. After having an EV charger installed by a different company, I noticed an issue with my solar system’s meter readings. I contacted MLEC Solar’s customer support team, and they were quick to respond and arrange for one of their in-house electricians to investigate. Jordan arrived promptly, identified the problem, and fixed a couple of wiring issues in less than an hour. Best of all, there was no charge for the visit. The issue was resolved immediately, and the system has been operating normally ever since.
The willingness to help, even when the issue may have been related to work performed by another company, speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. A big thank you to Jordan and the entire MLEC Solar team for their professionalism and support.
I can’t recommend MLEC Solar highly enough. If you’re looking for a solar installer that not only delivers a quality installation but also stands behind their work with outstanding after-sales service, they’re well worth considering.

A very smooth and professional Installation
I am very impressed with the system that is installed, Sigenergy 10K Inverter & 24K battery. The install was really well managed with crews on site at time given and removal of the old system and install was completed in 4 1/2 hours. The electrician gave me a walk through the system and helped set up the app. My only compliant was with the sales rep who gave me an install date of early Nov but when the install team rang to lock in a date they said no date had been allocated at time of sale. Fortunately it was just over a month later but I had picked MLEC due to the install date promised.I would highly recommend MLEC to anyone thinking of installing a system.

Very good and experienced supplier

Sales and quote was fast and engaging, with visit by the salesperson.Installation went well - punctual, tidy and efficient, and very accommodating of a couple of minor adjustments to battery and inverter location, as well as a few micro inverters to improve output from shading at certain times of the day.
Installers explained the basics of the system and monitoring app.
